I did a full outside and inside A/C unit installation with Max.He was very professional and gave me a fair and reasonable price. He came inspected the old unit told me a couple of different solutions and within 2 days he was already installing the new unit. Took about a full day to complete installation but I have no complaints about the process.Would definitely recommend Max for any of your A/C needs.

Called about replacing an electric hot water heater and just from photos he could tell what I needed in order to get my hot water up and running. Replaced shotty tankless water heater that my house already had with a safer water heater tank that is more appropriate for my house. Came super fast and installed even quicker. Recently, my kitchen sink plugged up badly. I tried to fix it myself, by removing the Pee Trap but the clog was deep in the drain that was inside the wall. I met Max by accident while shopping at Home Depot looking for a snake to attempt to clear out the drain myself. He offered some advice and gave me his number in case I didnt clear the clog. Needless to say I had to call Max. He squeezed us in and arrived within a couple of hours and cleared the clog for me. Max was clean, friendly and very knowledgable. I was so pleased that I had him come back to install a new water line with a faucet in my garage, so I could more easily wash the car. Max was very informative and explained step by step what he was doing and why. He was prompt, and once again did a great job. I will certainly call Max for any plumbing or A/C work.

Service max pro is definitely worth calling. I had a commercial hot water heater in my beauty salon that stopped working I called a couple of different plumbing companies to get an estimate for replacing it. Two companies took a quick look and said it needed to be replaced and the quote was over ten thousand dollars because the heater is commercial. Then I called Service Max pro Company they were the only one who took the time and put a volt meter on the heater to troubleshoot the heater without me asking. None of the other plumbing companies did any troubleshooting they were quick to sell me a new water heater. Within a few minutes Max with Service Max Pro Company said it was a bad heating element and completed the repairs. They saved me over nine thousand dollars compared to others. This company is honest and has integrity. I will definitely recommend them to anyone Who is looking for an honest, plumbing company.

They told us that they may be able to fix the problem with a new motor & blower. It was going to cost us over $1600. This was on 9/1. What a blessing this has been, we have been using this at night instead of running the old 4 ton unit ( for the entire house ) and have saved approximately $65.00 a month on cooling costs and it is absolutely whisper quiet while running !!!
