I am blown away at the amazing service I received. John was professional from beginning to end, showed up on time and was incredibly thorough. He not only fixed our pressure issues quickly but graciously and patiently looked at a few other issues I hadnt mentioned on the phone. He was able to diagnose and fix things other plumbers has missed and we had been dealing with for years. Very trustworthy and dependable. Coleman plumbing made me feel like we werent just customers but family. Highly recommend.

John with Coleman plumbing did an excellent job repairing a broken toilet flange as well as replacing a p-trap on a sink and cleaning two bathtub pipes. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. When plumbing issues arise, its reassuring to know that I can rely upon a trustworthy and affordable local plumber. 10/10 .

Ive had Coleman Plumbing out three times to do work over the last few years and most recently a few days ago.They are a mom and pop shop, so they can respond in a way big companies cant. The owner answers the phone. The techs are hard working honest Americans. And Ive always been happy with their work.Their size, and the fact they are local, is an important point to underscore and heres an example as to why: I had a subscription service with a different (and much larger) company that was supposed to give me a fast response time, but when I called to use it, they couldnt come out for 5 days. I couldnt wait that long, so I called Coleman again and they were out in 1.5 days.

So I had a major breakage somewhere in my yard. I wasnt sure what side of the meter it was on so I called Cherokee county water first. They came out and turned us off and told my us it was on my side of the meter. That makes it my responsibility of course. So I just started googling around and found Coleman. I read a review on google reviews that was exactly the issue I was having. So with that info, I called them and they werent able to come right away, but could the next morning. So I booked the appt and they indeed showed up right when they said they would. John inspected the issue and found the break just inside my fence line. Within a few minutes, problem solved and his total charge was ridiculously low. I would have paid double to get it fixed :-)Im a Colemans Plumbing customer for life. Oh, I didnt mention that I was out of town and he handled the whole thing for me. My son was at home but John dealt with me the entire time to get it fixed.
