Had to get a new 50 gallon hot water heater installed. Don’t get me started on Rheem or the tight spaces new builders place hot water heaters making it difficult for any repairs or access. However, after 9 years it was probably on it’s last leg.Cameron is always prompt, responsive and to the point respectfully with options. Cain is masterful at his craft in the install and just going the extra mile to keep the area clean and ensure everything is done in a way that reflects professional pride.I don’t think anyone enjoys calling a plumber but when you do, and it’s more than likely that something is off, use the Plumb Medic. They are top notch and someone I highly recommend based on my direct experience.

Cain Rigdon is absolutely fantastic! He unclogged something that had gone deep down into the pipes. He walked us through the fix, gave us advice that was priceless, and didnt overcharge us. He never gave up even though we had to throw everything at this monster clog. He was quick, prepared, hard-working, and extremely kind on top of all of that. Five stars for customer service, even though they didnt do any work. Heres my story: My water heater gave me an error code, which lead to the discovery that the exhaust duct had some deterioration and holes in it. I was concerned about the safety of using my appliances (it was a common duct with the furnace), so Plumb Medic sent a tech out on a Friday night (7pm) to take a look. He said it was safe to use, but I should get an HVAC person to come change out the ducting. The tech initially wasnt going to charge for the quick visit, but I insisted on paying their service call fee. It was very reasonable, even if it hadnt been a Friday night after hours. Thanks, Plumb medic, for putting my mind at ease before the weekend!5 months later - I needed them again. 5 Stars Again!! Weve had a sewer problem for years (clogged lines) that we usually took care of with Draino. This time, it wouldnt clear so we called Plumb Medic again. Turns out, the blockage was outside the house. Nick, our service tech, did a great job of identifying the problem, keeping me informed throughout the process, and ultimately fixing the problem by digging up the pipes and re-installing. Nick was the ultimate professional, friendly, and informative technician. Ill be calling Plumb Medic for all my future needs.

These guys are some of the quickest, but most conscientious plumbers Ive seen. Its one thing to be fast, but to be good and accurate is another. These guys fit the bill and you should trust the reviews and give them a shot for your plumbing needs. We have an older house, Ive dealt with all sorts of plumbers, and Ive even written great reviews for them too, but I have to say, these guys may have exceeded any and all expectations. We had to replace a water heater and a leaky shower valve. Not only did they combine the trip, but they made it worth our while, too. Cam and Cory did a great job on the water heater, fitting it into a tight space in an upstairs closet (steps!). Then the next crew came to fix the shower. They were incredibly thorough in the job, but also in explaining what they did and why. I wouldnt hesitate to call these guys again for any and all plumbing needs. Come to find out, my neighbor also used them for his plumbing situation and I had no idea at the time who he used, but I remembered him saying how good they were. Small world, but goes to show you how important reputation is - especially in a services-oriented field like plumbing.

The glowing reviews are what led me to call Cameron/Plumb Medic LLC to get an estimate for installing a new Toto toilet that I ordered and had sitting in boxes in my hallway to replace my 43 year old Briggs toilet, yes 43 years ! Cameron returned my call immediately, was very knowledgeable and gave me a price that beat 2 other local plumbing companies even offering a discount for 2 toilets at once. I only had the one but am expecting delivery tomorrow for the second one.Cain and Eric came the next day to install my toilet. They were down to earth, easy to talk to , professional hardworking guys that knew their stuff! Plus, they are animal lovers like myself. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure having them at my house. Cameron showed up with a positive attitude, determined to do good work. The leak was not where the leak detector said it would be so he called the leak detector back, got him back out there to find it, jackhammered a new hole, found and fixed two leaks, and closed everything up. It could’ve been a really bad frustrating day but he made it as pleasant as possible. The next day my washing machine was acting crazy and my tub wasn’t flowing properly, he sent Cain back out here who was also super nice, very professional, knew what he was doing, figured everything out in about 20 minutes and now everything is perfect. These guys are top notch And I really appreciate their professionalism and how easy they made everything. On a sidenote, I don’t like when people come to my house to fix things and talk to me to death, and they did not do that. They were friendly, but not over bearing, which I really appreciated. Definitely use them if you need good plumbers.

