    Came out to my house on an early Saturday morning after my hot water tank decided to almost catch fire and burn my house down! I knew I needed a new tank and they arrived at 8:30AM, an hour after I called them. They showed up and worked for almost 4 hours to get my old tank out, which was 2/3 full of sediment and would not drain. Once they got it out of the small, enclosed location they installed the new tank within 45 minutes. The lead tech told me that was in the top 3 most difficult tanks to remove hes ever done and was the most sediment filled hes ever seen! But God Bless them, they worked until the job was done, cleaned up after themselves, and were super friendly and polite as well! They answered every question I had, were professional the entire time, and finished the job within the quoted price. I couldnt be happier with the techs, AC and Dave, and with East Atlantic Plumbing overall. Very polite and professional, quick to respond, and good price on the service, even with it being an emergency service. I will absolutely use them again for all my plumbing needs!

    We had an after hours emergency call. Jason arrived and needless to say he was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable and knew how to fix our hot water heater instantly.     I called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Jesse and Robbie showed up on time, introduced themselves, and confirmed the problem within minutes of arriving. They gave me an estimate before starting any work. The whole job took about 90 minutes. Its not cheap, but they did a professional job and carried off all the old parts. Along the way, they were pleasant and courteous, and they patiently answered all my questions and left me with an itemized receipt--plus a faucet that doesnt drip and a supply valve that doesnt leak. These guys did excellent work. Thank you!

    SAVED THE DAY!I own an event venue on on a Saturday night one of my toilets clogged up and I couldnt get it working so I called EAP needing help since I had an event the next morning. I was surprised to talk to a person at 11:30 at night and she scheduled a plumber at 9am Sunday morning to fix the issue.The tech was profession and discrete (the guests started setting up at 9am).Very impressed, reasonable prices and a quick turn around.Thanks for saving the day.Oh, the owner is a super great guy that gives back to our community...highly recommend!

    We had a water line come loose under our sink. On Saturday night. I turned the line off to the sink, called these folks, specifying not an emergency. Got a call back Monday morning, could have had help that afternoon, but scheduled Tuesday morning. AC called when he was on the way, the work was done professionally, and despite my water line being an odd size, done quickly. And the least expensive service call I have had since moving into this glitchy condo 8 months ago. East Atlantic will be my go to plumber from now on.

    My old toilet was on its last leg - the screws inside were rusted and the seal around the screws were long gone. I went to clean it on a Tuesday and jiggled the tank a little too much, causing the entire tank to empty out within like 5 minutes. I called East Atlantic Plumbing on Thursday morning and was able to get someone out the same day. The office staff that helped coordinate the replacement were great and super patient when I asked a million different questions.Cody was the technician that came by and he was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, transparent about pricing, and provided a ton of information on the type of toilet I got, how it drains, etc.I’ve dealt with a couple of plumbers in the area and East Atlantic and Cody have by far been the best to work with!

    These were the only plumbers I could get to come out on short notice. They quickly fixed the broken pipe and the price was very fair. Professional and personable, these guys worked hard in the outside summer heatwave. Greatly appreciated this service and will call next time I need a plumber.

    Cant say enough kind words about these guys. I had an issue with a leak that turned from a drip to a geyser and the shutoff valve would not turn. I called them in a panic and they walked me through shutting the water off to stop the flooding. 20 minutes later, Brandice showed up, replaced the old valves with new ones and resolved the issue lightning fast. Due to the emergency nature of the call and the expedited service, I was expecting a high bill. Nope. Incredibly fair price, especially considering the quick turnaround. Great experience and highly recommended.

    I would recommend East Atlantic Plumbing to anyone who needs an honest and reliable plumber. We had a plumbing issue and tried to get our normal plumber to come over for several weeks which never happened. I called on a Monday and Michelle answered the phone and told me that someone would come out that day to look at our our issue and their kitchen sink. Cody showed up close to 5 PM and told us exactly what was going on so we discussed How to fix the problem. He said that either we could source the items or that he would do so for us. We allowed him to source the products and told him what finishes we were looking for and The finishes that we preferred. It was all done within a reasonable timeframe and I had the best experience dealing with Michelle and Cody and the owner of the company. Customer service goes a long way, and this company goes above and beyond and that category. If you ever need a plumber, a highly suggest you give them a call..

    This plumbing company save me by fixing the problems made by a cheap contractor that built my house by installing a sewer grinder pump & now 10 years later they saved my by replacing it pump & float switch & made sure everything else was in working order.     Excellent, professional and friendly service! We came home on a Sunday evening from a weekend trip and discovered a leak from our hot water heater. Which, by the way, is in our attic. Monday, I called around for plumbers. This company had a real person answer the phone and scheduled an appointment the same afternoon.     We needed a recirculating pump installed to improve the promptness of warm/hot water being available in bathrooms on the side of our house that is opposite the water heater. Though the existing water heater was working properly, it was 13 years old and out of warranty, so we had that replaced at the same time. We purchased the pump and heater in advance of the work. The plumbers were prompt in their arrival to do the estimate and again on the day of the installation. Due to a problem with the pump I purchased, the installers had to pull another out of their warehouse/shop. The work was quickly and professionally done. The plumbers were very knowledgeable and efficient in their work! Definitely will call East Atlantic for any future plumbing needs!

