The bio they sent before his visit was impressive, and nice to know who will be providing service. He not only did routine service, but fixed the damage my previous company had done to my unit. He left my unit almost looking new! The office staff are always very nice on the phone, and knowing I can also call for plumbing and electrical needs is a big bonus. 5 stars!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Best A/C company I ever used. Not only were they great communicators on timing and expectations, but the technician Chris, was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing and didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need, he catered to what I was asking for, fixed the problem quickly, and gave me solid recommendations. He even closed my garage door for me after and picked up my fallen trash can outside by the curb as he left because he knew I had to jump on a work call. Excellent experience!

Well, we spent an enormous amount of money with Premier and we thought that the work was good but a few days later after they left them up in my attic, it sprung a leak a big leak and after all that money we paid and they came back out and said that everything was all right. They charge me more money again and all I get is it’s a it’s a little water And it’ll be all right, but it’s not all right and I’ve now I’ve got to pay somebody to change drywall to dry the place out and to replace the insulation that’s soaking wet not just a little water but soaking wet and guess what they’re not on up to it very nice

Very professional company and trustworthy. The sales tech that came out to my place, Adrian, was an all around great guy. Friendly, super knowledgeable, straightforward, and helped me choose just the right options to fix my AC. He was very thorough in explaining and answering my questions. Dennis and Benny came out to replace my AC unit and they did a great job. All employees wore shoe slip covers. They installed my new Lennox AC, with UV light (must have especially during these times). Jason and Adrian cleaned all my ducts the same day and worked hard to make it happen. They provide fantastic guarantees/warrantees and honestly seem to genuinely care about the customer. They worked with me on price which really helped, and offer 12 month financing with no interest. If you want an AC installed the right way, call Premiere. By the way it’s nice and cool in my house now! Looking forward to clean air and energy savings.

I can not say enough good about this company and its staff.James Conway(a technician) is a very special young man - thoughtful and very thorough. James came to my home after hours and worked well into the night until he found the problem - which he did. Normally I would be very wary of having a young man I dont know working in my house in the late evening. James is such a respectful and kind young man I was never uneasy. I was also impressed with another technician, Jake Messatzzia, he too was very respectful and responsive to my issue. The owner of Premier Comfort Service also came to my home the next day to insure my new air conditioning unit was installed in a timely and efficiently manner - he is a lovely man who makes you feel that your problem is his problem. I will highly recommend Premier Comfort Services to anyone who has AC or Heating needs.

I am from up north in New York, where we have lots of technicians that come to service AC’s. I have had many failed attempts in Florida with service to my AC, but Premier with James has been the best service I’ve had yet. I’m never disappointed. I have left 3 reviews for this place. I had first left a five star review but the AC they fixed had problems less than a day later. Then they came out four more times to fix it and it didn’t work so then I changed my review to a 1 star. After coming out for the 5th time they found out something they did made the compressor explode- but the owner of the company did come out because of it and he offered to either refund us everything or put in a whole new system for free so they did put in a whole new system for free and everything seems to be working great now. I appreciate there effort to make things right. Five stars

Premier Comfort Services brought a leak specialist to my house to find an especially difficult problem. John was professional and friendly and dogged in his search for the leak coming from my shower. He had to visit on two occasions. The first he worked for four hours, searching for my leak. I had to quit using all the plumbing in my bathroom, and he returned to search for four more hours. He finally found the leak. He said the location of the leak was challenging and something he had never encountered in his 28 years in the business. The good news is he was able to fix it that very day. The other good news is I don’t have to tear out my shower to replace the shower pan. I am a happy customer and very appreciative to John for all his work.Chris was my premiere plumber working on a bathroom leak in my home.In every encounter with him, he was friendly, helpful, going over and above. When I thought my shower pan was needing replacement, he acted as a general contractor for me to set me up with the various trades I would need to complete the project like tiling and shower glass removal.He worked for hours with the leak search specialist, John.Happily, the leak was found, it was coming from under the shower pan, not the shower pan itself. It was fixed, and my shower does not need to be replaced. He offered to contact the drywaller to repair the areas that had to be cut out.Over and above anything I would expect to get from another plumber. I’m a happy customer.

He called the office and found out it was a covered warranty repair and got to work fixing it for us. I was so impressed that I asked him about extending our service contract for another 5 years.