Ive used Plumb Medic for two jobs so far and been highly satisfied each time. The first time was to replace an improperly installed water heater and bring it up to code (which required moving the water heater and changing how it was venting), and the second job involved replacing an old pressure regulator and getting my outdoor spigots to work.Plumb Medic was responsive both times and promptly completed both jobs, and did exceptional work for a reasonable price.

I bought a older home and it had a bad water pressure valve. I called Cameron in the early afternoon and he fit me into his schedule for the same day...which was great. He arrived exactly when he said he would and diagnosed the problem quickly. He performed the pressure valve replacement in under an hour. He walked my home with me to insure the pressure was good all over the house. He was very personable and answered the many questions I asked him with a great attitude. I’m about 9 months behind with writing this review, but I can’t speak highly enough about Cameron and his team. We bought an old house with cast iron plumbing and galvanized copper water lines. In the due diligence period, Cameron came out and helped diagnose the issues. I always felt like he was being honest with me and helped me understand how everything worked. They ended up re-piping my entire house, including the main lines. The most astonishing thing is they were able to get this all done in about 3 days in the same week I called. Although it was stressful and cost a lot of money, I feel like he did well by me and I have peace of mind. I’ve only had one small issue since then, and he was out promptly to fix it. He also has a financing option that we’ve had a good experience with. Cannot recommend highly enough!

This issue has nothing to do with the superb work we received from Plum Medic.

I originally used Plumb Medic to replace an underground water pipe that had burst. Cameron was very professional and explained what he would do and where he would run the new pipe underground. He did a great job with clean up as he promised. I was impressed with his sincere desire to help, listen, and answer all of my questions. I could tell he really cared about me and my home. It’s very hard to find people who care and do great work these days.I was so impressed with his work and customer service that I called him to have my hot water tank replaced several months later. It was a challenging install due to the size of the new hot water tank and space where the old one was. He worked his magic and made it fit! At every challenge of the install (and there where many) , he had a quick solution. He is a first class professional who I would not hesitate to recommend. I look forward to using him whenever I have plumbing needs in the future.

Plumb medic saved our house! We were all set to move in on a Saturday and the Tuesday prior the basement flooded. We thought it was the water heater so Cameron drove two hours in heavy traffic to pick us up a new water heater. By the time they got here we realized it was coming up through the sewage lines.Cameron and Corey got here at 6 o’clock at night and stayed with us until 11 PM to rooter just enough of a massive blockage in our main sewer line so we could get a few days of relief. They did warn us that the blockage was pretty complete and we would probably have to dig up some pipe in the back and replace it.They were 100% right! Three days later our entire basement flooded, even worse this time. Cameron & Corey came back and rootered again to get us another small bit of relief. They then scheduled a subcontractor to cut the back patio out and dig 6 feet down to the sewage line and replace it the following Wednesday.No one wants to move into their brand new home and have to dig out 8 feet of pipe buried 6 feet under a concrete patio, but they diagnosed it on a Friday and by Wednesday we were back to a fully functional plumbing system. For a painful process they made it as painless as possible and they were 100% honest hard-working professional and ethical. They will forever be my plumber of choice and we are thankful for all of their hard work and long hours.Do yourself a favor and hire this company! We went to 4 more modern Toto single unit toilets and 1 high end Toto with heated seat, bidet, etc. The regular 4 toilets were a breeze but the high end required replacing the flange, bolting down a special unit to mount the toilet. Our initial bid had to be adjusted since the broken flange was not expected and it took some work to remove and replace this and add the special Toto mount. They worked hard in a flooding crawlspace to get that done and now I dont have to worry about it.They also just finished fixing a leak in a drain pipe (wasnt work that they installed) and worked a miracle to not break one of the more brittle pipes. I’ve used plumb medic a couple times now - One for a small water heater repair and another for the repair of a sewer line. Cameron and his team have been absolutely fantastic. The responsiveness, honesty, professionalism, and overall quality of work are top notch. Cameron is the most knowledgeable plumber I’ve come across and makes you feel confident you are in good hands. For the sewer line, he was quick to diagnose the problem and recommend remediation steps until the problem could be fixed. He got his team ready in less than two days to come out and fix the issue, which involved digging to the sewer tap, removing tree roots from the line, and correctly installing a new PVC pipe. The team was very hardworking and was careful to avoid surrounding utility lines. Cameron documented every step of the process and kept me informed during the whole repair. They were able to complete the work in a few hours. I’m a young, first time home buyer and Cameron was empathetic of my situation and did what he could to help me out.
