    I was so impressed by Johny from Sonar. He was friendly and professional with integrity. He didnt try to rip me off like some other companies. Instead, he visually identified the cause of the moisture/leaking inside my wall and advised me to caulk the places where water will likely come in. All his time and advice was free of charge! I was very satisfied. Of course, if after caulking, the problem is still there, I will definitely has Johny back to run a professional test. Thank you Johny!

    The team at Sonar Leak Detection are amazing! They are the only honest leak detection in south florida. After dealing with several companies only J.     I was treated with utmost respect and given priority for an inspection at my apartment.They are extremely knowledgeable and provided insight on what the root cause could be after we had been chasing our tails trying to figure out the source of moisture in our unit. They we’re accommodating in scheduling the inspection as well as showing up promptly to the appointment.They work out a plan of action and provide support in order to reach a solution for the issue at hand.You know you’re dealing with professionals when they have an answer to every worst case scenario situation in your journey to repair.

    We had a huge water bill and began the hunt for a leak. After our handyman found no trace inside or out, we had to call a leak detection company. Finding a ridiculous charge for most companies with a huge upfront fee, we found Sonar. Spoke to Johnny and his company Sonar Leak Detection comes out at no charge to find if you have a leak and location - he came out the next day and found nothing leaking currently and that it was something that had passed or a mistake by the water company. He wrote a letter to the water company about this for us. If you have a leak and repair it I have heard the water company will credit you with the bill overage charges.What a relief. Johnny was bright, respectful, friendly and easy to work with- don’t hesitate to call Sonar immediately when in need. It will solve your water problems efficiently and hopefully save you in many ways.

    Could not be more pleased with my experience with Jonny and Sonar Leak Detection. Id give more stars if I could. I called them on the weekend not expecting them to be open and they answered the phone and gave me an appointment on Monday. Jonny was ahead of schedule but called to make sure that was ok. He was VERY knowledgeable and worked with me to decipher my towns very sparse and unclear billing system and we even spoke to the water department together to get more information. We quickly determined there was nothing wrong with the house and we moved to the sprinkler system where we counted all the sprinkler heads, checked them all, and then did a whole lot of math. He was never in a hurry and was incredibly thorough and diligent. He answered all of my questions patiently and was very honest and transparent. He got to the bottom of my high bill mystery and left me with some contractor recommendations and suggestions for a path forward. I sincerely hope that I do not require another leak detectorist service but if I do I will absolutely give Sonar a call and would recommend them to others. I should also note that their services were more affordable than other agencies I contacted trying to get an appointment. Thank you Jonny and Sonar team for helping me solve this mystery and for giving me peace of mind going forward. Worth every penny :)

    After reading reviews of leak detection companies, I chose sonar leak detection only on the excellent reviews. Ive had a leak in my front yard due to root damage from a large tree & my water bill started to go up monthly !!! two other plumbers came out dug up the yard said they could find the leak, to no avail they did not .Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting a young man by the name of Johny professional & knowledgeable made me 100% assured that he would find the leak 30 minutes in he did. I honestly was over the moon excited and happy this truly has been a nightmare for me. The service from this young man is beyond triple AAA plus and a 10 l actually called the company after he left, I needed to make sure he received the praise and accolades that was due of his expertise. I think people dont understand what a good review will do to give them peace of mind and to choose the right company !!This definitely was the right company for me. I am more than grateful And Id like to say thank you Johny!

My experience was above my expectation, as I did not know what I was in for.     Sonar Leak Detection5 Stars and I would give more stars if it was possible.First let me state that I am a homeowner, not a construction or plumbing tradesmen. I am not a family member, business associate or friend of Sonar Leak Detection or their technician Jonny. I am a homeowner who was given Jonnys name after trying a national leak detection company. The other company completely failed describing incorrectly a cold water leak in the concrete slab, in a location 10 feet away from where the true location of the leak was later demonstrated. To summarize: Sonar Leak Detection, 5 stars. The other leak detection company, 0 stars.The short story:Jonny from Sonar Leak Detection correctly identified the hot water leak and pipe location. Jonny took it upon himself and not at my request to return at no additional cost to me, and identified the leaking pipe location. Jonny took it upon himself to persist and find the leak. I have written this review without his knowledge. I highly recommend him.The long story:Through this process, I have learned it is extremely simple to decide between a hot water leak and a cold water leak, by simply turning off the inflow of water to the hot water heater and seeing if the water meter at the street is still spinning. If the water inflow to the hot water heater is off and the leak continues this would mean a cold water leak. If the leak stops it represents a hot water leak. It was clear that our leak was in the hot water line.I was told about Sonar Leak Detection after trying another company. I had not known of Sonar Leak Detection and have no financial or family relationship to them. The technician Jonny, arrived on time and I was charged a fee that was quoted.Jonny from Sonar Leak Detection, correctly found the hot water leak under the house concrete slab. He spent considerable time to map out the path of the leaking pipe. This was difficult, as it turns out, due to the thickness of the concrete slab. The 1st day, he left with a general idea of where the leak was, but I could tell he was not pleased with himself. He is friends with a plumber (Miseal at MJ Drain Cleaner) who was hired to fix the leak. Jonny and the plumber, Miseal, continued to talk and think about the situation. Jonny of his own accord called me and volunteered to come back a 2nd time, at no additional cost. The 2nd time he was able to localized the hot water leak which was later fixed by the plumber, Miseal.

    This has to be one of the most professional service companies I’ve had the pleasure to work with in over 45 years of home ownership and would highly recommend. Johnny was on time (even called before he came) and was a true professional from the moment he walked into our house (even putting on plastic booties), until I received his proposal only minutes after he left.I have a small water stain on a second-floor ceiling close to a second-floor bathroom & air handler-closet, as well as an exterior wall.