Importanted to note there has never been any surprise charges to deal with.The most recent service call reinforced my positive impression.James Conway was the tech who serviced and tuned up my AC units yesterday. As with all of the techs at Premier James was polite, and very professional. During the routine service call James noted the units condenser coils needed a heavy rinse to improve their cooling efficiency, which he immediately did. Signed contract and service was scheduled next day. I received text with photos of my technicians and they arrived on time. Dennis and Pablo were incredible. They replaced my entire system with all new top of the line Lennox products & were done in 7 hours. Excellent service! My rep had a cool tool with a camera on the end to see things in small dark places. I made an appointment and they followed up with email and text messages giving you the comfort in knowing your time slot was secured. They even reconfirmed the appointment the day before and sent me an email letting me know the day of that my technician was on his way. They also sent me a text message so I could track his actual drive to my home along with a picture of the tech so I wouldn’t be opening the door to a stranger. My tech was very personable, respectful and knowledgeable! To say my expectations were met is an understatement as by far they were definitely exceeded! Thank you for your first class service as I really appreciated it!

This was the second AC unit i have purchased from Premier. The first contact was a cold contact. I first spoke to Chris and he asked Dave to visit with me to explain who the company was and what they had to offer. Everything was explained simply and with no embellishments. Premier was able to install the new AC the next day, with Jason being the installer. This man was not only most pleasant, but as efficient a mechanic could be. The unit was installed in about five hours and the cleanup was as if Jason had never been here. I had occasion to call the company once or twice to tweak the settings, but this has been a most satisfactory experience. I now have had my second unit installed by Jason and it was as the first, an effortless experience. I might add that Sophia, the Operations Mgr. who runs the front office, is a ray of sunshine every time you may call. She and Chris run a very well organized and functioning operation. How lucky to have found these people and this firm. 9/21/2023I had Jake Messatzzia come and do my 6 month check up on my HVAC system. Jake was on time and very courteous and professional. I give him 5 Stars *****He checked my system and saw there was mold and condensation on the unit and suggested a UV Light to combat that issue. It was expensive but he assured me that it was a VERY good investment for my unit as well as for my health.I trusted him and thanked him for his service.I am very pleased with Jakes service. You are fortunate to have him working for you. A complete Professional.6/29/2023Nick Gagnon and his apprentice Preston came and installed a new breaker panel. They were on time and very courteous the entire time. It was a BIG job that took all day but they worked non-stop and made sure to complete it that day as I had been without A/C for two days due to the old 35 year old panel.They cleaned up after the job was complete and left my house spotless. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and the work they did. 5 Stars *****6/28/2023Nick Gagnon, Premier Comforts Electrician and his apprentice Preston came to give me a bid on replacing the old loud bathroom exhaust fan. After Nick checked it out, he said that the fan was actually working and was quiet. He found a blower fan that was keeping the Heat Lamp and other incandescent bulb cool and that was the culprit for making all the noise. He suggested to replace the 2 bulbs with new LED bulbs that give off no heat that way making the blower fan unnecessary and he was able to turn it off. I now have a quiet bathroom. Yay!In the meantime he saw that my kitchen and two bathrooms were not up to code with the new GFI outlets and suggested that I replace all of them. Originally I was only going to do the kitchen but Nick said that I should do the bathrooms also and then my apartment would be up to code all in one job. I am glad he convinced me. Thank you Nick for your courtesy and good judgment. And thank you Preston for installing some of the plugs too. You both were great! 5 Stars *****

Sophia scheduled a service call for the same day to assess our situation and said I would get an email for the appointment which will also show a picture of the service technician. He competently explained what had happened and what the other company did wrong; and it was obvious what had happened.The other company wanted me to buy a new expensive unit after they botched the original repair. And their second technician made several dubious and dishonest claims.David then explained my options and the costs. There was no pressure and no tricks. I decided to get a new unit. Jason showed up to do the install on a Saturday morning and he did an excellent job of installing the system. I could easily tell the improvement in workmanship and professionalism, over the other company which had installed the old system. Company rep was very pleasant, knew his stuff and got the work done quickly. My only complaint is that he told me he was replacing the shower nozzle. I asked if he had anything similar to what I had and he said yes. However, he only replaced a small cartridge inside and left the old nozzle. The price would have been appropriate for replacement of the cartridge and nozzle, but for the small cartridge alone is was high and I still have to look at the old nozzle.

