    I’ve never ever of 50 years ever had such an experience, courteous and knowledgeable team. First off they were on time called me 15 minutes ahead of time and that was a first for me. Secondly, their manners their professionalism couldn’t be beat by any other place. Third they answered all my questions and then some and explain things to me and did everything they could to make sure the solution to the problem was met fourth they cleaned up everything they were so thorough. I will definitely use this plumbing company again and again I recommend them so highly.

    I’m extremely pleased with Towne Plumber. My plumber, Jake, fully explained what needed to be done and fully answered all of my questions. I felt he was very honest in his assessment and the proposed scope of work. The pricing was fair and he was efficient with his time.     The plumber called 30 minutes prior to his arrival to let us know when he would be at our home.     Towne Plumber was incredible! They scheduled my service promptly and accommodated my availability. Jake called ahead of time to confirm the time of his arrival. He was professional in every aspect. He diagnosed my problem and repaired it quickly. After repair, a small leak in a copper pipe was exposed and he repaired that too! Price was very fair and I’m grateful to now have a trusted plumber!

    Darryl and his son-in-law were right on time. When they saw the easy clean seat height toilets we had purchased, they told us that there have been some problems with that type of toilet in that they could leak due to design. They waited for us to purchase 2 more toilets and installed them efficiently and quickly. We are grateful for their knowledge, honesty and patience.

    Tate was great! Cant complain about how he figured out the leak and fixed it and cleaned up after. Tate and the work he did is definitely 5-star. My only struggle is the $850 charge to cut 3 holes in my walls that I have to fix, cut out about 7 inches of PVC pipe and replace with a piece of PVC pipe and 2 straps to hold it all together. Didnt really have a choice but to do the repair but sure dont understand how the charges were that high given how little the parts cost.

    We were leaving for date night, had a handyman wrapping up work and a babysitter arriving all when I noticed water coming from our hot water heater. I immediately contacted them and before the next afternoon we had a new hotwater heater installed with one other problem resolved.     Towne Plumber is awesome! We had an issue with a sewer smell in our master bathroom. The solution was simple and common sense and didn’t require any plumbing work.     We called town plumber originally about 2 years ago for a leaking shower faucet. My husband will attempt to be a “fix it guy” with anything except for plumbing and electricity.Town plumber arrived on time, fixed the faucet, and shared with us some suggestions to keep this from happening again.We have used Town Plumber for many of repairs and renovations now.     I called Towne plumber because I was having multiple issues and needed old cast iron pipes replaced with PVC. They were very thorough caught the issues that another plumbing company missed and got everything working perfectly. Trevor did a great job and couldn’t have been anymore pleasant.     After finding a sewage backup in our basement bathroom, contacted Towne Plumber. Unable to answer my call, they texted me while they were on another call. I was able to describe the problem, provide address & contact info and was called back letting me know a plumber would arrive soon.When Trevor arrived he got right to work determining the problem. He provided all the info and the required solution. We got scheduled to excavate and repair sewage line right after the weekend. In the meantime clog/backup was cleared and able to function as normal.Concerned our front yard would be all torn up, the excavation team with Trevor (plumber) present the entire time, carefully removed the only affected plants and contained the excavation to minimum possible area.Repairs were made and extra clean out installed for any future clogs either into house or out towards the street could easily be done from the outside! Landscape was put in place and appeared as if nothing was touched or moved!Trevor and his excavation team were profession and extremely careful & caring throughout. They operated as if it was their own home and yard!Highly recommend Towne Plumber for any plumbing need.Oh, and Trevor took care of other plumbing concerns we had. He made sure we were fully satisfied and he never tried to rush off to another job!

    They were great, not looking to make a $$ but doing what is best for the home owner(me). Could have said things to influence me to do unnecessary extra checks, instead identified that the issue was in the septic side of the unit and have me the option for the extra checks, but explained how they were not truly needed. 100% will call first when an issue happens later down the road.

    I found out that I had a cracked joist in my basement when a load bearing wall was. I needed it jacked up and reinforced for drywall work in the kitchen above. The foundation company was able to have an opening 2 days from the day they gave me a quote. One main thing was a drain line that ran parallel to the joist had to be moved so it was not in the way. I needed a plumber fast. I called Towne Plumber on a recommendation from another plumber. Tate and his partner (cannot remember his name) were able to quickly come out to evaluate and quote me price the next day. They were then able to schedule the work to be done the following day so that it was done before the foundation crew were to work. Tate and his partner arrived promptly the next day and three hours later had all the work done. Because Towne Plumbers quick response and work my renovations are still on track.

    This is one of the best service companies I’ve ever used. Everything from the service on the phone when you call (Kayla I believe?) to the guys that show up is phenomenal service.     I called on Tuesday with a pipe issue and was told no one would be able to come out until the next day. ToMy surprise - Not even 20 minutes later, Trevor called and said he was on his way to look at my pipe. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helped us understand what happened and what our options were.While fixing the pipe was more expensive than we hoped/imagined ($2,600 for a small area fix) we have absolutely no complaints about the timeliness and quality of work brought by Trevor.     I called Towne Plumbers for a leak fix for a shower. They called me back within 30 min, and on a Saturday at 5 pm.     This was our second time having Towne Plumber out to our house, both times was Daryl was our technician. I can’t describe how helpful, professional and respectful him and everyone from Towne Plumbers are. Both times repair was made the first visit and pricing has always been fair (a bargain in my opinion). First visit was for the electric in-line water heat pump (sorry I forget the name of the part). The second was our expansion tank and pressure valve. Great experience both times, I hope we don’t need service again but if/when we do it will be from Towne Plumber!Thank you for the excellent service and for getting it right the first time.

