Have used this plumbing service many times. Had a sump pump replaced, clogged lines cleared out, hot water heat installed recently. They will work with you until they get it fixed. They are the best!

Genes Plumbing Services was fantastic. When we had a problem with our tankless water heater they were very responsive, sent someone out in about two hours, and fixed the problem. Very reasonably priced. I would use them again without hesitation.

Office staff were helpful and got a plumber to our home the very next day! It wasnt an emergency so was very pleased for the fast service. The plumber was able to quickly diagnose the issue, explain the problem clearly and fix it easily. The bill was very reasonable! Will definitely use Genes again. Highly recommend!

Twice now Ive had a clogged drain over the weekend and contacted Genes first thing Monday morning; and twice now, Ive had a very capable, professional serviceman there within a few hours on the SAME DAY; and both times my problem was solved with extra checks to make sure it was indeed cleared. I cant say enough about how wonderful Genes has been and how they have made my problem their priority. Strongly recommend!

Jeremy, Cheryl and the entire Gene’s team were great to work with. They placed a septic and a cistern on a very challenging lot. They showed up when they said they’d be there- always verified the project and any needed changes, were wonderful trouble-shooters, and always had a great attitude. 5 out of 5. I am very thankful to them and happy with their work.

Helped us big time with a upstairs neighbor with a leak that was coming down in out unit. Very good people. Caring & compassionate but kinda old school like me. If it weren’t for them we’d of had a much harder time rectifying the problem. Gene himself even helped out. Again, good people!!!!

Genes has been our first choice for many years. Theyve done three bath renovations (back to the studs) and have been amazing. Tile work, standard and custom cabinetry and, of course plumbing all done perfectly.They are fast and reliable for emergencies. Had a lightning strike take out the well pump Friday night of a three-day weekend. Understandably, they said they were backed up but never-the-less they got it replaced within 24 hours.And Janet helped me fix a problem with a whole-house filter over the phone and saved a visit. They are the best.

Called on Genes Plumbing Service, Inc. to fix a leak in my master bathroom sink that had started to leak into my downstairs neighbors unit.Joe came in at the specified time and was quick, efficient and very easy to talk and joke around with. Genes Plumbing, namely, Gene, Cody, and Caleb, all three did an exceptional job correcting our plumbing. We originally requested a wash sink to be installed in our mud room, complete with hot and cold water, along with the ability to have non-water softened water. Gene came onsite and did the intake and identified several problems that needed to be corrected. He then assigned the job to Cody and Caleb, who both exceeded our expectations!They had to re-route our water softener location from the mud room on the main floor, to the basement. It was placed near the water pressure tank, water heater, and the house-wide water filter. They also relocated our bacterial light filter to this same area. We learned that our water softener was one of worst on the market, so they provided and installed a brand new, much more efficient water softener system. Next, they ensured the order of water flow was correct.After the job was completed, we requested Gene to come out and explain to us, the work that had been done. Once he inspected Cody and Calebs work, and explained how it was all set-up, we realized that Cody and Caleb had provided an even better solution than we had envisioned! Gene arrived promptly and went right to work on a list of plumbing issues -- questions, repairs, advice needed on lots of things. I was getting a vacant house ready to sell. While Gene was working, a man showed up and began asking questions about the property and the listing, and launching into a long story; while he was talking, Gene finished his work and got into his van - he wrote some notes, scrolled through his phone, made some calls -- all the while this stranger was talking; finally the conversation concluded and he left; I walked over to Genes van and asked if everything was finished and he said that he had finished but thought he should stick around until the other guy left since it was clear that I didnt know him. Talk about going the extra mile! What a very kind and generous thing to do! Not only is Gene a quick and careful plumber, he is also a considerate and thoughtful man.

Called them to replace an outdoor water spicket that was leaking and expected them to do just and only that. There was 2 guys that came out and they were very nice guys willing to listen to more issues I had at my place about plumbing needs. The two plumbers checked my entire property for leaks. They found I had 2 leaks with one being major with one of the toilets. They fixed it in no time flat!! Then they found my house had a shut off valve that can shut off the spickets which I never knew about. They gave me a quote on how much the spickets would cost to be fixed because the pipe in the ground has to be dug up. I chose to wait about this because there is some things I want to move out of the way before they start digging. The quote is reasonable. The plumers are very professional and respectful. I will definitely call them back to do the work and a few other things. They did ultimately STOP my water leak. I paid them before they left and the cost was at a good fair price. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing concerns!!
