Jason was extremely quick responding to our need for his expertise. We felt quite comfortable with his ability to analyze our situation and he was very kind and patient explaining all options. He was able to identify exactly what was needed and he had all the materials required to fix our problem right at that service call. Thoroughly professional and kind. His fees were a welcome surprise too. Absolutely a great guy.

He answered ALL of our questions and made sure we understood what he was doing. He took the time to listen to our concerns and came up with a solid action plan that worked within our budget. AWESOME! Jason replaced 2 home toilets and was honest, fair, helpful and a joy to work with. Cant recomment Brass Plumbing and Jason highly enough. They will be the only call I make for next plumbing issue.
