Same day appointment- on a Friday! Very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and informative. We had a burnt receptacle and our technician not only took care of it, but suggested we check all in that room- he was right! 3 others were melted. Full room receptacle restoration, reasonably priced. I will be scheduling AC duct and hot water heater replacement with them next! Very pleased with our service 👍👍👍

I am thrilled with the experience I have had with Blaze and glad they were my first call. I am new to the area and never had a heat pump before so when the unit was loud, made a clunking sound, and was not heating the house to the temperature the thermostat said it was, I reached out to Blaze for assistance. The woman I spoke to, Opal, was the epitome of excellent customer service; she asked questions, was informative, and very patient with me, all the while assuring me the Blaze team would be able to help quickly. The technician, Zachary, was exceptional. He provided a great deal of helpful information about the unit, how to best maintain it, and provided recommendations on the timing of potential repairs being needed. Zachary quickly knocked out the work that needed to be completed and was very knowledgeable about the air purification system, which he was able to install the same day. All around, working with Blaze has been a fantastic experience and I am glad I signed up for their Shield Membership Plan to keep my HVAC running smoothly.

Took two visits to fix the problem, but technicians did identify it correctly. Was an easy fix and they charged their minimum. Worst part is how long it takes to get someone out. Our entire HVAC was down and it took several calls to impart a sense of urgency.

We are new to the area and our Hot water heater went out. After asking neighbors who they recommend and looking at local companies reviews online we called Blaze. We called around 2:00 in the afternoon and Blaze tech Michael was here within two hours of the call. He was great to check out what the issue was and after giving us several options from repair to replacement and after assessing the age of our old hot water heater we decide to replace the unit. Having all of the options for replacement we were able to choose something that fit our budget right now. Daniel called us first thing the following morning and we were able to get the water heater we wanted and Blaze was here within a couple hours and installed it. Big thank you to Michael, Daniel and the other install tech that came out for their great service and genuine interest in us getting the right fit for us, with the holidays here and family coming in it’s great to know we have Blaze available should we need them!!Happy Holidays!!

Hunter from Blaze came out to work on our hot water heater, and he was the best! He was incredibly friendly and down-to-earth, making the entire experience comfortable and easy. Although he couldn’t completely fix our system during the first visit, he went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and explained everything to us in detail. He got the manufacturer to overnight the part he needed and promised to make us his first priority when it came in. We truly appreciated his professionalism and commitment.

Shane Rhodes is a great technician with Wilmington Air. He’s very knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend him!Today (6-12-24), Lorenzo Gonzales was my Blaze plumbing technician for an annual inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful— in addition to being very nice and professional. Lorenzo replaced the expansion tank on my water heater and it was great that he kept extras on his truck (see photo). I had no idea that expansion tanks should be checked periodically. I highly recommend Lorenzo for any plumbing work!Cameron Dennis is another great Blaze employee. Every aspect of our service was outstanding. The office staff facilitated everything beautifully. I really appreciate their clear and direct communication and the timeliness of the service. Our technician, Braden, was courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. He explained each detail of the service to us, gave us instructions on how to maintain our unit, and sent us pictures as documentation to support his findings. Also, what I really liked is that when Braden was on his way to our home, I received an email, a phone call, and a text message with his time of arrival and his picture. Including the tech’s picture is an outstanding way to protect the safety of customers, particularly anyone who may be vulnerable or alone at the time of service (thinking of my late grandmother, for example). I have very high standards and both Braden and Blaze met them. We purchased their maintenance package and will use them for any related services that we need in the future.

