We’ve had several plumbers over the last few years after moving into an older home. Ludvin definitely is the best of the best. He’s very communicative and takes time to explain his process and the best course of action without trying to sell you things you don’t need. He thoughtfully troubleshoots the problem and usually has what he needs to fix it on hand. He’s very trustworthy and we recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber.

Ludvin at Absolute Right Plumbing did a great job replacing our electric water heater. Our older heater sprang a leak and Ludvin was able to install a new one the same day we called him. I would absolutely recommend them for a water heater replacement project.

Absolutely Right Plumbing and Septic Tank literally saved the day! We woke up to a water leak the morning of Thanksgiving! With family in town and hosting Thanksgiving in a few hours, we were so thrilled that they were willing to come help us! Problem was found and fix before 10AM! 100% recommend, fantastic service and work!

Ludvin is great !! We had some new countertops put into our kitchen, and the faucet and garbage disposal had to be re-installed due to the installation. Ludvin showed up on time and handled the job professionally, quickly and efficiently. The sink is running better now than it did prior to be uninstalled.Impressed by his good work, I asked Ludvin about other projects we had around the house. He was honest and informative on what he can and cannot do, which I greatly appreciated.Were glad we finally have an official plumber to contact for all our plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Absolutely Right Plumbing! Over the past 3 years, Ludvin (the owner), has fixed a leaky pipe that led out to the street, replaced 3 toilets with the new taller models, and even got my gas fireplace working again! He also made sure I understood how to safely use the fireplace by having me start it 2 or 3 times until I was comfortable. Ludvin is very knowledgeable, respectful, and makes sure everything is done correctly. Ive recommended him to several friends and they are also happy with his services.

Ludvin is a Master Plumber and centrally located to support Cherokee County. We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday morning and he was able to show up in less than an hour and fix the issue at a reasonable rate. Ludvin had us back up and running in less than two hours from the initial call and I highly recommend him. We will definitely keep his number close at hand!

Ludvin Ruiz reacts to your problems like a friend showing up to help. Ive used him before have been very pleased with his work. Today I realized I had a leak in the waterline to my house. I called in the late morning. He was in Decatur but said hed be at my house by 3 PM. He showed up and just started fixing the problem; didnt wait for a crew to help him, realized that this was a difficult situation, put on his work boots and started digging. He fixed it in a few hours and charged me a fee that was more than fair. Hes a great guy and family man, too.

We will never use anyone but Absolutely Right Plumbing! We have used them for many plumbing issues around the house. Yesterday was Thanksgiving and we had a pipe burst outside. Most companies would have come out and just shut off the water. Not Absolutely Right! Ludvin came out (even though his family was waiting to leave) and stayed until the pipe was repaired and we had water. I cannot say enough good things about this company!They will not try and upsell you or charge you out the nose for repairs. Ludvin is fair and kind.

Ludvin and his partner were so helpful with the plumbing work at our new home. He worked quick and efficient and the plumbing was one of the only things finished on time for us. He fixed leaks, moved a water heater, re-did plumbing, and move the location of our sink lines to install a new farmhouse sink. Great company!

Our water bill was higher for two consecutive months so we knew we had a leak somewhere in the main line. Another company came out but didnt even try to locate the leak. They proposed putting in a whole new line from the water main to the house for $4,000.00. I explained to Ludvin at Absolutely Right Plumbing what the other company had proposed; Ludvin said he would give a free estimate to find the leak. He came out on Christmas Eve and quickly found the leak which was right next to the basement wall. He came back on December 26 and dug out the area by hand to minimize damaging the landscaping and repaired the line for $550.00. He was extremely honest, courteous and fast. He and his assistant had the entire job completed in less than 3 hours. I would recommend Absolutely Right Plumbing for any plumbing issues.

I called him in the afternoon and he was out first thing the next morning when a lot of other companies said it would be another week before they could come out. Today at 4:02 PMI was told by a different plumber I needed to replace my old leaking toilet...I almost did, but then Ludvin came by to check it out, gutted mine and basically rebuilt the innards and now its working like a new toilet Thanks Ludvin...your honesty and integrity go a long way!
