I have used Plumb N Plumber twice in the last 2 weeks. All I have to say is good things about Matt and his group of workers. I have an AirBNB that had a plumbing issue while guests were staying at our house. I messaged Plumb N Plumber at 1:00 am and they were at the house by 9:30 am the same day. If it was not for their quick service I would have had some really upset guests. I highly recommend this company.

Disaster strikes when your toilet is leaking from below, soaking your floor! Fortunately, we found Plumb N Plumber near us. Coming out within a couple hours of our call for help, we met Andrew and Phillip.They went straight to work analyzing the situation, communicating what they saw, what the causes may be, and what remedies may be needed to fix it.Their warehouse is within 5 minutes of our location and they were able to get parts right away.At the end of the day, we had a new toilet, had our water pressure checked and regulated and were totally happy with the service, the price and especially the immediate response.We are wholeheartedly recommending them for whatever plumbing disaster you may be facing!

I called these guys since I drive by their E.Cherokee location and remembered their name, since its creative.Ben came out, super nice, and fixed the leak. Its nice to have company that knows how to do their job. At least, in this instance... I will say, he did try to up-sale me on a new hot water heater, since mine is almost 10 yrs old, but I declined. I dont blame him though, but Ill wait until I actually need one. I guess the question is, would I hire them again? Yes, but hopefully I wont need to.

Really happy with this service and I would use them again -- but hope it dont have to !

This was two years ago now. I wrote the review and never hit post. They were back today for something else. New review coming!Matt and JT came several weeks back and installed a full house water filtration system we brought with us when we moved. The plumbers who uninstalled it and prepped it for moving did not include a small but important part. He completed the install but did show me what he had to do without the part and said it may not hold and to call him if any problems. I called the manufacturer and they shipped me the part. I was in communication with Plumb and Plumber and Matt about it. Once the part arrived, they fit me in to their schedule quickly to install that part and to look at a number of other minor faucet issues around the house. The second visit was labeled a quote day. That was today. They arrived promptly at 8am and due to another appt being rescheduled, he was able to make an extra run for parts and fixed the faucets that could be fixed. One item is old, specialty, and requires replacement so once I have that item in hand, Ill call Plumb and Plumber back to install it. In addition I asked if they do underground drains and they do! So Ill be calling in to schedule that as well. They have the truck, cameras, and ability to blow out and repair any holes from roots. Totally recommened!

Good experience replacing my water heater. I was offered a very competitive price and a military discount which I greatly appreciate. Matthew in the office was responsive and patient in answer my many emailed questions. The work was done extremely well...far better than the piping done when I last had my water heater replaced. The 2-year labor warranty is an excellent bonus given that the Rheem warrant doesnt cover ANY labor.

Not only did they squeeze me in early that day, but they got the job done right and it did not cost me an arm and a leg, they are very professional and easy to work with. Very honest and transparent. Matt came out yesterday to replace two faucets and repair a toilet. He arrived promptly at 4:30 for the appointment. He was very professional and manorable. He went into detail what he was going to do and why things needed to be done. He was able to provide and quick and reasonable price quote for everything we needed done. He and his helper were done with the work in a quick amount of time but were very thorough of what they did. Matt was also able to find an issue with our water pressure valve. Had he. It caught this it could have led to a very expensive repair costing us thousands. He will be coming back in two days to replace the valve.
