    Contacted North Atlanta Plumbing to have them install a dishwasher. They were able to come the next day and pricing was good. Matt & Rusty did a fabulous job installing it in a timely manner.     My old water heater was leaking. I call North Atlanta plumbing and talked with Mr. Donahue the owner. He was very nice and courteous. He Agreed to send his technicians by 10 am.     Honest, professional family-run business with very reasonable pricing. In this day and age it is rather rare to find such dedicated people in service sector--especially plumbing. I was in the market for water heater replacement as North Atlanta Plumbings Ad caught my attention in a local flyer. Their advertised pricing was much lower than several estimate I had. So, I decided to give them a call expecting the typical plumber script or even an answering machine.To my surprise, I was greeted by an old fashion friendly voice of the owner Mr. Donahue. Not only the advertised price was honored, he also agreed to replace the corroded copper piping at no extra charge plus a senior citizen discount to boot! I could not have asked for a better deal. In a couple of days his sons Brendon and John were promptly at my house installing a new water heater and replacing the needed copper pipes. They did an excellent job and answered all my questions. Kudos to Mr Donahue, Brendon and John for exemplary service and running a tight ship. What a breath of fresh dealing with such courteous honest folks. You have definitely gained my confidence as I am already ranting about the experience to my colleagues.

    AWESOME !! Matt and Rusty from North Atlanta Plumbing installed a water heater and everything was included as well as a 10 year warranty on parts and labor!!! I had no extra add ons!!!     After almost 24 years Kathy and I had to replace our water heater and pressure reducing valve.We called several plumbers. Most were extremely expensive. We then called Arthur at N Atlanta Plumbing. He carefully explained what he offered and gave a quote over the phone. The quote was exactly what we paid.     We just want to thank Bobby and Danny for such a great job they did at our house today. Not only did they do a thorough job, they were very polite and kind! I could tell they put care into their work, and even got on their hands and knees to clean our floors! The job did take long because of such tight spaces, but they did it with such a positive attitude. We knew they had another job after ours but they didnt rush to get the job done quickly, but did it to get the job done right. We truly appreciate the care and will definitely request them again in the future! (Hopefully not in the near future) But nonetheless, we are customers for life!

    From the moment Mister Donahue picked up his phone, I knew this company was different than the rest. I felt like I was calling my uncle, who Gets things done. He quickly put my worries at ease, and assured me that every thing would be ok. I had a major water leak on my main line that was flooding my basement, but his highly skilled and knowledgeable technicians Blake and Matt came and did a wonderful job. They were very personable, attentive and trustworthy. Something most companies lack in business these days. I highly recommend North Atlanta Plumbing for any and all of your plumbing needs.     I had a mysterious leak in my house and I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. I called North Atlanta Plumbing and they were able to come out quickly.     Rusty and Matt were great! They installed a new hot water heater. They were detailed in review of their work, on-time, and even cleaned up afterwards,. They are professionals in their approach and very careful with keeping you informed. The job was a little more difficult with a hot water heater in a closet that was built around the unit. They accomplished it with little or no mess at all. Would definitely recommend these plumbers!

I had Rusty and Matt over to replace an old HWH today and they clearly know what they are doing.     I called North Atlanta Plumbing after receiving an outrageous quote from Home Depots sub-contracted plumber (over 1300 for just the installation) I have seen North Atlantas ad flyers many times in the mail. So gave Arthur a call to setup an estimate. He informed that wouldnt be necessary as his price is 985, no more no less. Arthur was sincere and honest and that is something you dont get often from some companies. His men showed up on time and were polite, and to my amazement completed the job in a a little over 2 hours, my install was pretty typical in the basement and easy access. All I can say is you cant go wrong with North Atlanta Plumbing!

    North Atlanta plumbing was a great experience from the initial phone call with the owner, who promptly answered and scheduled same day service on a Sunday, to the diagnosis.     I called today to report a suspected leak in a water heater installed by North Atlanta Plumbing in Feb 2017. Matt and Rusty came out less than 6 hours from the time I called and made the repair in 30 min.     I called this company after work one night when I got home to find that my water heater had busted. Thought it would be a nightmare. When I spoke with the owner who picked up right away all my worries were washed away.     Matt and Rusty went above and beyond to isolate and fix a slab leak in my home. We initially thought the leak was coming from the back area of the house, they were able to pinpoint the leak in another location, which happened to be my master bathroom that backed up to the master bedroom closet. By chance, Matt was able to find the leak by feeling around on the carpet in my closet. I am so thankful for all their help! They arrived quickly, and were very polite and professional.     It is 2018 and the world continues to change in front of my face. I remember drinking water out of the hose attached to the side of the house after running three blocks with my male school mates. I played outside until dark and my Mother yelled out the front screen porch door that was not locked and I knew dinner was on the table. I grew up in a small town and we talked about sports, went to Sunday School and participated in the youth chorus on Sunday night. We watched Disney and Bonanza as a family.I remember getting my first bike not my first used car because I learned more about life while riding 5 miles to school because busing was not around. One of the most important things I connected to in my teen years was that we were poor and love kept us together as a family. I had to work 48 to 56 hours a week to pay my own way through college – And I did.Working in an office for more than 40 years, I have learned by the grace of God that we all put our pants on the way whether you are the janitor or the president. We all should have to work hard to be successful – some folks just have a bigger title but not a heart. I have come to a point (over 10 years ago) that I want to measure my net worth in friends not American dollars.All of my experiences have been priceless. I have been to over 35 countries and 47 of our United States. I have hosted customers at Super Bowls, National Championships in football, Final Four, World Series, the Stanley Cup, NBA Championships, Olympics, Ryder Cups and it goes on and on.What does all of the mean – well, today I experienced something that our culture had lost. Good old customer service and plus an honest company in Atlanta! For more than two months I have looking for a plumbing company to replace two hot water heaters in my home. I received in the mail Atlanta’s Choice Savings Winter 2018 flyer last week. My wife and I had 4 estimates before the booklet and we just didn’t feel right. The booklet had two more plumbing companies and I decided to call both of them. By the grace of God, I called and talked with Mr. Arthur Donahue in Woodstock. He has been in business based on our conversation for over 50 years.He taught me more in 15 minutes than all of the customer representatives or service representatives coming to our home with all the other companies. He knows Hot Water Heaters – PERIOD! Today our appointment was between 1 and 5 pm. I received a call at 12:15 from one of his sons. They were on the way to our home and should be there by 12:45 pm.I rushed home and they arrived at 12:44 pm. John and Brandon Donahue greeted me with “Mr. Jones!” And the rest is history – their work quality is second to none……They completed the job in 3 hours, cleaned up everywhere, reviewed their work, explained how to flush the hot water heater annually, showed me how to light the new equipment and waited 15 minutes after all the work was completed to ensure that all of the new heaters were working properly. On top of all of being placed back into time because of the learnings from their father, their prices were the best by more than several hundred dollars to over a thousand dollars.My advice is to look no further if you need any plumbing services – THEY ARE THE BEST AND SO HONEST. Thank you, Mr. Donahue for letting me relive today some of my past that I loved so much. This is not about me but about there are still some great companies that are good.

