We had an issue with our well pump not coming on. Gary came out and diagnosed the issue to a faulty connection at the well from the previous owner. Now the system is up and running again, and we have water! Hes a great, honest, and hardworking guy and wont hesitate to call again for any plumbing issues or work!

Outstanding service and value. Gary took my call on a holiday weekend and helped me troubleshoot a problem with a leaking PVC pipe. When I was unable to finish the repairs, Gary came out first thing the next day to professionally complete the job. He also identified and sealed another minor leak at no additional cost. Hes honest, timely and thorough. Highly recommend.

Really impressed by their professionalism and communication. I needed help with a toilet leak and when Gary came out, he realized that it was simple, quick replacement. Did it in 5 min and just asked for the cost of the part and a good review. Just goes to show that there are good people out there who believe in providing great service and not looking to rip someone off. Highly recommend and would call them again.

Cannot say enough about this company. When my contractor could not find a plumber to do repairs after Hurricane Florence I called Canady and they came quickly and professionally did the job. Have needed them twice since and each time they came promptly and did a great job. Today had an emergency and they were here in less than one hour. All staff are friendly, polite and very professional. Highly recommend.

We had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and someone came to our house within 30 minutes! I had contacted approximately 20 other plumbers prior to calling Canady (I was desperate and just going down the page as water was pouring out of a pipe) and no one was even answering their phones. Canady answered right away and came out and took care of our emergency, quickly and efficiently. After several other issues were found, they were quick to come and assist with those as well. I felt true compassion in their service and would recommend them to anyone. They were honest in their work and pricing was extremely fair.

Gary responded quickly to my inquiry about a leak from my well pump to the water softener and then to the entire plumbing system. Scott came out early the same day, corrected the problem leaking pvc pipe juncture testing this before leaving house, providing the solution. Canady Bro. are both highly capable and diligent, while being also courteous & patient.

I purchased my first home in Wilmington and relocated here from out of state a few months ago. In the first few weeks I was here, I had a plumbing disaster and was referred to Canady Brothers by several locals who had nothing but amazing things to say about the work they do and the way they do business. After calling them I learned that they were booked solid that day but Brian still managed to show up at my house within an hours time. Not only was Brian extremely professional and efficient but he went out of his way to fix my problem and even went as far as to help me clean up the mess it had caused. He also took the time to educate me a little bit about how to keep the problem from happening again. Normally I ask a million questions and feel unsure about whats going on but Brian was so knowledgeable that I was able to trust I was in good hands.Coming from Miami where people arent nearly as friendly or efficient, I had a whole new understanding for kindness and good business practice after meeting Brian and now I could see all the wonderful things I had heard about this company for myself.Yesterday, several months after Brian came here, the water suddenly stopped running in my home and so I desperately reached out to Canady Brothers again. They were booked up this time, too, but Gary made himself available immediately and showed up at my house within 15 minutes. He was as knowledgeable, professional, competent and kind as Brian was and, once again, I knew I was in excellent hands. Gary knew without hesitation what my problem was and fixed it in a matter of a half an hour - he made it the easiest experience ever for me!Stating that I am satisfied with the service Canady Brothers provided me on two different occasions is a huge understatement. These guys are personable, fast, reliable, efficient, honest and extremely skilled and I am beyond satisfied with the jobs they completed. I will absolutely use them for all of my future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone else whos looking for a plumber.

VERY fast quote, very fast to come replace my (still working) 23 year old water heater. Exactly 1 hour to do the replacement, great/fast/clean/professional installation. Water is hotter and gets hotter even faster than before and price cant be beat. HIGHLY recommend.

We were in need of a plumber Easter Sunday right at dinner time! I called Canady Brothers and they immediately picked up the phone and asked me what I needed. In less than 30 minutes Gary arrived at our house and fixed the issue! He was beyond kind and quickly figured out what the problem was. I still cant believe on Easter Sunday we were able to get such friendly, professional, fast help for big problem! I will call and use them first for any plumbing situation!

I have ALWAYS been pleased with their work and I believe their prices are fair and reasonable ( “good plumbing ain’t cheap and cheap plumbing ain’t good!”). I needed a plumber fast, the outside faucet had sprung a leak...I called Canady, after conveniently finding them on Google map and I had Alex over 3hrs later...He was fast and certainly proved he knew the trade...I also needed a single lever Moen Shower cartridge removed,( yeah that one....lol) and the replacement I had purchased, installed...Alex, in spite of the mess I had made trying to remove the old one (dont ever try to heat the housing to remove the old one) was able to replace without too much trouble..It was a pleasure to have a young man do a professional job and he was courteous as well...oh and the price was surprisingly low...I HAVE FOUND MY PLUMBER...

Excellent service at a reasonable price! Gary showed up on time as promised and gave me the best price for my new instant gas hot water system! I am glad I made the upgrade and glad it was Canadys that did the work. I also used him to install a new hot water heater at my rental property this week and I am very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Gary was very responsive after an immediate need to stop an initial leak I had from a broken kitchen faucet. The work he did in removing the old faucet was impressive as it required some serious thinking with the angle and wear of the old one. But he managed to get it taken care of and install the new one in no time. Will definitely be using Canady as my go-to guys from here on out!
