    Angel at Valentin Builders was fantastic. He, and all the guys he had come in, were professional, friendly, timely and did a great job. The job was finished ahead of schedule, and exactly how we envisioned it. They rectified a minor glitch (hanging the towel hooks lower than we requested) quickly, with no attitude about it, and left no trace that they had to be moved.They arent the cheapest out there, but in this case, I think you get what you pay for... quality work. Weve had nightmare situations with other contractors, so we were very relieved that the job was done well. That Angel was such a nice person on top of it was a bonus. He really walked us through the whole process along the way.The ONLY, ONLY, ONLY thing is that we wish they had let us know that the floor and shower tile would need to be sealed, instead of us learning on our own after the job was completed. Otherwise, we certainly would have liked to have had everything sealed before the vanity and toilet were installed, so that we would really have the sealant applied properly over the entire floor. So, now we have to re-hire the tile person to come and apply the sealer for an additional labor charge. We thought that the labor for that is something that should have been included in the quote, since we showed them all the tile prior to starting the job, and it was apparently a necessary part of the tile installation. Perhaps we should have known, but we arent tile professionals, and just chose what we liked.Nevertheless, we would definitely recommend Valentin Builders, and would use them again. Just be sure to find out about whether or not the tile needs to be sealed, prior to getting your final quote, just to avoid the issue that we ran into.Thanks again, Angel, for bringing our big vision for our little bathroom to fruition! We LOVE it!

    We had a plumbing issue and the very next day they were able to come out to help us. Valentin Builders is a great company. They were very respectful and patient with our questions. They explain what they were doing and went above and beyond to be sure the issue was resolved. I also asked for a few other things to be done and they promptly got them done without any hesitation. I would give them more stars if I could!

    Working with Dee was one of the easiest proceses Ive experienced. The communication was excellent and there never any doubts in regards to the stage of our permits. Angel took the time to visit and get to know our facility ensuring a smooth process from application to permits approved.

    Angel Valentin at Valentin Builders just finished a walk in shower renovation for us. It looks amazing!! Valentin pays attention to detail, communicated with us throughout the project, and provided videos and photos of the work as it was done. Very professional and reliable.     Just finished my first ever renovation project, a gut rehab of my master bath to replace the tub with a walk in shower, with new tile throughout, new everything. And thanks to Angel Valentin and the crew from Valentin Builders, everything went wonderfully and I am thrilled with my new bathroom.Angel and the guys are honest, hardworking, and very good at what they do. The demolition of my existing bath was done in record time and they protected the rest of my apartment from getting dirty from the debris. Angel handled all the paperwork for the permit and coordinated the inspections. He was always prompt in informing me when the next phase of the work would be scheduled, and in answering any questions I had. He went with me to pick up the tile and related supplies, and picked up my vanity and toilet from Home Depot and delivered them up to my second floor apartment. He is a complete professional, and also a very nice guy. Everything looks beautiful! I can’t say enough good things about Valentin Builders! I highly recommend them!

    Working with Angel & Dee was a BREEEEZE!! Although I live in AZ, it was so easy to accomplish the condo remodel via email/text with Dee & Angel. I was regularly given updates with pictures showing actual progress. Inspections were scheduled and completed w/ local inspectors without a hick-up. Adjustments that I made were well recieved and pricing was spot on for the changes. Definitely will have ALL possible future projects completed by the Valentin Builders Crew!!! GREAT WORK AGAIN!
