Had an issue and was told I needed a pump out, and cleaning badly but not an emergency, was given Speedy as the only recommendation the plumber would ever give, called yesterday at 1227pm they were here at 140! guys got right to work, cleared the mulch from the soil on top of the tank, then the dirt, had lots of roots in the system and getting under the section of lid they moved, they worked to remove all of them, jetted my main line, pumped the tank, cleaned the walls, sealed all around the lid section with concrete and then put the dirt back, then the mulch, you can hardly tell anything was done, outstanding service, friendly and respectful office personnel and technicians, we are planning to sell the house so this is going to make it more attractive, can’t say enough!

Speedy Rooter installed my new septic system. They did a great job from start to finish. The crew that does septics systems are pros. They walked me thru the whole process every step of the way and had to work around issues that we had. Inspection came and went without a hitch. Also there office was very communicative when it came to scheduling. They had some holdups on there other jobs and they kept me informed the whole time. Be prepared in this market. It is normal. Also, they kept me up to date with the cost as we were going thru weekly. Thanks again Speedy Rooter!

This company was supportive, gave a very good price, easy to get a long with. It felt like the old days when people really cared about you, and it was not about the money but overall customer satisfaction. Everyone followed up with a call and they were all everyone super courteous.And did a fantastic job too. They are my number 1 go to company. From a person new to the area and a friendly person means a lot. They sent pictures of the truck and the being being done.

Speedy and professional! So thankful we called Speedy Rooter to handle our septic and pipe maintenance. We had trouble with overflow in our master bathroom and couldn’t figure it out, but these guys figured it out and took care of it for us right away. Exceptional service!

Used them for the first time for a standard required backflow test for the city. Customer service was first rate, thughtful, responsive and thorough. The plumbing tech (super nice guy) showed up when promised and did his work without any disruption (other than the 10 minutes our water was off for the test). Fees were as quoted and billing easy. What more do you want/need ?

I am so impressed with these plumbers. I ordered a faucet from Amazon that came with directions in Chinese and several missing parts. The techs went above and beyond to obtain the needed parts and installed beautifully. They also repaired an old faucet that I was certain they would tell me to replace, but they got it working like new. Saved me from buying a new one and all at a very reasonable cost. So glad to have found an honest and reliable plumbing company. Ill never use anyone else!

This company is truly a gift to the septic tank business.Called Elena and she promptly sent us a hard working/knowledgeable crew (William and Oreste) out to rescue our flawed ancient septic tank.They not only cleaned and restored the septic tank, but then used a new Jettsie high powered pressure water cleaner to clean the drainage pipes back into the house. Great job done and total service at a very reasonable price.

Best customer service experience that I’ve had in a long time (no, i am not a relative!). I called with an urgent problem and spoke with the owner who couldn’t have been more pleasant and responsive. He sent two of his plumbers within hours of my call and they did a comprehensive assessment. They figured out that the problem wasn’t in our unit, thereby saving us the potential expense and hassle of taking apart a tiled shower. This experience restored my faith that there are qualified and honest professionals out there and this company sets an example for others.