    Wow’ed from the initial call! This was the 2nd company that I had out. Rachael was knowledgeable from the start, which instilled confidence, and they genuinely wanted to earn my business.I can’t say enough about Matt Smith and Danny. They arrived right on time and listened to the issues we were facing. They retested some things at their desire (no charge) to properly diagnose that my issue was a toilet valve and not my main pressure reducing valve. Significantly less of an issue than previously told, and less money too! (BTW, $395 vs. $505 for the PRV from one company to another). They could have just went with it, but instead focused on the the issue at hand. Having been screwed by others in the past, Matt and Danny created a fan in the process. Kudos for repping the company well!!The pricing was very straightforward from the initial conversation, to the published pricing on the website, as well as what was invoiced. I was never “upsold” through the process. Not only was the water heater a couple hundred dollars less, it included the thermal expansion tank, AND comes with a 10 year warranty (vs. only 6 with the other company).I honestly couldn’t wait to post a review, not because i thought that they would ask, but because I thought they went above and beyond.     Basically, I had a leak in the main water pipe located in my basement. The two employees that came were Bobby and Danny. I believe Bobby was the lead person but they both were very professional.     North Atlanta Plumbing came out in one day to re-attach my sink to my countertop in my kitchen. They arrived on time during the window and completed the work quickly and professionally. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. They even quoted my free standing tub installation which is my next project i am going to let them handle.

    Bobby and Danny were fantastic and they installed the plumbing for our new sink and garbage disposal. Bobby also was able to diagnose the problem for the master bath shower and sinks water temperature. I will definitely call North Atlanta Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

    After 24 years we had a solidly blocked kitchen drain. The blockage went for about 15ft. I called a well know plumbing company that advertises on Radio, TV and bill boards etc. and are affiliated with a Heating and Air company. They charged a reasonable $50 estimate fee but the quote from them was $2400.00 to $2800.00 and couldnt guarantee that my carpet wouldnt be ruined. I wanted a 2nd opinion so at random and as luck would have it, I call North Atlanta Plumbing in Woodstock. Arthur (the owner) answered the phone and came out the next day to give me a FREE estimate. One of the first things Arthur said was that that they would protect our carpet with plastic. $800.00 + $85.00 to remove the garbage disposal to which the mega company quoted $250.00 just for the disposal removal. The job was done in the time promised and they did a great job. Thank-you Arthur and sons great job.

    I called on New Years eve with an outside leak issue. The owner answered the phone and assured thered be someone out on New Years Day. They came detected the problem, and gave me options and suggestions for repair. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again!!

    When we bought our house, the hot water worked but it was the original from 1994. Of course, we knew it would eventually need to be replaced. That day came yesterday (on a Sunday of course) when we discovered a big leak from the bottom of the HWH and a flooded garage. I had been saving coupons for this inevitable emergency and called the first company - they could come out on Tuesday they said. Really? I needed to shower! Plus I was on hold forever and the price they quoted me seemed high. Next call: North Atlanta Plumbing. They answered on the first ring. Their prices were super low AND they had a technician come out 3 hours later to drain the HWH line & stop the leak -AND no charge at all even on a Sunday! Right now, on Monday morning, less than 24 hours later, they are installing our new HWH. They called several times to confirm the appointment and arrived early. What great customer service! Shout out to Brandon, John, Blake & Red for being so smart, professional and nice. Would highly recommend them!

    The gentlemen just left my house and they were a pleasure to do business with! I simply needed my pressure regulator valve replaced on my recently purchased home but I got their contact info from co-workers who used them to replace water heaters for nearly half the price of the names you hear on the radio! They even caught something blatantly wrong with my water heater that the inspector somehow missed and fixed it for me for next to nothing. Will definitely be using them when my WH gets to replacing age!
