    Called in with a leak in a toilet. Appointment and return call were scheduled very quickly and conveniently. Chase and his partner came out and were pleasant, professional and informative. Found the issue and explained it to us and fixed it at a reasonable cost. They will be my plumber of choice moving forward. Excellent! Thank you!

    Very responsive to schedule a visit. Very engaging during the visit. Very accommodating to my health challenge. They looked at two sinks that were not working properly. Charged $171 to put a washer on a sink and troubleshoot. We didn’t decide on price prior to this. Very disappointed to have to pay that price for. 20 minute review. Came out originally for a hot water heater. Was just going to select them but after the washer price wil go and do due diligence with others. Overall a good experience but be careful of impromptu pricing. We’ll see how they compare with others on the hot water heater.

    Havent had a need for a plumber in over 10 years, so when the main valve to our toilet needed replacing, I didnt know who to call. Looking at reviews and proximity to our home, I took a chance and called Bluewater Plumbing at 8:00am this morning. The appointment was set quickly and easily with a time of 8:30am-10:30am same day. The technician arrived ~8:45am and the job was completed in just over an hour. Tommy B. (technician) was professional, pleasant, and explained the process in detail before starting work. After Tommy completed the work he spent a few minutes explaining the job and answered questions about a future/bigger job that we need completed. Overall a great experience from the initial contact, getting a tech scheduled quickly, and completing the work. I have saved the contact information and will use Bluewater Plumbing for future needs.

    I had a clogged sink and garbage disposal wasn’t working. I called and was able to get someone out within a few hours. They were on time, professional and extremely helpful. Luckily, the issue was simple and were able to fix it within 10 minutes, so he was nice enough to only charge half of the service fee which I really appreciated. He also showed me what I could do myself if the issue happens again. Excellent service! I’d definitely recommend - Chris and Ryan were great! Bonus: the lady that answered my call for the appointment was also very nice!

    Bluewater Plumbing continues to have the best staff around. Chase (and his partner) were out today to address an issue with my shower valve cartridge causing the handle to be very tight to turn. They addressed the issue in record time. Highly recommend!

    Wilmington sometimes can be hard to get plumbers, electricians, or any kind of good contractors to come to the house. I am truly happy with Bluewater. I talked to a live person when I called. No leave a message and we will call you back. Came out when they said they would. The tech guy called and let me know when he was on the way. Didnt cost me an arm or a leg to get what I needed done. Very satisfied with the service. Absolutely no hassels.

    New flooring install and installer felt he couldnt reinstall two toilets due to raised level of flooring. Called Bluewater at friends recommendation and set appointment. Alan and Jackson arrived at the early end of appointment window (two hours which was nice as opposed to an all-day wait); I explained the situation including that I had purchased and assembled new toilets to take advantage of the situation. They immediately examined the flooring and flange, deciding that there was enough height to work with but recommended using a Jumbo wax ring for secure fit. They also saw that the new toilets, which were taller, needed longer supply lines which they had and installed. They were extremely professional and made quick work of the job. Highly responsive, appointments easily available, good work in a timely fashion - I would highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.

    A neighbor recently informed us that tankless water heaters should be flushed at least once a year ... who knew. Ours had never been serviced since the house was built nine years ago.     We called about our need for a plumber and was expecting several days for someone to come. To our pleasant surprise we were scheduled for two days later.     Great team that stands behind their work and shoots you straight. Our new commercial building is on a well and we were having all kinds of issues so I was considering transitioning to city water. I met with Chase initially and they put a plan in place to figure out what we were working with to properly diagnose the problem and come up with a viable solution to stay on well water. Mike came out and helped me lay out a plan for the future but also got us up and running in the short term. It was a great experience because he also educated me on what we have in place and what the options are. I highly recommend Bluewater Plumbing and will be using them going forward.

    Bluewater Plumbing Service was able to get me scheduled within 2 days of contacting them. Chris and Jaxson arrived on time and were able to identify the problem with my existing garbage disposal. They attempted to troubleshoot the issue multiple times before concluding I needed a new disposal. They were able to install the new disposal on the same day in under an hour. The pricing of the services and new disposal were reasonable.

