Scheduled preventative maintenance appointment 11/202024 and a senior level experienced Tech “Steve” arrived on time. I found this gentleman very personable and knowledgeable and I had a very good conversation with regarding my Trane system. Thorough inspection of Air Handler and outside equipment and we discussed several good tips. Excellent service and was well satisfied!

Ive been using their services for 2-3 years now. I got a preventative maintenance plan where they come out twice a year to check my system. The office always sends a text reminder when my next service is due and the technicians call ahead of time to let me know when they are on the way. Most of the technicians explain what they did and if there are any issues. Their technician Nate came today and was great with my dog, explained everything that he noticed and was super friendly.

He was able to assess the issue very quickly. Unfortunately, it was not an HVAC issue. We will definitely use them again

Update 12/13/24 Still Outstanding! Today, I had an urgency; my heat totally wont turn on. Chilly now. Called Odyssey and 2 hrs later Matt L showed up (another awesome Matt). He fixed the issue. He was so thorough too. He checked the source and was able to identify that the fuse was just too small so will be ordering the right one and will be back. Meanwhile, he adjusted few things to get it going for now. Honest too; figured it should not be the customers liability for the faulty fuse. Being a lady, it is not uncommon to fall prey to up sales and deceitful billing. This is an honest co with honest staff. Also whenever you call. I always get someone who is professional and courteous to pick up the phone. They let you know what to expect upfront. Anyway, another awesome Matt L and another exceptional service! On a side note; its a tell tale sign that management is top notch keeping good staff and likely treating them well so they pass that on to customers.Outstanding!!! Mr. Mathew Shivers came to check on my new home AC. All along I thought it was that one vent that was off.. Turns out it was several installation issues that he had to configure/ fix and he fixed them ALL .. Was so thorough, so efficient.. Now I have my HVAC running the way it was supposed to run. Needless to say I am joining their maintainance plan and definitely would ask for him by name. Awesome! AWESOME!!! 100 stars

Chris and Lou were incredible throughout the process. Our office had a broken water heater in a hard to reach location, and after receiving higher quotes from other companies, we called Odyssey. They explained the situation to us clearly and recommended a tankless heater for our needs, which ended up being cheaper. They came out VERY fast each time and were always super friendly and informative. We had an issue after installation (around 5:00pm) and they were at our office by 8am the next day. They fixed the problem, explained what happened, and told us how to fix it if it happened again. Highly recommend this company.

We called Odyssey, spoke to a very pleasant after hours call-center person who put us in touch with a service tech within 10 minutes and that person arrived at our house within 30 minutes. Jordan was very professional, friendly, and patient with our questions. He diagnosed the problem after conducting a battery of tests to isolate the faulty electrical part. He fixed the problem, we got our AC back on and we are very happy with the service provided by Jordan with Odyssey Mechanical LLC. Highly recommend them for your HVAC service needs.

Devine did an outstanding job and he came within a few days.Kevin Hommes is a friend of a few friends that I have met a few times. I felt comfortable with them in my home to do a professional job without oversight. They too, like the last HVAC that I had installed by Odyssey employees, were professional, on-time, knowledgeable, and did not attempt to upsell me on additional products. This, by itself, is always refreshing. I recommend that you give them a try. I have had 3 other HVAC companies. One was way overpriced and I fired them, the second, lied to me and I found out, and the third, was unreliable. Choose wisely.

I hired them to install new thermostats, but when I got to town half of the power to my house was out and the AC was not working. They came out on time and even though they were not able to replace my thermostats since the units were not working, the technician checked everything for me and advised me to call Duke Power, which I did and thank goodness he recommended that because Duke Power came out and it was something they were able to fix. Kudos to my technician and Odyssey. A follow-up...I contacted Odyssey when my house had power restored and they promptly rescheduled a technician to come out to install the thermostats. He was excellent! He went above and beyond to make sure the thermostats were working properly and gave me a great tutorial on how to use them with my iPhone. Thanks so much for the wonderful service! Brian was our tech. He was very helpful. I asked questions in regards to the stinky sock smell we get, the black dusty mold looking silch on top of our unit in the attic. An area that had dripped water and if the flow of air could be dampered to get more air to our master. He cleaned the coil. Recommended their apco x whole house treatment system that has uv etc. Didnt really have the money for that, but as he progressed in checking things out we discovered there are no dampers, a transformer or capacitor ( cant remember which) was rusting out, made in china and also the drain pipe on the unit wasnt done properly. Our house was built 3 years ago and neighbors have had issues with their units. Now I see why!!! I decided to delve into my 401k and had the apco installed, the transformer in the a/c unit replaced, and the drain fixed. He turned the inner fan up to high from medium and will be coming back to install something with in the ductwork that will control the problem of the moisture building up and causing mold etc. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him and Odyssey! The air already smells fresher. I would rather fix things now that should have been done proper, than to wait and ruin the system and our health from all that junk!

The Tech Johnny looked over the system and diagnosed the issue and then told me that the part would take a week or so to come in ( due to the scamdemic ) but he charged the system up and said that he was confident that will carry me thru until the part arrives and it did. 8 days later I get a from Chad to tell me the part was in and instead of him telling me when he can get there he asked when would be a good time to come and replace the part I jokingly said tomorrow would be great and at 10 am the next day my A/C was back to doing the job it was meant to do. Great customer service! The technician was very knowledgeable, came up with a solution, picked up parts and repaired my duct work all on the same day. He cleaned up so well it was like he was never here! Will definitely go to Odyssey for all my HVAC needs!

Chad was very helpful and worked diligently to try and fix the airflow balance in my house. He explained everything he did and explained other things that could be done to solve the problem if what he did today did not work satisfactorily. I believe he did the scheduled biyearly HVAC inspection even though that was not mentioned on the invoice. He was the most thorough of all the technicians that have come to my house and the first one that really wanted to find a solution to the air balance problem. Please, thank him for me.
