I’ve had the pleasure of working with Metro Plumbing on several occasions, and I can’t say enough good things about Mike, Ralph and the entire team. They’ve handled a number of jobs at my home with the utmost professionalism, excellent communication, and fair pricing.Every project was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. The staff at Metro Plumbing are professional, personable, and honest. A date for my repair was scheduled timely. Josh, the technician, was thorough, explained my options and resolved my issue the same day. I was impressed with his knowledge. I was even more impressed how he cleaned up after working. I’ve had other companies make a mess and leave it. This one is different. You can tell they take pride in their work. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to get the job right the first time with no headaches!

Excellent response, totally reliable and on time when you schedule a service. Was called when the technician was on his way. Had to install 2 new faucets in the master bathroom because of a leaky line. Parts for the current faucets were not available off of Amazon so had to upgrade our faucets to Moen. Josh kept us informed throughout the repair as he had to change out 2 drain lines with new fittings, explaining everything he was doing. After it was done there was no mess to clean up. Everything was perfect.

Update: Cannot say enough good things about this company. Needed to have a water heater replaced and they were there same day to get us taken care of. This is the only plumbing company that I will ever use.After weeks of struggling with my refrigerator water line, I finally decided to call in the professionals. Metro plumbing was there to take the call, they were incredibly responsive and had someone there the next business day to fix my problem. The technician was fantastic, he had the whole thing finished in under 30 minutes. It was a great experience all around and I will be recommending Metro Plumbing to anyone who has plumbing needs

I am impressed with Josh. He showed up on time. He willingly use the booties on his shoes to enter the house. Works very neat. He placed clean towels on all surface areas before laying his tools down. When he was finished there was no sign he was even there. He left clean like he got it. Very professional. He is thorough. Explains everything he does. Job well done! You can tell he does this job to really help people. Definitely recommend. 👍🏾

The owner was able to schedule my prolonged replacement of polybutylene piping within a day. Crew has been absolutely professional and always communicates with what they have encountered. I would highly recommend any plumbing that needs completed properly to Metro Plumbing!!! So glad I was referred to them! Finally after 3 months my home is being properly fixed for many years to come!!!

Metro Plumbing was quick to respond to our needs and very helpful in explaining how they were going to fix our problem with our kitchen sink. They didnt try to nickel and dime us and offered cost saving solutions so we didnt spend a fortune on getting a brand new sink. I would highly recommend this company.

We had Metro Plumbing remove an old sink and install an industrial style sink at the Town of Palm Beach United Way. They did a great job, no issues to date with the work. They were easy to work with and the price was super reasonable. Wed hire them again. Theyve also done work in our building too (The Palm Beach Towers) so that was great news for us.

Metro Plumbing recieves a 5 star rating from my experience with them yesterday. I had other contractors dance me around for 2 days, two days without water in my house before I contacted Metro Plumbing after a recommendation from a friend at work. I stopped by their office and spoke with Mike the owner about my problems. I had a leak in a CBS block wall in the kitchen. My expectation was to have the leak capped to stop the water damage until I could get bids to replumb the house. The plumber that came out to my house within 2 hours actually fixed the leak and restored water service to the house. Very pleased with the quality of work, fast service, price, and how friendly the employees are. I highly reccomend making Metro your first ( and only call needed ) to solve your plumbing woes and needs.
