My home was part of TC8 on 16 2024 in Southport. They were professional and came by as soon as they were able to get here. They even spoke to my flood adjuster with the Insurance company. They made the process smooth and easy. It was hard enough to watch your house flood and the stress of all that but it was nice to see a team relieve you of that headache.

My experience with Pride Restoration was completely unmatched. The guys that came out for the initial inspection and quote were extremely helpful and friendly, and they were able to work with me over sometime in order to find the perfect solution for my house.The mitigation process was excellent, I have never had such a good experience with a contracted company as I did with Pride Restoration. The gentleman that came to do the work, Robert, Austin, and Gavin, were extremely helpful, they completed the job very quickly and included me in a lot of what was going on. They went above and beyond my expectations, and helped with every tiny aspect of what I needed to do.I will recommend them to anyone in need, and I will most definitely use Pride again. Im so happy I gave Pride a call. When the phone rang, Doris answered it and was really helpful. My insurance provider questioned me about the work being done in great detail, and I was unable to respond. The pride restoration team was able to cooperate with my insurance provider and give the claim adjuster rapid responses that they were satisfied with. The Pride team methodically carried out the final tasks. Because of Doris, Joel, Susan, and Jim, I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this person in the highest regard.

Pride Restoration has a very professional and knowledgeable staff. I had an HVAC air handler leak down into my ceiling. They got back to me and responded to my home in a timely manner. All my questions were answered and they told me exactly what they were going to do to repair and rid my home of any mold. Would definitely use them again.

We used Pride to clean and restore interior damage caused by a leaking roof.They did a great job and were the most professional crew we have ever used to paint and repair our home. They arrived on time, were polite and efficient, and completed the job on schedule (which really pleased my wife as we were having dinner guests on the last day of the job.) We are planning to use them again to paint the remainder of the interior because we were so impressed by their work..

I met the owner of Pride Cleaning and Restoration at my local real estate Investors association meeting. He showed up impromptu after Hurricane Florence and explained to our group how he came to the area to help out a friend who was in trouble with damage to their home. He was very genuine and likeable. I decided to call him immediately the following morning to see if he could help me out with my own damaged properties. He came over promptly and assessed the damage and spent the time to explain and help me understand just how far the extent of the water damages were. I am a licensed general contractor and thought I had things under control but had an eye opening experience after Prides evaluation. Without them I would have agreed with my Adjusters opinion of the house being okay in general. The reality was almost 100% of the insulation in the walls was wet enough to be growing mold over time. Without their expertise I would have left the walls as is risking exponential mold growth and potential health hazards in the future. They also offered to help with my insurance claim and make sure those hidden damages would be covered. Thank you Jim!

Have you tried Hydrolyze? The owner, Jim, told me about this product as I dislike all commercial hand sanitizers because they are harsh, full of chemicals, and dry out my hands horribly. Hydrolyze does NOT do any of those things. It is made with electrolyzed water and hypochlorous acid, and leaves my hands feeling soft and moisturized! In addition, you can spray it wherever you need to sanitize and deodorize. I highly recommend this product! Thank you Jim and Pride Cleaning and Restoration!Deb Mayak

The entire group of folks at Pride have just been amazing since we called them. They showed up at our house at 9pm on a Friday and worked til almost midnight to make sure our situation was handled before they left. Not only did they work late on an emergency call on a Friday night, but they were extremely friendly and had us laughing and it really relaxed the situation. They’re currently working with us and the insurance adjuster and they have just been so knowledgeable and helpful in all of my questions. 10/10 recommend.

Joel is the homie. I had flooding happen in my office and he came out to look at everything within a couple hours of calling. His team was very easy to work with from start to finish and advised against ripping all the sheetrock out. It helped avoid a lengthy and messy repair job by realizing the job could be fixed with only a few small holes in the wall for ventilation. They should take pride in their work and I will be referring them to anyone else with emergent property needs.
