Absolutely the best plumbing company I have ever used. They came out quickly and fixed my plumbing problem before it became a MUCH bigger issue. The plumber who came out was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He even took time out to inform me of the work he was completing so I could understand what went wrong and how to avoid issues like this is in the future. This is the second time I have used this company (two separate issues) and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I couldn’t be happier.

While not the cheapest option I have not been disappointed by these guys yet! They have come out for several jobs for me now and they always do the right thing. I will not hesitate to use them again.They just came out and replaced a failed ball valve that they had installed for me around 2 years ago. (The name brand valve itself failed through no fault of theirs) it was out of their warranty but they did the right thing and covered it anyway.They just earned a loyal customer and I will happily use them for our upcoming renovation projects!

Quick-Pro Plumbing is awesome. I had a great experience with Andrew. He was able to get to me the same day that I called and was able to get to me earlier than scheduled! They were able to pinpoint the problem (I had a leaking vent pipe in my attic; turns out the joint wasn’t even glued!), show it to me, had it fixed very quickly, and checked every other joint to make sure that they were glued. He and his assistant are extremely knowledgeable with what they’re doing. I would recommend Quick-Pro Plumbing to anyone and everyone!

Quick Pro was highly recommended in our town’s “moms network” and we quickly realized why they received high praise. Christy in the office was amazing talking through our no hot water issue and was able to diagnose over the phone as a likely Rheem faulty valve that was a known problem. Robert came the same day and fixed the issue with a part they had in stock. When the warranty part arrived they just swung by and picked it up. Great customer service so we didn’t have to wait for the part to arrive!

Just used Quick-Pro for the first time. I had big clog in a shower drain and it wouldnt budge no matter how much Drain-O I poured down there. I called Quick-Pro and they scheduled a visit for the next day, which was a Saturday (No extra charge for a Saturday FYI). Andrew texted me on Saturday morning and let me know that he was running ahead of schedule and would be able to arrive early if I was ok with it...which of course I was. He sent me another text letting me know he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter. Andrew did a great job and had our shower drain running like a champ in no time at all. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. The pricing was reasonable as well. I will definitely be using Quick-Pro for any future plumbing needs. Great company!

By far, the best customer service experience I have had in the last 25 years...seriously!!! We had a sewer pipe bust underneath our drive way and I reached out to several local plumbers. When I spoke to Christy on the phone, she was not only extremely knowledgeable about my options, she was incredibly helpful. Based on where the break was, there was a chance it would be the citys responsibility...she called the city (I couldnt get through), arranged for them to come out and look at the location and mark the line. As it turned out, it was on MY property, so again, Christy suggested an alternate option called inlining which, if it worked, wouldve taken the business away from Quick Pro. As it turned out, that was not an option and Quick Pro sent an amazing crew and took care of the job. They also coordinated with the cement company to deal with my driveway and the entire process was affordable and done right. They have my highest recommendation!

Just bought a fixer upper house in Woodstock, called this morning to schedule an appt and someone was at my door within 2 hours. Andrew and Blake were so polite and kind. Originally it was just myself and my infant daughter in the home and I felt so comfortable and very safe having both of them in our home. They quickly assessed the problem - needed a new water heater and piping - and were able to get a new unit and parts and completely replace in a matter of a couple hours. I would recommend them to anyone searching and will definitely use again. 10/10!

The expansion tank on my hot water heater started leaking. The tech who came out to assess the issue was Andrew and he was on time and super efficient. He addressed the problem and provided pricing immediately.We discussed times to replace the water heater and he was able to accommodate a 7 AM start the very next day. Roughly 3 years ago we had our main water line replaced by this company. We had small drip recently from the line and John, the manager, came out and inspected it at no charge. John was quick and professional. He quickly diagnosed our concern, reviewed our warranty info. 3 years ago when we had our line replaced, Quick Pro was doing some changes internally with regards to policy/warranty info. John decided it was best to repair the small drip at no charge to us. As a customer, these guys have won me over for life. They were transparent, quick, professional, and honest. There was no error in their work, just confusion on whether it was under the old warranty or new warranty and John made a judgement call to take care of it. I will definitely recommend and use these guys for any plumbing needs. Thank you to Quick Pro and thank you to John. I appreciate it.