    I had Bluewater Plumbing Company replace all my quest waterlines in my house the crawl space and in my walls and replace it with Pex waterlines. This was a two and half days of work . The two man crew Mike & Eli Scholer worked diligently to get the job done . Each day before they left they made sure we had water and that there were no leaks. They also removed all the quest waterlines from my crawl space. They both were very professional as they worked Mike didn’t have to make but four cuts in my sheetrock inside my house because of Mikes knowledge the cuts he made were easily screwed back to the wall.     Our restaurant had a bad sewer smell for a while, and no one could find it.     Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars for this wonderful local company! I had some issues going on in our condo and my boss actually recommended this company and I am so thankful! They were so incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and on time! Small window of when they will be there instead of having to take an entire day to make an appointment. And it only took about maybe 45 minutes! RJ was absolutely wonderful, and the ladies in the office were so sweet! The customer service was superb and just all around a fantastic decision! We will definitely be using this company again! (Hopefully not for awhile though! 😂)

    Bluewater did a superb job on the things we needed help with. Both are fixed, and they put a 30 warranty on one job just as an added bonus. The serviceman was prompt, efficient, friendly, and the price was below what we expected. We would certainly use them again.

    Alan Carr is the plumber you want from this company! He can do anything plumbing related from installing a flapper, all the way to installing a water heater! I give this company 5 madones and 2 thumbs up! Take care comb your hair

    Bluewater was able to come out next day to fix my leaking toilet. Matt and Eli were able to determine the problem very quickly and fix it. Showed me what was wrong and how they were going to fix. They did excellent job with keeping me up to date with the status and were able to fix other minor issues they came across.

    I’m very impressed with this company all the way around. I called for an appointment and the person who took the call was friendly and knowledgeable and scheduled my appointment for the next day between 10 am and noon. I received text updates on the status of the service call and the service technicians / plumbers were at my house by 11 am and done with the installation in under 15 minutes! The plumbers who came to my house were super nice and professional, they did a great job and left my place clean.

    The plumber on time, polite, professional and explained the work prior to starting. He completed the repair and showed me what he repaired/replaced. The cost was reasonable with a detailed invoice for the work provided. This is the second time we used Bluewater Plumbing ad I would call them again.

    James and his helper arrived close to schedule (gotta love Hampstead traffic) and were very professional. They jumped right in to address the problem, and had 4 shower head cartridges replaced in just over 1 1/2 hour. Some final detail finish work still needs to be done, and Im sure it will get done. I highly recommend BlueWater Plumbing.

    A little pricey for just changing a washer in the cut-off value and the wax ring on the bottom of the toilet. But, I must say they did good work and were on time. The service guys were polite and professional. No complaints at all on the service. The $261.00 dollar bill did hurt a bit.

    The pipe that attaches to our garden hose was leaking. After calling Bluewater Plumbing and making an appointment Mike came out to do the repair. He showed up right on time, probably a bit early in fact. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything and shared so much information with me. Mike answered all my questions and concerns and did a fantastic job doing the repair. Would highly recommend Mike and Bluewater Plumbing.

    I had water on the floor at the base of the toilet and thought that the wax seal under the toilet was leaking. Thought this would be a big job to remove the toilet and replace the seal. Called Bluewater because of their 5 star rating. Spoke with a friendly lady who scheduled an appointment the next day between 12:00 and 2:00. The next day Mike texted me at 1:30 to say he was on his way and would be here by 2:00. When he arrived I explained what I thought the problem was. After looking at the toilet for a couple of minutes he explained why the seal was not the problem but that the bolts holding the tank to the bowel had become loose allowing water to drip from the tank. Three minutes later the bolts were tight and the drip was fixed. He cleaned up and waited 15 minutes to make sure that the problem was solved. He was professional and friendly. Would use Bluewater again for any plumbing problem.

    We had to replace 2 aging hot water tanks and wanted to go tankless. We received quotes from 3 vendors, 2 of whom are nationally recognized organizations as well as Blue Water which is family owned and run. The 2 large shops had grand (very expensive) plans for how to do what we wanted. Jamie, after listening to us, came up with a recommendation that was far simpler and much cheaper to Implement. The team showed up when they said they would and kept us informed through out the process. These guys did great work, were courteous and professional. I highly recommend you consider Blue Water when it comes to your plumbing needs.

    We were having problems with kitchen drain plugging up. Called Bluewater and they were quick to respond. We had opened drain but an inspection told us the real problem. The repairs were explained in full detail. Matt and Nolan came out and did the needed repairs. They were very professional, cleaned up the work area before leaving. I would recommend Blue water for plumbing needs
