Had an amazing experience with Cody! He was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable!We had our tankless water heater stop working, I called All Star on a Sunday, the woman in the office was extremely polite and scheduled a service call for the next day.Cody came out, assessed the issue and went over our options as well as provided (3) different estimates for those options. In addition, he explained the dual family plan which I did sign up for.After attempting to assist with a new tankless water heater, we found out our condo is not properly equipped electrically to handle the tankless water heater we had installed-or any tankless water heater. He had several conversations with the electrician about the breakers/electric and it was recommended by Cody that we go back to the “low boy” tanked water heater. Now in our condo, our AC compressor is in the same small closet as the water heater, space is….to put it bluntly….you need to be a contortionist to maneuver around that area. A new heater was ordered, and Cody and Logan installed it the next day.Cody and Logan working in such cramped quarters -the whole time-were extremely polite and answered all my questions. It was certainly NOT an easy job! I will be recommending All Star to anyone who asks me who we use!

We had a punctured gas line issue right when we were ready to pour our concrete driveway. The team showed up about a hour earlier then expected so we were able get it fixed, covered and not miss a beat with the concrete pour. Fast polite and very professional.Highly recommend All Star👍👍👍

All Star was great. Madeline answered the phone and right off the bat was super friendly and willing to get us help quickly. Cristian came out to service our home. Gave us a call earlier than expected to ask if he can come before our scheduled time (which is always a yes in my book) and had great knowledge and phone skills. All around everyone we interacted with was warm and made us feel like we were working with our friends to get our plumbing handled. Once Cristian showed up he assessed what we had going on and immediately gave us an expectation on pricing. He worked quickly, was clean, and beyond respectful of our home and space. Our home was severely damaged by the October 9th tornado. We were fortunate to be the first one in our community to get a new roof replacement scheduled. The roofer could not find anyone to install a gas vent line through the roof within the timeframe of the roof replacement. We only had one day to have this done so we called All Star Plumbing. The had a technician at our home within two hours who said he would not leave until the job was done. He went and picked up parts and returned to our home to complete the work. He spend four hours and did an outstanding job. I want to thank All Star, the technicians Rick and Michael for understanding our situation and addressing it in a highly professional manner. This company truly deserves a five star rating and we highly recommend them for all your plumbing and gas services!

Im so pleased with All Star Plumbing and A/C!!! This week, my A/C unit began to leak water on the floor, and I called for service. Preston and his tech, Roy, came out quickly, assessed the problem, and helped me to put some buckets and towels everywhere it was dripping. Preston explained that the unit had frozen up and created a big chunk of ice that needed to melt before they could fix it. They came back early the next day, added refrigerant, and its working beautifully now!! Even though my unit is getting pretty old, they went above and beyond to help me and fix the unit, instead of just trying to sell me a new one.I really appreciate how Preston went over the costs and financing options thoroughly with me, so Ill be ready when I do need to replace my unit. Im glad that I signed up for All Stars very reasonable service contract for both plumbing and A/C, so Ill be protected by this awesome company when I need it!

It was my first time ever, calling All Star this morning to detect a natural gas leak in my restaurant in Boca Raton in emergency call. FPU had sealed the lines pending the leak detection. A service agent at All Star, Rachel, said Rick, the technician would be there at 1 PM. Rick showed up two hours early and communicated with Michael from FPU, figured out the problem and replaced the corroded pipe, had us back up and running in no time. Rick was brilliant, explained everything respectfully to two females, communicated with Michael from FPU and gave us an invoice that was well beneath what I was expecting with pictures, well documented excellent and professional work!! Yes, there are still amazing companies out there but they are RARE. Thank you!!

I called All Star due to a severe blockage in my 2 upstairs bathrooms. At that time I did not realize the severity of the situation. I recently purchased a townhome that was constructed in the 1980’s. My service technician, Kyle diagnosed the problem due to construction short cuts which he graciously showed me. He worked diligently until he realized this required additional assistance. His colleague, Christian arrived and as a team the two techs completed the service. Let me stress , this was not your typical situation. It required going to the roof and then removing pavers to correct the issue. He didn’t give 100%, he gave 250% to ensure that all fixtures, 2 toilets, 1 shower and a separate tub were in perfect working order. I can attest to a superior level of customer that is quite a rarity in this day and age. I highly recommend this company and the entire staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kyle was amazing! He was honest about the problem and instead of doing a quick fix, (that he knew wouldn’t last) he dug deeper and discovered a corroded pipe in the wall. He kindly offered to replace the entire shower, walked us through the process, and came right back (after we secured the parts) to replace the valve and fixtures. He is so careful and thorough. His work is impeccable. You don’t find quality workmanship like that any more. He also quoted a very fair price and was so friendly and funny! We are extremely pleased with the outcome!

We have a service contract with All Star and its three days before Christmas and made a late appointment on Friday evening with their call service to our beach front condo for an AC issue. She, forgot her name, sorry, took down some info and got an appointment for Saturday, 12/23/23 and an early window of 10:00am to 12:00pm.DOUG, the 25 year veteran technician, who called at 10:05am stated that he will be here in 25 minutes. Sure enough he arrived at 10:30 and diagnosed the issue to our AC. He checked the air filter, which was very dirty due to the recent home renovation and I didnt get a chance to it. Since we live at another residence, and work. He looked around and observed a burnt out controller switch. That was not working. That was the issue!!! Less than 25 minutes he was done. Oh and also purchased a UV internal light to get rid of the mold and kills off any internal micro organisms. Quick install for both, he had all the parts in his truck and we are very happy with the fine results performed by Doug!!! I received two texts and a call prior to Ryan showing up. He assessed my issue after he arrived, taking about 5 minutes to do so. Before he even walked in the front door, he donned booties to make sure he kept everything clean abs put a tarp type sheet down to lay his equipment on. All Star bought the plumbing and AC company my husband and I had used in the past, so we decided to use them when we discovered a leak in the water line to one of our toilets. The office got us on the schedule right away. They also had great follow-up about our upcoming appointment. Jesse came out to diagnose and fix the leak. He told us about their service plan. We we decided to join to make sure we keep our systems in good shape. We got a comprehensive inspection of all of our plumbing, which revealed a leak in our older water heater. We were able to get a new water heater installed, by Jesse, in just a few days. We also decided to replace an old toilet with a taller, more efficient model at the same time. We have been so happy with the work that Jesse had already done, that we just had him back to replace our bathroom sinks and faucets! He is professional while being very personable. Overall, we have had a great experience with All Star and Jesse and would highly recommend .

Unfortunately our backflow preventer needed to be replaced due to age but Aaron was able to finish the job by 1pm. Very professional and helpful. The repair was expensive, but given the price of the parts and materials and the needed city permit fees, I felt like we were charged a fair price.Will definitely use All Star Plumbing again!

I can not say enough about Technician Chris Barnes. He was able to visit my house ASAP. Always wearing floor protection and very careful with all my belongings. He inspected and resolved my faucet leak and drainage problem on the spot. He is courteous, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable. He is awesome...exactly what you would expect in terms of service and reliability. I can’t say enough good things about All Star Plumbing except...”Call them when you need them and they will respond.” They are Honest and have fair prices. Great customer service!
