    I received a call from Shay shortly after my inquiry and scheduled the appointment 3 days after the holiday. Jason was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. After his initial inspection, we discussed his assessment and the available options. He was extremely helpful, answered my questions thoroughly, and quickly provided an estimate based on my decision.He kept me informed as he worked. There was one issue that could not be resolved without additional work in the crawl space. He explained what was needed and provided an estimate for the additional work needed.     I can say that Done Right Today has certainly lived up to its name .A representative contacted me shortly after I submitted an internet request for service. The technician, Mark A., was dispatched to survey the job and he worked with his staff to quote a reasonable price.My plumbing job required the removal and replacement of an old bathroom sink and vanity. I chose to have the staff select all materials and parts. Their choice of products fit my needs, my budget, and the style of my home. The job was scheduled quickly and Mark provided courteous professional service.All of my concerns about the work to be done were addressed. I was informed of every possible scenario and kept updated on each step of the process.Delivery and installation of my new vanity, plumbing, sink, and faucet were perfect. Mark assured me that I could contact him if anything required additional attention.I was impressed by the fast response time and customer care of all the staff. Mark removed all packaging and old materials, and left no damage or disarray in my home.I am pleased with the services provided and I look forward to enjoying my upgraded system for years to come.Done Right Today is highly recommended!

    Remarkable - it’s the word I think of most when I recall our experience with Done Right Today. Shortly after buying our retirement home outside Frederica, my husband and I started compiling a lengthy To Do list of renovations and problems that needed addressing. Top of this list was replacing the kitchen sink and faucet and the kitchen appliances because they had experienced hard use, in fact, the dishwasher, we knew was not operable. After a bit of looking into our options, I Googled plumbers. I read the reviews for DRT and decided to call. This was Tuesday morning and Shea picked right up. I explained that I was in dire need of a new sink and faucet and Shea told me that he could send someone out the next day between 10 and 12 for a free estimate. Wonderful! I wasn’t expecting such a quick response. Mark phoned me the next morning to let me know when I could expect Roy. Roy was polite and we talked about what it would take to replace the sink and faucet but then my husband asked Roy if he knew anything about water softeners because our system wasn’t hooked up. Roy’s face broke out into a wide smile, it turned out that Roy knows A LOT about water and water treatment systems, and is more than happy to share his knowledge. Roy broke out a water test kit and analyzed the water running through our pipes. We have hard water - that’s the bad news. The good news is that our water doesn’t contain harmful elements and hard water can be treated. Roy spent over an hour explaining how important a water softener is, and how it works. Properly installed, it will extend the life of a washer, water heater, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Not having one was probably the reason the dishwasher went belly up. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just facts from an expert. We asked Toy for time to think about what he recommended and we said we’d be in touch. The next morning I texted Roy with a few more questions and within minutes, I was talking with Roy - he addressed all our concerns. Thursday we arranged for Roy to drop back by the house and Roy and Ryan walked us through the financing process - great terms of 0% financing for the first 12 months for 60 months. But here is what’s really remarkable - Roy, and I believe Mark, said the sink and faucet, and water system could be installed on Friday. Friday - the next day! We weren’t expecting that!! Roy called at 11:00 the next morning and at 11:30 he was hard at work. By 3:30 the Kohler sink and faucet we provided, and a Nuvo water softener system was installed. Jim and I talked with Roy as he loaded the old obsolete tanks of the old system in the back of the DRT truck. Roy didn’t leave until Jim and I were completely satisfied with the installation. I’ve attached pictures of Roy’s work and the truck that brought Roy our way. DRT is truly a remarkable company and lives up to its claims of Fast. Friendly. Affordable. Jim and I highly recommend Roy.

    Excellent service! We called when our water heater started with a slow leak. We were able to get same day service and utilize water heater coupon. Ryan replaced to hot water heater and much need sump pump quickly and kept us up to date on his progress. Highly recommend them!

    Very pleased with the service! I will use them again and would highly recommend them to family and friends. A bit pricey but well worth it pending on the issue.We had a leaky shower from behind the wall so we had to react fast! Done Right Today moved our appointment time up without me even asking …..which was a nice move on their part.Our technician Roy was friendly, wore shoe covers without me asking and explained the issue thoroughly. The job was completed on the same day! Can’t ask for more than that during my work week😊

    Mike did an excellent job. I was pleasantly surprised when immediately after I accepted the quote Mike was ready to go to work on replacing my waterheater. Work was done professionally, and Mike even discovered a few items that were not in the original quote and fixed them without additional charge. That is excellent service!     I will absolutely use this company again for all of my plumbing needs! It was a painless experience!!The booking dispatcher was very efficient in explaining the process and telling me about the company. Everything that the dispatcher explained was true! The gentlemen wore shoe covers, they waited outside while the part was being delivered, and fixed the leak quickly and correctly. Both gentlemen, Joe being one of them, were friendly and knowledgeable. I waited a while to get this leak fixed because it is very hard to find good and reliable plumbers who are reasonably priced. However, moving forward, I will call them immediately. My 1st experience was beyond great!

