Highly recommend! Thought I had a plumbing issue after 5 on a Friday. They were the only company I call that would come out that evening. Casey was the plumber who came and did a great job, including stating if issue continues into next day to call the office and he’ll be back out. Unfortunately I had to call again and he did come, spent 90 minutes to double check everything. Great calming demeanor and also very conscientious about cutting into walls and only doing what’s necessary. Have saved the company number for any future plumbing needs I might have.

Casey at Southern Phoenix Services saved us!! Our shower handle broke around 9:30pm and there was no way for us to turn off the water. He was at our house in less than 30 min to fix the problem. He was extremely professional, responsive, and did a great job fixing our shower. Their pricing is also fair. I couldn’t recommend a better plumber!! Especially in an emergency situation!

Thank you Casey Plumb for the quick and thorough replacement of our toilet. Southern Phoenix Services sent out a plumber right away after we detected a smell in our bathroom from an old toilet wax ring. We decided to replace the entire toilet at the same time since it was in need of an update anyway. We quickly ran to Lowe’s and picked out the toilet we wanted while Casey removed the old one. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area!

Southern Phoenix really saved the day for my family as we had an emergency issue! They came within 3 hours of our call at 5pm on a Friday, and they stayed until around 11pm trying to assess the full issue, including coordinating with the city as there was an issue that required city involvement. Knowing my family did not have access to water during this time the Southern Phoenix team prioritized the fix and within 24 hours we had our water back up and running! I would highly recommend Southern Phoenix for any plumbing needs and they now have a lifetime customer with me and my family!

I called for one issue and was able to get an appointment for the next day. While the guys were en route to the house, another consultant had us put that project on hold. Nathan and Dustin were able to consult with me about the first project, but immediately pivoted to a more urgent plumbing issue I discovered that morning. My kitchen sink had fallen in and they were able to get it reattached that day with no problem! They did great work and I plan to use them in the future as soon as I get the go ahead to move forward with the first project!

Hired Southern Phoenix to fix a pipe in my backyard that a tent company put a stake thru. Casey Plumb was the technician on the job and was amazing. We really appreciates their prompt service. In real estate, if something goes wrong with your septic and need it fixed, it needs to be fixed soon or the entire deal will come crashing down! We had our kitchen flood in the evening and contacted Avalon Restoration to come mitigate. They highly recommended and coordinated Southern Phoenix Services to come out early the next morning to locate the source of the water issue. Albert arrived on time with another gentlemen. They were both superior plumbers. They reviewed the damage and worked with Chris at Avalon to make recommendations on where we start looking. They kept myself informed and explained the thinking as they started the investigation. They were able to quickly determine the root cause was the dishwasher and help us understand how it happened. I highly recommend them and will be calling directly to setup time to replace my hot water heater in the future as I know its close to time for replacement.

Shane and Billy did a great job fixing our hot water heater! We live in a very old house and weve been worried about the gas and our safety for a while. They helped bring everything up to code and through every obstacle, kept a great positive attitude! I really cant stress enough how great the customer service was. They stayed late due to the obstacles and made sure the job was done correctly and safely and really put my mind at ease. They also let my 3 year old watch as they worked and they were very friendly with her! She even got upset when she thought they left without getting the chance to say goodbye. Its nice to find a company that is honest and truly cares about the customer and their safety. Ive definitely found my forever plumber!

Once the decision was made, the Southern Phoenix team moved forward with professionalism, ensuring that care was being taken to protect other areas of the home and cleaning up the work areas as they moved through the project. Andrew, Albert and Carson, the technicians, kept me updated on the progress of the work ensuring that all was well. Cody was very thorough and attentive to my issues and spent a day and a half working hard to get my water pressure back up. They were able to get us scheduled for the late afternoon (same day).Justin & Nate replaced a section of cast iron pipe, that was completely clogged, with a new PVC pipe and got it all done before the end of the day.They were professional and pleasant and I now I have my goto plumber!Thanks, Y’all!

I figured there must be a catch, but I called and spoke with Julie, let her know what was up and she very kindly told me John would be out shortly to take care of everything. This was after 3pm!John came out, was very professional. I called and they had Nick at our home the following morning. He diagnosed the issue and left an invoice. I had a midtown Atlanta condo for sale and under contract. Less than two weeks before closing I noticed a water leak under a bathroom sink. Nick came out on short notice and did a very nice job fixing the leak. The purchasers were pretty unpleasant people and gave me and Nick a lot of trouble about the repair. So Nick came out again to test and check the repair. There was no water leak; Nicks repair was done very well. Nick did a great job with the water leak and in dealing with some unpleasant purchasers. I have used Southern Phoenix a couple times this year, including major repair of basement-level drain system and replacement of the house main pressure valve. Both times, the Southern Phoenix team was very professional and thorough. While working on rebuilding the bathroom that had to be torn up during the former, I found that one of the plumbed drain pipes was too far off center. I reached out to Southern Phoenix and they had someone out here soon afterwards to make things right. The plumber John that had done the pressure valve showed up and attacked the problem. He had it fixed in no time, just like the pressure valve replacement. My shower installation project is back in motion. Southern Phoenix will continue to be my go-to plumber for those projects that are outside of my plumbing comfort zone.

I called Southern Phoenix Services because I had a faulty ejector pump lid and the sewage smell was coming into the house. Matt came to assess the problem and confirmed a large crack and in properly installed seals was causing the problem. He also noticed that there was no cutoff before the check valve. Upon inspecting the check valve, he notice it too was faulty and needed to be replaced. He was very considerate and explained what was wrong and explain and showed how he fixed everything. All and all it was a fair price, as others charge way more money than what is required to get the job done. Upon showing me the completed work, he also let me know he took it upon himself to fix the toilet handle as it was in need of adjustment. Its a stinky job one for which I was not willing to do.. so I am glad they got the job done right.

I called these wonderful people the Friday morning before Memorial Day Weekend after calling 5 other companies who said they couldnt get to me to work on my tankless hot water heater until the following Tuesday!! Southern Phoenix told me at 10:30 am I would see Jake between 1 and 3pm. At 11:20 Jake called and said he was 15 minutes away 😳 AMAZING! I was INSTANTLY their priority!!! Jake was really knowledgeable about my high end system and cured the problem effortlessly. I run a Sober Living Home with 8 very hard working and dedicated residents. Hot, relaxing showers 🚿are pretty essential in starting and ending their days. Small rewards and luxuries are essential for them. Jake and his support staff at Southern Phoenix were phenomenal 👏I know have a guy and a service I can count on when I have a RED LIGHT EMERGENCY 😀👍

The gentlemen were call to door 15 minutes on a quick needed repair in the living room from a pinhole in copper piping. Drywall cut to repair was less than 1 hour. We ordered a pizza for dinner and the guys finished prior to the pizza arriving. In addition to their efficiency, the price was more than fair in my opinion simply for the work they did. If I ever do decide to re-pipe the entire house this is who I’ll be using.

The day before Easter I found a river flowing from, what seemed, my meter box down the hill. All these places that were so called 24/7/365 I contacted, werent and the owner reached out to me on Nextdoor.Cody was at my place within minutes and took his time trying to find the flow of water and where it was coming from. He checked my meter box and also my neighbors to each side of me to confirm if it was effecting any of us, and it wasnt. We determined it was the countys water lines leaking.I had contacted the county already, a few times and they had been no help and this last time said would be out in 3-5 days, though someone from the county did show up that night and confirmed what Cody found. Unfortunately, its up to the county now to address the issue.This company went above and beyond to help me out, their price for diagnosis was extremely reasonable. I cant thank you enough!