    I have used the services of this company few times within the past year and each time they have been amazing. Most recently I used them after the hard freeze in Atlanta, December of 2022. I had already reached out to few other plumbers and everyone else was non responsive.     $+ My experience with plumbers has always been one of trepidation, usually about what they will find and the $$$ as well as actually getting someone to answer the phone and assure me they are coming.However, Towne Plumber answered my call and made an appt to be there the next day AND they arrived on time.I had had another plumbing service quote me a price of $894 the week prior to replace a shower fixture. Towne plumber did the job quickly, efficiently and for only $375.     We were having problems with a clogged toilet/drain and are very pleased with the service from Towne Plumber. Shane’s wife, Carrie, responded within one hour to our service request and Shane and Darryl were out the next day to fix the problem.     Installed a RHEEM water heater last year, 2021, in January. Yesterday, January 2022, the water heater stopped heating.     Long story short - great work, great people, great commitment to customer satisfaction and repair quality. They will be my go-to plumber from now on.Long story long - I filled out the service request form on their website at about 6:15 PM, well outside of regular business hours. Despite this, within 2 hours of my request I received an email directly from the owner, offering appointment windows for the next few days. I thought to myself, This is a company who really wants my business. We set up a time and Trey came out, diagnosed all of our issues, and gave us the most competitive quote out of the three we received for the job. Trey came within the appointed window, called first to let me know he was on the way (important when you have a baby at home), completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time, and was very pleasant and professional throughout our whole interaction.Several days after the initial repair, which was replacing the pressure regulating valve into the house and a shower valve cartridge, I called them back because since the repair the shower valve handle turned too easily. (This was not because of anything they did, just a difference in the way the manufacturer made the parts 20 years ago when the valve was new vs. today when they made the replacement parts). This time the owner himself came (again within the appointment window and with a call beforehand that he was on the way). He was unable to repair the issue so he actually ended up replacing the shower valve handle free of charge. I was blown away that he would replace it for free and its worked perfectly ever since.Also, every time that I called them and spoke to Lisa in the office she was very friendly, polite, and professional.This is a fantastic business staffed with great people who provide wonderful service. I am pleased with everything about the whole experience and will use them for any future plumbing needs!

    I had Towne Plumber replace a leaky section of water line in the yard and install a new water heater. I called several plumbers and they were the only ones able to get out within 24 hours. The water line replacement worked flawlessly and corrected the water leak for the initial call.After the water heater install, I had some concerns about a failed water shut off value and a reused expansion tank. Once Shane was made aware of the concerns, he personally addressed each issue by replacing the failed valve and the expansion tank. In the end, it was mostly a communication issue but Im glad to see a company stand behind their work and provide that kind of customer service.

    September 9, 2020: To add my original post below. I mentioned I would contact them again when needed...well that time was yesterday when my water heater was leaking and soon to flood my basement. I called at 5:30pm and Shane (the owner) was at my house by 6pm. Within minutes he was installing a new water heater, expansion tank and re-routing gas pipes. He was out of my house by 7:45pm. Just like that! Cant thank them enough for the quick service and installation. Needless to say I cant complain about the price either! Now...back to mopping up water.Had a non-emergency and still had an appointment scheduled for first thing the next day. Matt completed the repair and was extremely knowledgeable. He installed 2 new toilets.He was on time, called before arriving, kind, listened, offered suggestions, hard worker, courteous,  respectful,  clean and presentable in his appearance, cleaned the work area up, patient with all of my questions and was efficient.  Dustin did a great job. The job he did was fantastic and the toilets are great and comfortable.  No more slamming lids either! I will call Towne Plummer again with future plumbing needs.I also want to say how easy it was to call and get to talk to a human, schedule an appointment and how sweet and kind Lisa was to help me when I called. She also sent a reminder of my appointment.A great group to have in your corner!!

    Trevor came out and replaced a pipe crushed by one of our trees. Shane came out and helped evaluate the issue. This company is great and they are very reasonable.     Once again, Towne Plumber fixed the problem with our 25 y.o. house. This time it was our ejector pump acting weird. Not exactly and emergency, they came out the next morning, correctly diagnosed our problem, and replaced the 19 y.o. pump plus fixed a pvc pipe that was incorrectly installed. Weve used them a lot since we moved here 15 mos ago. Once, Shane explained corrective action over the phone that we easily did ourselves, which saved us a service call. We highly recommend this business.

I got my wife a new Rain Showerhead with Gooseneck Arm for Christmas, and after fiddling with it (without success), I gave a call to Towne Plumber and left a message.     We knew we would need a new recirculator pump (?) and had received an extremely high quote from another company. My husband found Towne Plumber, called them and Darryl came out. We needed much more...Expansion tank (rusting) and regulator (?) also. Darryl quoted us a price for all three that was less than the other company for one item! He was professional-both in action and appearance, knowledgeable, fair, and friendly! We recommended him to our next door neighbor who was having similar problems!     Hey, these guys are awesome! I called them because they have a 5 star rating on Google. My main water line ruptured and water was everywhere. I just knew thousands of dollars were about to leave my pocket. When things like this happen you kind of expect to get robbed.