I called to have my broken and leaking disposal removed. They sent someone out the next day (could have been same day if not for my schedule issues). Andrew and another plumber whose name I did not catch were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. They had the broken disposal removed and a separate hot water issue fixed in less than two hours. Quality plumbing is never cheap, but the price was very reasonable for the work that was done.

These guys are amazing! Came out promptly on an emergency call and got this by a scheduled asap. Our water heater is now completely replaced and installed. John and Blake did an exceptional job answering all of our questions and informing us of what COULD HAVE happened if we had waited any longer. Apparently, two of the components that prevent a water heater from exploding had failed…. Thank God we “had a feeling” it needed to be replaced. They said an average water heater weighs about 100lbs and our was about 140lbs (guesstimate) due to sediment buildup. Mind you, our water heater is on the second floor, and no scuffs or dings to any walls happened lugging this thing from upstairs to downstairs. I highly recommend them! They are an incredible small business. Do yourself a favor and give quick-pro a call!

Quick pro came out to do a gas conversion for us. We changed an old electric stove top for gas. They came in and got the job done quickly and explained everything to us. They were great! When Best Buy came out to install the gas stove top they didn’t fully connect the gas line back. We smelled gas soon after Best Buy left. Thankfully, Quick Pro went over everything they did including how to shut off the gas- which I did and then gave him a call. First time using Quick-Pro because our HOA uses them for our community pool and bathrooms. I made an appointment online at 7am and the website said someone would be out between 9 and 11am that same day. I was skeptical. Clint Sweat was my guy, showed up shortly after 9am, and he was amazing!I had a slow drain issue, and Clint showed me on the scope the roots that had invaded my line because developer just laid my 4” sewer pipe in the county’s 6” tap without sealing it! He opened it up enough to use until we could properly repair it. Clint even called the county out to see if it was in their line and they could do it for free. No such luck, but appreciated him for going to the trouble. County found a second cleanout that had been buried under a foot and a half of dirt and mulch next to a 15 year old maple tree planted by previous owners. Never plant trees over your sewer lines!!!After I had the tree cut down and stump ground, Clint came back out and dug out the line (which took hours due to roots) and replaced the connection with a properly glued 4” to 6” reducer connection that was glued, a new clean out (tree damaged the original one), and a landscape box to hide it so no white “mushroom” sticking up in the yard.Clint was so friendly, helpful, kept me informed of what was going on, and even helped me understand how my sewer was set up. He didn’t hesitate to bring me over to see what was going on at different stages. He filled the hole, smoothed out the dirt, and I have complete confidence in the repair. And the cost was very reasonable for what he had to go through over two different days to get it fixed properly. I’ve found my new plumber! Thank you Clint!!

We found Clays company on Thumbtack looking to get a second estimate to replace old cast iron pipes that were showing their age. Clay walked us through what he saw during the estimate and clearly explained to us what was needed. He gave us a fair estimate that came in a little under our other one. The work was completed very well, again with a thorough walk-through of what was completed. All materials and the work space was cleaned up well afterwards. The only minor criticism I will mention is that the work took a little longer than estimated. Not a problem, as we has some flexibility in being home while the work was done and we were not left overnight without access to water. For a one-man shop, the job was very well done.

A month after we bought a house, we noticed a water mark on the ceiling in our living room. The master bathroom above it had been remodeled shortly before we purchased the house, and the contractor (despite doing beautiful work) did a poor job with the shower pan liner and over time it leaked. Sadly, that contractor would not return to the house to remedy the problem.We thanked our lucky stars that we had a home warranty, but as turns our it didnt cover it. To make matters worse, the plumber they sent out didnt want to do much of anything to diagnose what was wrong. I had to convince him to even open the ceiling to find out what was wrong. And once he did, he said he had no way of determining what was wrong.So we were left with filing an insurance claim. Frustrated, we called Clay. He showed up the next day and began running a series of tests on the shower, its fixtures, and the drains. He was on time, courteous, and clearly an expert of his trade. He explained to us that it was the shower pan/bladder and how he came to that conclusion.Clay also referred us to other gentleman who could help us finish the project. All good men.
