Based on recommendations I decided to use Dattile plumbing for replacement of outside main shut off water valve, inside under sink water valves and faucet installation. OMG! So wonderful to work with. They did the new plumbing to our kitchen remodel. fast and safe. Then our water heater decided to have a leak. There was a staffing issue and many jobs they were involved in. The owner came out at 0700 the next day and started to perform the work. We have a brand new water heater!!! I went into work clean :)

An amazing experience! Mr. Dattile was prompt, courteous, and efficient. I contacted him as a result of receiving communication from my homeowners insurance stating that the plumbing in my home required some repairs in order to continue coverage. He responded to my needs in an extremely timely manner replacing the plumbing on the toilets in all three of my bathrooms, updated the plumbing under my kitchen sink and installed a new faucet. Dattile Plumbing was the plumber we used when we were building our house back in 1986 and they did a wonderful job. No problems while we lived in that house. We have never over the years needed a plumber again (I know lucky us). But we had some plumbing issues now and also wanted to install a new water heater and I immediately thought of Dattile hoping they were still in business. Lucky for us they were and this company is still a great company from their office help to their technicians. Their people are courteous, professional and show up when they say they will be there and Im no plumber but the work seems excellent and all problems solved - and also we believe their rates are very reasonable. We would recommend Dattile highly for any of your plumbing needs.

Dattile Plumbing to the rescue!I had an upstairs water heater that failed and, of course, a water pan drain that also failed which caused water to leak down into the 1st floor ceiling…Luckily I caught it early but needed a replacement water heater ASAP. Dattile had previously worked on my parents home so I contacted them right away and they were able to come out the next morning and replace the water heater.Mind you I was outside of their normal service area but I really wanted their help because of their reputation. So much so that I offered to pay an extra fee to have them take care of it. Luckily for me, they agreed.If you’re reading this review and need a plumber, stop reading and give them a call. I can’t recommend them enough.

Today we called Dattile because our hot water broke finally. Dattile came right out, right away to put a new water heater in. Well, not only did they put the hot water in, they installed something that makes our water in the back bathroom get hot SO MUCH quicker! Doug Dattile is the best of the best! Don’t waste time calling anyone else. Trust me, he’s the best in the area.Once I called because my hot water heater broke and they came out and fixed it the same day I called. Very reasonable, honest and courteous. They hauled away the old heater, left no mess!Another time I called because the water faucet in my shower was leaking. I could never shut it off completely. They came out and fixed the dripping and also increased the water flow. We called Dattile Plumbing for a leak we had in the kitchen. They came to take a look right away, they were punctual, very kind and professional. We needed a new faucet and would be ending up with an empty hole next to the faucet, so they gave us a soap dispenser without us even mentioning anything about it. They didnt charge us anything and came back today to install the faucet. We unfortunately did not wake up on time and missed our appointment! I called as soon as we woke up and they turned around right away, they were incredibly nice about it. They replaced the faucet quickly and charged a very reasonable price. Very happy to have found our plumber!

I had a terrible clog in my mainline and called Dattile Plumbing for the first time. They were here first thing in the morning and took no time to unclog the drain. Due to the clog I needed to have my toilet resealed and reset. They handled that as well. I could not asked for better service. Any future plumbing needs I know who to call!

We had Dattile Plumbing out today to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. They found that it was nothing but a loose link. They tightened it and did not charge anything. That is true customer service and honest service. They were here when promised, so very courteous, and are always the plumbing company we call whenever we need help. They installed all our new toilets and are the only plumbing company in our phone book. We recommend them to everyone.

January 2022: Dattile is led by a third generation plumber who really knows how plumbing works. He’s friendly, informative, and didn’t seem to mind explaining the whole thing to me, which I really appreciate. His prices are fair, which is saying something in this inflationary environment. He works quickly and doesn’t leave a mess. His earlier repair is still solid, too. I definitely recommend him to anyone.Earlier review, 2019: Our plumber was genuinely friendly, upbeat and professional. He clearly knows his stuff. He appeared when he said he would and came back when he said, with the parts to fix our broken shower faucet handle. His work was good. He left everything neat and tidy.

Doug is phenomenal. I had a small job, a leaky toilet, but something told me not to mess with it myself. Good thing because Doug identified that the floor bolts had rusted and they had to be cut off and replaced. The toilet was re-seated with new wax rings and finished off with a nice caulk. This took less than an hour and the price was very reasonable. I recommend Dattile for all your plumbing needs. 5 stars!

Absolutely the best experience from a Plumber. Mr. Dattile and I believe Mike came in on time to look at a shower with NO water after a remodel. They advised that they have to go through a dry wall and surely enough found the right spot to go through with minimal disruption and found an upside down valve that unfortunately should never have been installed that way by a different company. Surely enough we now have a shower with hot/cold water and very good pressure. He also changed a kitchen faucet and another shower head all within 10 min and with NO CHARGE. Happy that there are still businesses out there with the expertise and integrity which seems hard to find these days.
