This company is responsive and reasonably priced. I had two other companies quote me double and triple the price for repair. Paul came out to troubleshoot a shower that had low water pressure. He was able to diagnose the problem and make a quick repair. I’m really happy with the quality of service I received.

We decided to go with a professional service to replace our water heater that was getting old and having issues. (Tiny black rubber pieces were showing up in the hot water, which indicated something falling apart in the assembly.) My wife remembered Buckeye from decades ago when she used them on a bathroom project.Pros:1. Jack, our assigned plumber, arrived on schedule (a bit early even) and was fully prepared with ALL items needed to get the job done in his truck. He assessed the situation and saw that the previous installation was done with a flexible hose, which turned out to be the cause of the black rubber pieces coming out of the hot water faucets. He advised to redo the pipes to correct the previous install to make it all proper. After I agreed and approved the work, he started right away and made sure our flooring and doorway was protected with the covers he brought. He worked diligently and skillfully to get it done right. In about two and a half hours he was done from start to finish. The work was definitely first-class plumbing. We were also very comfortable with him in our home. He has a great demeanor and air of friendly professionalism.2. Jack provided us an extra bonus by installing a dedicated water shut off for our duplex. Before, we only had a shared shutoff with the neighbor.3. The office people did all the permitting without me having to follow up. I received the final permit in the mail within ten days.Cons:1. I sent Buckeye the specific dimensions of what would fit in the small space where the existing water heater had to come out. The unit they suggested would not fit by about an inch. They were slow to get back with me in finding the right unit, so in the end it was up to me to find the right unit that would fit and pick it up myself. Note: They wont work with the Rheem brand since the warranty claims with them have been very difficult, according to the person I spoke with. We ended up with an A O Smith water heater that I located and picked up.2. The person who arranged the work didnt tell me that the installation could be a lot more than quoted. I ultimately agreed to the higher price because I saw what Jack was talking about in regards to what needed to be improved, even though I thought the up-charge was heavy. I agreed to the almost $400 extra based on the fact that it was a small amount more than some of the other quotes from other plumbers, and I really felt Jack would do an awesome job. That said, it would have been good to know that the cost could be significantly more after I illustrated the dynamic of where the old heater was in the house and the ease of access.Conclusion:Despite the extra cost, and having to find my own water heater unit, I felt that the whole experience was 5-star, and am glad we went with Buckeye. We will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues and projects.

Our water heater failed on Sunday evening (dripping water on the floor). We called Buckeye Plumbing soon after they opened on Monday morning and talked with Sara. She was very professional, efficient, and friendly. She quickly gave us the procedure, which was to take pictures of the water heater, the label with the model number and other details, and the breaker box. We texted those and she e-mailed back in about an hour with an approximate price. We accepted the bid by return email and she called to schedule the job. She then scheduled the next day, Tuesday, at 8 am. Someone from the office call about 15 minutes before Olvid, the plumber, arrived. He was extremely nice and did a quick onsite inspection of the water heater and breaker box. He saw no unexpected issues and gave us a final quote which was within the price range that Sara gave us. He began work immediately and finished before 11:00 am. He did excellent work, cleaned up the area extremely well. He and Sara were both outstanding. We could not have had a better experience.

I highly recommend Buckeye Plumbing. Daniel P. Arrived on time, today July 9, in Boca Raton. He is an excellent plumber. He worked efficiently, safely, and was extremely knowledgeable. Daniel P. assessed the plumbing problems and worked diligently to correct multiple issues. He worked hard, and had the patience to do the job right and left my home clean with no debris. Buckeye’s staff were courteous with scheduling. The pricing was fair and reasonable. I am new to Florida and luckily a friend highly recommended Buckeye. I used Buckeye Plumbing to replace my hot water heater. They made it so easy and quick, and their service man (sorry, I cant remember his name) was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to put this ginormous hot water heater into a very tiny space. He did an excellent job. Marlene, in the Buckeye office was very kind and helpful in getting the permit to me and took care of a minor problem with the city approving it due to a breaker wattage dispute. I didnt have to do anything but pay for it, and their prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend Buckeye for all your plumbing needs.

This is the 2nd time we have used Buckeye Plumbing. Both times their technicians were incredible, capable and friendly. Their work is IMPECCIBLE! Today our leak was beneath pavers abutting the wall of the house. Water was bubbling up through the pavers. John lifted the pavers, fixed the leak caused by our neighbors shrub roots cracking our water pipe, and replaced the pavers so perfectly we did not have to call in someone to repair where the pavers were lifted. Look no further for other plumbers. They are capable, competent and come on a timely basis! 5 stars!

Buckeye Plumbing is our go to for all plumbing needs. We always ask for Ricky W. as he is extraordinarily skilled, professional and does everything he can to find solutions. He even removed baseboard for us this time to make our new sink cabinet fit flush and advised me to get a backsplash to protect our wall. He fixed our broken PVC pipe, our leaks, our toilet and installed everything we needed. Every time there is a challenge, he seems to find a solution and I really can’t be happier than I am with Buckeye and Ricky w.’s professionalism and service. Also, the people who take the calls are very good and service oriented as well and they call 30 minutes before arrival and are very punctual. Thank you, Buckeye Plumbing and Ricky W. Honesty, great service, fair prices… what more could you want from a plumber? Other plumbers insisted I had a “foundation leak” in my home, and gave me quotes ranging from $3,500 to $15,000. Buckeye came over and even though they could have started work by cutting into walls (which the other company’s wanted to do!) Buckeye insisted I consult with a non-affiliated leak detection company to get a better diagnosis before they would do anything. Thanks to Buckeye’s recommendation the problem was professionally diagnosed, then fixed for less than $50. I then called Buckeye for some other plumbing issues that another company quoted me about $900 to fix. Buckeye promptly came out and fixed the issues for about $300. The Buckeye tech was professional and courteous. Don’t waste time and money, call Buckeye and ask for my “main man” Ricky.