    Jake came to our house to find a leak we had. Though we had other plumbers come, they told us the toilet was leaking and they offered to put in a new one for 1000. Long story short we did that work ourselves and saved $800, but we still had a leak.You guys sent Jake over and he found a broken pipe under the house with in less than 10 minutes of his arrival. He was friendly, honest and hard working. In spite of it being late Friday in one of the hottest weeks ever, he did everything and more! I highly recommend this service and Jake!

    First I spoke with Candis who reviewed pictures of my leaking water heater. After checking with 3 other plumbing outfits East Atlantic Plumbing gave me the best price. I received an appointment the same day. The technicians arrived early for the appointment another mark in the plus category. They switched out the water heater and installed a n expansion tank so the unit was brought up to code. After filling the tank they waited another fifteen minutes to make sure there were no leaks and that I was getting hot water. I am completely satisfied with their work and would definitely use them for any future plumbing work. Thanks again.

They came right out for emergency service, had to come back two more times. They did everything under the sun and then some.     Our home had the original 64 year old cast iron sewer pipes. Wed had multiple issues in the past few years since wed bought the house, and other companies did not give us the full story of how bad the pipes were. When we started having issues again, I called East Atlantic We were smelling sewer gas and they found a pipe cap had come off under the house. We knew it was due to a possible clog and as soon as the cap was put on, everything started backing up. First thing the next morning the techs were back to clear our line, we were shown the camera images of how bad our lines were and we knew they all needed to be replaced. We immediately began the process of replacing all of our cast iron pipes under the house. They were straight forward in pricing and kept me informed about what we needed to do. Pricing was right in line with what Id thought it would be ( it was a big job). Within a few days, due to weather; our job was started. We were amazed at how quickly our job was completed and we were only without water for a short time. We are very thankful to have found East Atlantic when we did. The employees are great and customer service is top notch! We look forward to working with them again in the future to replace the remaining sewer line in our yard.

    We had a plumbing emergency, we cut a water line! We were able to turn off the main water and they made it to us within an hour!! They explained everything they would do (they had to cut a section of cabinet) and checked with us before they started.     I Was actually impressed how fast they got someone out to me. When I called, it was pretty straight forward, and boom someone was there.     My expansion tank on my water heater sprung a leak, spraying water everywhere in the garage. I called East Atlantic Plumbing and they walked me through the steps to slow the leak by turning off the water to the heater and the house, cutting off the power to the heater and draining the hot water from the faucets. It was 7PM and they came right out to swap the expansion tank, which took about 5 minutes. They were extremely friendly, quick and professional. Saved their contact on my phone as Best Plumbers in Town I definitely will be using them again in the future.

    Two gentlemen came to check on the repair of electric water heater. It was not making enough hot water. I told them it was most likely one of the electric elements burned out, which had happened several years back. The heater is 13 years old and instead of fixing it, I would like to have it replaced. They gave me an estimate to replace it, so I told them to proceed. They promptly removed the old one, and installed the new one. They even hauled away the old one. They were professional and on time.     Fran and his staff are amazing! I run a restaurant, and we use east atlantic for our plumbing needs. The work they do is very thorough, fast, and, unlike other workers in their field (and many other fields to be honest,) stays fixed and doesn’t just break again a few weeks later, there is no band aid with these guys, they do the work and do it right to the point where it isn’t a problem anymore. When we call Fran, the response time is lightning quick, he’s usually out within the hour and hops right on the issue. He also is amazing at communicating what the problem is, what they had to get to fix it, how they fixed it, and any issues that arose during the process, providing pictures of the process the whole time. Couldn’t imagine handling this restaurant without the help of Fran and his staff! Truly one of the good ones!

    I had a major leak that the guys responded to and resolved immediately. The leak happened because my house was piped with polybutylene. I asked if it was possible for them to repipe the house so this wouldnt happen again. The rerouted and repiped the entire house not leaving any trace or damage of the work. Very clean , professional, skilled, on time and fast. Fran came to check to see if he could assist but Paco and the guys are very good at what they do. I am very impressed with the quality of work, how well they communicated what needed to be done and how long it would take. I defiantly will use their services again if needed.