    Woke up to water-logged ceiling in the bathroom, which was close to probably caving. Very time sensitive issue. Called Done Right Today at 7:15am And they had a guy to me by 8:30 AM. They sent Q, who was Very knowledgeable, transparent, and did great work. He let me see everything he was talking about and made sure I understood through the process. The owner Patrick Also made sure to take care of me. Cannot recommend this company enough!!! Pricing was right on par with what I’ve seen elsewhere if not a bit better. You get what you pay for.

    Excellent Experience! Your technician Michael Cochran resolved our bathroom drain problem. I then showed him a problem we are having with our kitchen sink drainage. He thoroughly checked the drain lines under the sink and then in the basement. After explaining the problems, he presented an estimate for the entire repair, and if we wanted, broke it down into three separate jobs that we could do over time.     So I had to call Done right because the company I used prior did not fully address the issue. It was like putting a Band-Aid on it and Done Right Found the underlying problem which of course did cost extra money but they also came with a warranty and helped me out with different discounts since they felt bad that I had already paid this other company over $1k to have the problem reoccur weeks later.     Originally I needed my water shut off valve replaced in my basement. Work could not be completed because the main shut off outside was inaccessible and had to be dug up through the sidewalk. Plumber carefully dug up the sidewalk in order to gain access to the main shut off outside and then was able to replace the water shut off in my basement. All pricing was up front, and everything was completed as promised in a very timely manner. Excellent quality of work. Professional. Courteous. Will definitely call on this company again if I need plumbing work done.

    Highly recommend Done Right Today! I was so impressed with this company from start to finish, Joe Winchester in particular. I felt comfortable with him in my home, he was respectful, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to layout my options and explain the pros and cons of each. Another company quoted me almost double for the more expensive option just the day before. They said it was a two person job and needed to be scheduled in advance. But Joe had everything he needed right then and there to complete the job and was done within an hour! It is always stressful to deal with plumbing issues but this company made everything so easy.     My drain in the kitchen was not draining. I called Monday morning 8am and they had someone out same day. They were so nice very professional. Left my house the same as it was.     Update: I spoke with Ryan and he was very apologetic about the situation. He informed me that the person I spoke to was new and didn’t understand some of the policies so she did not correctly inform us of our options. He let us know that they should have come out and fixed the problem at no cost to us. Not only did he take responsibility but also gave us a refund on the install that we had to pay someone else to fix.OP:Installed our toilet in 10/2023. Only 8 months after install we started experiencing issues with the toilet (constantly running and leaking at the base). When I called to ask them to fix it they stated it would be an additional charge and wouldn’t take accountability, since we bought the toilet ourselves. Had another company come out and fix it as we weren’t paying them for doing it wrong in the first place. New company told us the handle was installed wrong as well as the wax ring and they never sealed the bottom of the toilet.

    Anthony Miller was sent out to my home a few times and has been knowledgeable, on time, works great and hard to fix my problem. He has fixed an issues I had that wasnt on his work order, fixed the problem and never charged me.I could go on and on. I would not use anybody else for my plumbing needs.

    I had a water main line break and water was leaking behind the drywall in my basement. Brandon and Mike, my plumbers, were absolutely fantastic. They explained everything clearly, showed me various upgrades that I could do with my plumbing in the future, and proceeded to do a great job repairing the leak. I would highly recommend this team of guys. Hopefully I wont have any additional issues, but Done Right will be my plumbing choice because of the customer service that I received.     Jason was awesome! He was on time, friendly, and communicative. He kept us informed during the whole process and answered any and all questions we had. Towards the end of the project, he double checked to make sure that everything was fixed and working properly. The first time he checked it it wasn’t working how it was expected, instead of leaving it like he could’ve, he went the extra step to go back and make sure our expectations were met (he even cleaned up before he left!).     Marybeth in customer service did a great job. Very quick to get back to me and did a great job scheduling as we were heading into a holiday weekend with a clogged kitchen sink. She also kept us informed when tech was 30 minutes out. The tech, Frank, arrived as indicated and the first thing he did was put booties on before coming into house.
