A friendly Serviceman 44 arrived on time. He installed two new toilets in an efficient, timely manner, and he took away the two old toilets. He left each area clean and picked up. The toilets work great!My encounters with American Rooter have been wonderful. Each person I have dealt with is interested in giving me the assistance I need. I highly recommend American Rooter and would definitely use them again. Thank you all for your great customer service!

I cant believe the wonderful service that we received from a gentleman from American rooter. He explained everything that he was doing and explained The process of how not to damage the plumbing and I loved how he was slower to speak so everyone was understanding what he was saying. Ive never seen such a gentleman with such a great heart to help others. Five stars all the way

Very professional. Great service and quick response. Cleared 2 blocked toilets back to back within an hour. Put me immediately at ease vs other plumber that came out. Total charge under $250.00. A plumbing company I had out earlier that day would charge $275.00 just to lift the toilet. Another $350.00/hour to run a camera down the drain if needed. Stated that there was not enough room to run a snake in the full height basement with a drain cleanout installed in a tight space next to a hot water tank. The layout was designed as part of the original building plans and building code. I could certainly run a snake through the outlet. Then he went on to say he thought because two toilets were plugged that the blockage was probably between the toilets and the street. The cost could run up to $1,000 or more. I asked him to leave that I would get another opinion and estimate. We were under pressure to have the drains fixed. I felt like he was feeling me out as to prices. Emergency or not, I will have to be sure to ask about pricing before hand. But, I will always call American Rooter first.

Very quick to respond to us, called in on Monday and they were here in a few hours. Fixed the problem and we were back flushing again. I can not remember the young mans name but thank you so much, we greatly appreciated your help

We have used American Rooter several times over the last 10 or so years & they have always been prompt courteous & efficient. They gave us good advice on getting a clean out pipe installed (which they dont do but did recommend we have done) for convenience accessing our outdated sewer pipes & it really did help. Once when I had a more minor clog in one of our toliets, I called them and a very knowledgeable & helpful staffer, Corey, talked me through unclogging it myself which was absolutely wonderful. They are honest and take a personal interest in your plumbing problems and want to see things done the right way without costing you more. They also give a senior discount which Ive appreciated. They are a local business and have always been able to respond promptly when Ive needed assistance. I highly recommend them.

Our first night in our new house our drain overflowed in the basement (even though wed had the sewer line scoped before purchase and it was in good condition). Cameron came by the next day and not only unclogged the main line but two ancient cast-iron basement floor drains that barely drained. He checked company records and said they had last visited home ten years ago. Based on that and how easy his cleaner went through the pipe he reassured us the cause was most likely paper drying in the line while the home was empty. Understanding the likely cause was reassuring.