    Cant say enough good about this company! Water heater quit suddenly and I made a call to them at 7:30 a.m. An actual person (Candace) answered the phone, took our info and had Will & Jake there by 10 a.m. It was complicated due to it being a special heater, and they went the extra mile to find the right replacement.     We had an emergency weekend plumbing problem and called multiple plumbing services. East Atlantic Plumbing was the only company who picked up. They responded quickly and were to help us get the water turned off and set an appointment. When they came, they identified the problem quickly, fixed it, and made sure the water to the house was turned back on as well as the hot water heater. They then proceeded to check that everything was working correctly and explained the steps I needed to take in order to not be charged for the excess water by the water company.     I got an estimate from East Atlantic Plumbing to swap out four sinks, a shower and a freestanding tub as well as replace two leaking valves above a water heater with new gate valves. I paid to have them give me a estimate which came in higher than other estimates I received. I went with someone else but after I spoke to the owner he clarified that he had not seen the estimate and if I had called him we could have gone over what exactly it covered. We mightve been able to make some adjustments based on those details. I can tell he truly cares about his company and his customers. If you get an estimate, follow up with any questions you might have.

    I called Fran at 7 pm on Wednesday 3-22-17. Him and his brother Tim and one of his workers Greg were on the job in 30 minutes. He had to replace both valves for the washer and hoses and also went out of their way to replace the duct work on the dryer also.     There is a reason for all these 5-star ratings!We woke up to find soaking wet carpet in the hallway behind a bathroom, so, naturally, we thought a pipe in the wall had busted. We called a couple of plumbers and certainly, like everyone, theyre all busy people.However, when I called East Atlantic Plumbing to see if they might be able to help us out, Fran actually took the time to talk through my issue and, then, was kind enough to confirm that he would stop by to take a look. He showed up as promised that afternoon and, frankly, I expected him to immediately begin ripping out drywall to reach the pipes. Instead, Fran started by carefully looking at the area, noticing some warping in the wall. He then grabbed a ladder, went into our attic, and found that the HVAC units catch pan was overflowing, dumping water down the wall...not a plumbing problem at all!So, not only did Fran save us from having a wall demod for no reason, but he and his team went ahead and pulled out the soaked carpet and padding, tested the water meter to confirm that we indeed had no leaks, and gave us solid advice on next steps with respect to remediation.I have the utmost respect for someone who measures twice and cuts once; Fran is most assuredly one of those folks, stepping back to thoughtfully look at the big picture in our situation. We may not have had a plumbing issue this time, but when that need invariably arises, Im calling East Atlantic Plumbing. Theyve won my business and Id recommend them to anyone else, without the slightest hesitation!

    First, I hardly ever write reviews….and yet, I count on them when picking companies, so I will get better at doing this. We just purchased a home for our mom and knew something was going on with the plumbing. I live out of state and was setting everything up for repairs over a three-day period. I was flying in to work on the house to get it ready for my mom to move in and didnt have a lot of time. I believed from the beginning we had a clog somewhere in the main drain line and had set up for another plumbing company (referred by a family member) to come out. The morning they were schedule to come, the drain backed up and both bathrooms flooded. It was coming up the tub drains and from the base of the toilets….water was everywhere and we, not yet occupying the house, had maybe 6 towels to mop up what seemed like 100 gallons. It was not a good start to the day. In comes plumbing company A. They asked if I had an outside cleanout, I had been to the house twice since we bought it and had no idea, so I shrugged and said “maybe”. Plumber A walked around the house, kicked around some dirt and came in and told me they wouldn’t help me because I had no outside cleanout…..I’m sorry, what?! I was soaked, unable to cleanup the mess, totally exhausted from travelling, my coffee was cold, and now the plumber I set up two weeks prior and told what I needed, told me they wouldn’t help and LEFT! Insert panic.I called EAST ATLANTIC PLUMBING at 0930 on a FRIDAY and begged for help. Fran (owner) called me and asked me to explain what was happening. Within an hour, I had three gentlemen at my door and the promise that they would not leave until they fixed my issue. I will skip the rest of the process, but will tell you at the conclusion of this, we had 6 guys from East Atlantic Plumbing, three county public works representatives, and 6 hours of work….they didn’t even stop for lunch. They were AWESOME!!!! You should know too; EAST ATLANTIC found the elusive OUTSIDE cleanout that Plumber A said I didn’t have! What was my issue? The main drain line from the house to the public sewer tie in was separated and therefore, my drain was going into the ground and when it could not absorb fast enough, it pushed it back into the house. It was a mess. They fixed everything!I cannot emphasize enough to you how AMAZING this company was. They were POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, CLEAN, and they KEPT THEIR PROMISE!. If all those aren’t enough, they were AFFORDABLE! I paid half of what I had in my head the cost would be based on the work they were doing. I have no concerns about moving my mom into this house and there being plumbing issues. These guys are THE BEST!!!

    Fran and Donald did a great job helping me out. I had a mainline bust under the house and called 4 companys before them and they were the only company that made an attempt to get it done.