Tanner diagnosed the problem with our H-VAC to be a faulty zone control. He showed photos of the faulty zone and motor control which stuck half way open. We decided to replace the parts. Which he ordered right away.He gave a call when the parts arrived. Blaze, formerly Wilmington Air, is 100% dedicated to customer service. We signed up for an annual contract for biannual HVAC inspections and have been very happy with their thoroughness. We had Wilmington Air install 2 HVAC vents for our new sunroom addition, but recently found that a return air unit was necessary. Blaze had taken over at that point, and when the team, Brandon C. and Vaughn, arrived a few days ago, They did a wonderful job with excellent attention to detail, plus they cleaned up any debris afterwards! Amazing from start to finish! We got home from work Thursday to a broken AC. We called Blaze at about 6:30ish, and with two young toddlers in the house we appreciated that someone could come out the same night. Tanner interrupted his dinner to come out and was there by 8 to figure out the problem. He was polite, thorough, and even ensured that the kids didnt wake up. There was significant damage to our old system, but it was all explained well, as were our options. We choose to purchase a new system that was installed on Saturday. Friday we were lent a couple window units to keep the house cool in the mean time. Saturday Blaze arrived at 7:30 and our new system was in by 3:30. The new system is fantastic and we already feel a difference! Everyone was amazing to work with, Braden, Brandon, Joey, Dan, Tanner, and Kristi who took our call that first night. Honestly I feel bad because I think Im forgetting a name and they were all so great. They all treated our situation as if it were happening to them. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I never thought that Id love an HVAC company so much. Where do I start? Ive been using them for about 9 months for my house plus my rental house and I cannot say enough good things about them but let me try.First of all, they have so many techs, if you have an issue, theyll have someone there within 24 hrs or so. They treat your issue with urgency and care. When theyre on their way, they text you a pic of the tech that will be completing the service, which as a woman who WFH alone during the day, I LOVE and then the tech calls you to let you know how far out they are. They also give you a 2 hr window (not 4-8!) and most of the time, they get there right around the top of the window, which I feel like is unheard of.Ok so now on to when they get there....between the multiple maintenance appts, my heat strips and aux heat going out at one house, my AC going out at the other house, Ive had a total of 5 different techs (Samuel, Justin, Brandon, Lorenzo and Jake). Every single one of them are so nice, friendly, knowledgeable, informative and respectful (they even put booties on so they dont track dirt in your house...UGH guys I love you so much, Idc if you bring a whole mud pit in my house, you can do no wrong). But I have to say my favorite is Jake. Hes been my tech three times and although he looks like hes 18, he has so much knowledge, as if hes been doing it for 50 years and explains EVERYTHING to me, breaking it down Barney style so I can understand (Im basically an HVAC expert now, Blaze lemme know if you wanna hire me, Jake trained me already).When they sadly leave when the service is done, they send a recap with about a thousand pictures for your records, which is so nice to see everything they just explained to you. As someone who works in hospitality and prides herself on giving exceptional service to her own clients, I wish every company in every industry was like Blaze. I strive to give service like them!

Brandon from Blaze is truly a superhero! We were horrified to discover that our HVAC was not working the day before leaving for a ten day trip. Brandon showed up the very next morning, figured out that the heat exchanger had overheated due to a weak blower, and then proceeded to acquire a new motor for the blower and install it, all in just a couple of hours! Thanks to Brandon, we can now go on our trip without having to worry about the possibility of our pipes freezing while we are gone. Truly a godsend!

AC System ReplacementFirst point of contact, John in april. He informed us of a capacitor that had reached death, replaced it and gave us info on new systems (we already knew a new system was beckoning). Great service and info!August, we started the process of a new system upgrade/install. Joey came out first, got right to the point of what the day was gonna entail. The installers (Wesley, Brandon, and Frank?), and the electrician (Tom) get here next. Installers start demo, Tom goes right to the breaker box. Complete handler in the attic and fan outside retro and replace.They all knew what they were doing, were courteous, and had a good positivity around them. If you want a job done to an amazing standard and in an efficient manner .. ask for the crew that I had.Hopefully the owner gives them all a bonus/raise to keep em around .... great group of dudes.

Jeremys suggestion to add a zoning feature allows my large room over the garage to now remain as comfortable as the rest of the house, and the mini split unit in the sunroom is delightful! I really appreciated the care and respect they gave to keep my house clean. Also, they re- routed a drainpipe to eliminate a preexisting standing water issue, as a courtesy, for no charge. Dan’s did a great assessment today , 11-26-24. Confirmed the new EV charging outlet was not causing the refrigerator GFCI outlet to trip. Which it has been doing intermittently. He gave me a couple of suggestions that are easy to implement. Confident his recommendations are sound!Cam did an outstanding job today! His electrical expertise was above and beyond the norm! By far! He outlined exactly what and where he was going to install the charging port for my new hybrid vehicle. It’s unusual to find an individual that truly takes pride in their work, but the finished product reflects Cam’s excellent work ethic! I also have to give kudos to Cam’s support team, as they always answer the phone quickly and provide the information I need at the moment. I didn’t get the name of the young lady who answers their phone, but she’s is always friendly and customer orientplThank you Cam and the rest of your team! Always a pleasure! (And your quotes are excellent as well -came in almost 50% less than another quote I obtained for this job.)

Have used Wilmington air for HVAC work in the past and decided to use their electrical services for an issue I was having with an irrigation pump. Harry came out and did quick work of troubleshooting and finding the issue and offered fantastic customer service! It ended up being a simple fix but he did a great job explaining the issue along with some other questions I had about the system. We’ll definitely call Wilmington Air and request Harry again for any electrical needs.