I want to start out by saying the tech at Premier Comfort was a true professional . I called Premier Comfort for an A/C tune up around 4-16-2016. The tech took his time and made sure the system was diagnosed properly . He was very courteous in my home and careful with with the job at hand. The tech is an excellent Technician, appears to be one of their best. Also, I received a picture of the tech that would be entering my home , via email-great idea.The only issue I had was with the freon. The tech on-site mentioned that I was low on freon. I needed at least 4 lbs. And, I understood , that if you have a leak, you have a problem. But my problem wasn’t with the leak; my problem was with the cost of R-22 freon.Primer was asking between $90 to $100.00 a lb , I literary froze when I was quoted such a high amount for freon.I called around and received up to 4lbs for about $60.00 a lb, and the tech topped it off at no extra charge.Why I am I bringing this up ? I saved my family money.Premiere did good on the tun-up and great service , but their price for freon, I think is over priced. Would I recommend this company ? Absolutely. However, the price of the freon is over priced, even if there is a shortage.I called back and mentioned to them that I thought is was too high, but they told me their price is their price.Customers, please don’t be penny wise and dollar foolish to any company ….

He advised when he was on the way and arrived promptly.Turns out that it was the breaker so no repair work had to be done. He checked system anyway and made a suggestion to change old thermostat with no pressure. I would call Premier again and might get a service contract to avoid $79 charge.

After the disasterous failure of our air conditioner in the Florida heat I called Premier Comfort for help. They came the same day and dispatched a technician Adrian Young to fix the problem. Adrien was one of the best techs I have ever dealt with. He fixed the system so it cooled the house again. Additionally he provided several options with costs for the repair.He then took a series of pictures that explained the problem in detail and sent them to me the same day. He also stayed until 11:30 at night to complete the job.He was the consumate professional and was always keeping us informed about the progress on the job. Anyone else would have left my disabled wife in the heat and completed the job the next day but not Adrian. This is a great tech and a wonderful company to deal with and they are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Just moved into the house and my Rianni system went down & needed servicing. Jason was prompt, professional, and informative. He and another gentleman flushed the system, ran a diagnostic test and informed me that the gas had been turned off to the unit, but the system was in need of service due to deferred maintenance by the previous home owner. The gas is being turned back on tomorrow, and all should be well. If it is not, Jason offered to return to assess the unit again.

I had my air conditioner quit on me after 18 years of service after Hurricane Irma. I called 4 places for quotes. Two showed up and a third quoted me a low price over the phone. One of the other companies sent a sales guy dressed nicely and looked as if he had never worked on a system in his life. He took tons of measurements, removed the duct-work around my bad unit, was taking photos of the inside and outside unit, opened the interior and exterior circuit breaker boxes, had his laptop and portable printer out....the who 9 yards. Big dog and pony show. Price was outrageous.Premier said they would come out. Prior to their arrival, I got a text message with a photo of the guy coming and an estimated time. He was a little late but what service in this state is punctual? Thats so 80s and 90s. He arrived as friendly and personable as can be. He was a technician/sales guy. He understood my concerns with selling my house and not wanting the most extravagant unit that is out there. I needed something that turns on and can pass an inspection. He took very minimal measurements inside and took a peak at the outside unit. He didnt have with him a mobile corporation or bring his own personal desk and chair. He stepped outside for a few moments and came back with a price that was reasonable. I told him I would get back with them after the other quotes came in.Their quote was middle of the road but I felt very comfortable with the company. I didnt feel like I was being taken for a ride. There were no pushy sales tactics used. I called the company back and asked for a lower price which they honored. I was set for a date of my chosing a week later. It could have been sooner but I did not want it sooner.On installation day, I again received a text (no photos) saying they would be there soon. They were more punctual (but they had a window so they were within the window). They guys looked a little rough at 1st but they were very, very professional and friendly. They didnt slack off and they put stuff down to protect the areas. One guy was outside, one inside and I feel like they maximized their potential while here. It was supposed to be a 5 hour job. I think they did it in about 4 hours. The guy said to give it about 1 degree per 15 minutes to cool and I will tell you what, he was spot on. I didnt have to pick up a single screw, piece of tape, nothing. They asked for nothing and needed nothing.The unit is what I expected. It turns on an is cold. They said they will be back in 6 months and 12 months for a complimentary tune-up. I dont think you can go wrong with them. And the people that answered the phones the 3 or so times I called (from pre sale, post sale, and a question after the installation) all I received was prompt courteous service.

Miguel , did a survey of our primary A/C system. The home has been carrying hi humidly and 4 ton unit seemed to be over working. Was new in Feb 2018. He found & showed me faults. Freon was low and made unit very in efficient, opening in duct work in attic causing loss of A/C cooling to home, living level. Also there was no heating coil installed in the new unit. Cost savings,but what will we do in the winter?? Did not over sell, but I knew he was correct. Priced out corrective work and offered Price was reasonable and we contracted for the work.