However, we had a sense of urgency given the circumstances. Buckeye was very accommodating (thank you Jennifer) and understanding and had someone out to us the next day! Paul, the technician was professional, effective, communicated clearly on what he was doing and provided pricing or additional details. He gave us all the information we needed to make a solid decision. He explained next steps and process very clearly. Not only was the phone answered by a real person who was courteous and helpful, she worked to help me get someone to the house the same day--without having to pay any emergency call premiums. Jack was able to come by early that afternoon, and the Buckeye called ahead of time to give me the heads up. Once Jack arrived, he was thorough in trying to find the leak and very professionally took care of everything. He is friendly and knowledgeable and he didnt baulk at helping me answer trivial questions for other things around the house (kitchen faucet). One day, I sent some stuff down the kitchen sink disposal and that did it: it was finally completely clogged and debris began coming up the other sink drain. I tried to contact a few local plumbers through Yelp! and was waiting on replies when I happened to go outside to check the mail and saw a Buckeye truck literally 3 houses down. As I walked over to the truck, Olvid, the Plumber, was just walking out of the house having finished his job there and I asked if, since he was already right here, he could come over and take a look. A couple of calls into the office and they approved it. He just backed his truck up to our house, came in and cleared the blockage quickly. He simply could not have been any nicer and more helpful, careful, respectful, professional. We had him come back yesterday to replace a toilet that had its base cracked probably from over-zealous mopping or vacuuming. He did a super good job! He provided a v. nice, quality toilet and installed it quickly and making sure every detail was just right and everything was left clean and as it was. The charges in both instances were very fair and reasonable. I fully intend to have Olvid come back should be need a Plumber in the future.

We first learned of Buckeye Plumbing in 2004 because they provided all the plumbing on behalf of the builder for our newly-constructed home. We have since relied on their services on multiple occasions for multiple properties. Some of the visits were to remedy small issues, but this time we had a more challenging problem requiring more trouble-shooting to determine a diagnosis. Once again, we were so pleased to have worked with one of Buckeyes master technicians, Mr. Jack Costa. Jack is highly skilled and very knowledgeable. He also is a problem-solver who focuses on finding the best and most cost-effective long-term solutions for customers. Thank you again, Jack. It’s not often that a business goes above and beyond a customer’s expectations. We recently contacted Buckeye Plumbing to locate a possible leak in one of our walls. They showed up on time, the first time with all of the proper equipment. The plumper who came to our house was friendly and professional. As part of the inspection the plumber had to go on the roof to look down the vent pipe with a camera. (looking for the leak)While he was up there he accidentally slightly, damaged one of our roof tiles (we wouldn’t have known if he didn’t tell us) Not only did he ADMIT to doing it BUT the administration contacted us and had it professionally repaired by a roofing company! Sometimes the true test of a good, honest business isn’t when everything is easy. It’s how they handle matters when things don’t go as planned. Buckeye Plumbing exceeded ALL of our expectations and I must say I was truly impressed with their honesty and professionalism. Those qualities are getting harder and harder to find with businesses in South Florida. I strongly recommend Buckeye plumbing to anyone in need of a good plumber and will be using them from now on for all of our plumbing needs.

Buckeye Plumbing was great, arrived on time, knocked out what we wanted ( old bathroom sink replacement) and reviewed our leaky OLD separate hot and cold shower knobs... they will be ordering replacement cartridges. Our house was built in 1953 so the plumbing is not straight forward. They also checked out a possibility for an outside shower, hot and cold tied into existing external cold water hose bib.

Both toilets in my mothers place got stopped up at 10pm one weeknight. Marvin came out in the middle of the night, called the city out for us, and made the toilets workable until the problem could be fixed during daylight hours. He came back the next day to get to the route of the problem. Buckeye were fast to assess the situation and get the right steps in motion to fix the problem! They also found the culprit to be the cable company, drilled a hole through the pipes, so they may not have to pay for everything out of pocket!! Thanks Buckeye.

I am a chemical engineer and understand piping challenges. Buckeye came in to troubleshoot a very intermittant leak, found it after 2 other contractors failed and fixed it in a reasonable timeframe. The people I spoke to on the phone were all helpful, scheduled the plumber I requested and called half an hour ahead to let me know when to expect him. Ricky W. took on the challenge of replacing a wall shower system, manage to fit a tight system in a way that it was not too high, nor too low (which included drilling through tile) and it was a tricky mount. Ricky W. just has the personality of never say die, and the experience and know how to take on projects others could not. He also took care of a leaky toilet, that involved removing the toilet entirely from its base, replacing pieces and tightening pieces. He explained everything he did. It was the type of work that takes patience, skill and know how. The prices are fair, but more importantly, the quality and professionalism is as good as it gets. Thank you Ricky W. and Buckeye, you did it again!
