    What a great experience we had with Red Rooter! We’ve just moved into our forever home in Jupiter, FL. Our master toilet was not responding to our plunger, so we selected Red Rooter from positive reviews. They were right!We scheduled easily online after hours and we’re scheduled right away. Our technician, Joe Heinz, was right on time, pleasant, very experienced and fixed it likely split!We highly recommend Red Rooter and Joe!

    McNaire is phenomenal. He went above and beyond during my whole home repipe. When he needed to come back, he came and re-assessed the work he did to make sure everything was working the way it is supposed to, he was punctual, patient in explaining everything. We have had such an amazing experience with him and told him we’d follow him wherever he goes! We’ll only be requesting him for our plumbing needs.     James came out and did a fantastic job. Had a hot water heater tank leak. James inspected the water heater and it indeed needed replacing. Gave a quote in a couple minutes, we agreed to go a head with the replacement. Before I knew it, a new unit was delivered while James was taking apart the old one. James was nice enough to clean up the mess from the old unit, installed the new unit, and as soon and the glue on the pipes were cured, we were back in business. Fantastic service from James, so very friendly and knowledgeable. He had been to our house before to fix a toilet a couple years ago. Highly recommend this company and James. Thank you James!

    My experience with Red Rooter plumbing was excellent I called them for an estimate to repair a fitting underneath my kitchen sink they came out the very next day gave me the estimate and did the repair. They sent a very qualified representativeTony Richardson who was excellent! Very courteous, knowledgeable in his trade, respectful, and cleaned up after himself. I was completely comfortable with him being in my home. I can not speak highly enough about him! Great experience would definitely use them for future replacement and repairs and hopefully I can request Tony Richardson as my repair man. 🤞🏻

    I called Red Rooter as a pipe near the water meter was cracked and it was on the side that I was responsible for rather than the city. I called and spoke to Liz who was very helpful and knowledgeable and eased my fears that this would be something that they could handle. She originally gave me an appointment for 3-5 and I explained that I had to work at 3 but would go in late and have my mom wait. She let me know that if the technician was finished earlier, she would send him which I told was above and beyond. After scheduling the appointment she called me back in 10 minutes and said she had a technician who would be here in 20 minutes so I didn’t have to go to work late. I was so appreciative of her extra effort, she didn’t have to go above and beyond. James arrived and was very professional and efficient. He located the problem immediately, gave me the cost and fixed the problem. It was a pleasure working with this company and the individuals mentioned. Thanks again for your quick response and getting the job done, it was painless!

    We hired red rooter for a leak detection in our nursery and Eric and his co worker were very professional and responsive. They came out within 5 hours, not only told us where the leak was coming from but notified us that we should contact our insurance first to make sure we would be reimbursed. We ended up having to send them home because our insurance would not cover their services and Eric still left with a smile on his face. I have never met a more honest plumber in my life and we will definitely will be calling red rooter for our next plumbing issues!

    My service representative Mario was great. He was very courteous, and explained everything that was required for the installation. He works quickly and did a great job. The installation was done on time and he left my home very clean. I hope if I ever need any kind of plumbing done again that Mario would be my plumber.     We had cold water coming out of the hot side and the reverse too. The plumber came and instantly new we needed a new recirculating pump and was able to do it the next day. I had two other plumbers look at it and they couldn’t figure out the issue. 5 stars to this company! I found them based on their high reviews and so pleased with the outcome!

    My overall experience was great! The lady on the phone scheduled my appointment and verified the time on the day of. The technician arrived on time and cleared my shower drain without any problems. He also was sure to clean up the area once he was done which was a big plus.     Very satisfied! We had an issue with our main line being severely clogged and the company we used previously couldn’t send someone out for over a week!     Pete, our technician, was fabulous! Company responded to my request on Thumbtack quickly too.He was extremely knowledgeable and immediately knew what parts to order for some very old outdoor water supply pipes. Also explained how the system works. He also agreed to look at a broken toilet, had the part on his truck and fixed it quickly! Very professional, pleasant and easy to work with.     Outstanding service. Although they could not make the original appointment they were actually kind enough to call me plenty of time in advance to let me know they said that they would still come out but I asked them if they could just postpone till the next day and they were fine with that. And instead of just repairing the toilet that was leaking he is also going to put in a new toilet In my bathroom downstairs!

    We called Red Rooter at 7 in the morning and they sent someone out the same day. Our appointment was between 12 and 2. They arrived half an hour earlier and our technician was Mario Howard. He was excellent and explained everything of where the leak was coming from and most importantly how to fix the problem.     Jim was super friendly, and punctual. He was here right at the beginning of the time window they gave me. We just bought our house and he came and checked out/looked at my old 30 year old water heater and was able to have someone bring him a new one so he could replace it on the spot.     Our interaction with Red Rooter was fabulous from start to finish. We woke up to a leaking hot water heater. After quickly searching for a plumber based on reviews, Angies List, etc., we reached out to Red Rooter. Jesse took our initial call and said he could have someone out to us that morning because they had a cancellation.It turned out they could get there even earlier which was great for us! Mario came and agreed that we needed a new HWH (ours was 20yo) and gave us a quote for replacing it and making sure it was up to code. We accepted and he started working right away. Jesse even brought the replacement to our house so Mario didnt have to leave. On top of that, Mario noticed our shut-off valve was broken and gave us a quote to fix it, then stayed and did it when we said yes please.Both of these guys were great; so polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.     Bud was the best of the mf best. He showed up early which was great for me and was in and out. Someone else I called for the same job said they would need to do construction under the house, without even looking at it. I’m so glad I called Red Rooters.     Tony Richardson is the man! I loved how much he communicated with me on the issue and what my options were. He was super tidy, and left my bathroom looking way cleaner then he found it. He helped me fix my guest toilet and my garbage disposal and on both repairs he offered me options to reduce cost and was honest we he would find issues that were easy fixes that I could do myself.I don’t think I’ll be calling any other plumber here in south Florida. From the minute Adam answered the telephone to the time their technician Jim finished the job the customer service/experiences that everyone was raving about left no doubt that Red Rooter is truly as advertised: courtious, prompt (Adam scheduling me for service on the same day I called and Jim arriving 30 minutes early).     Mario arrived on time. He quickly disconnected and drained my water heater which will be replace after renovations. There was a miscommunication with my project manager. It was quickly resolved. The water heater was removed. Mario cleaned up after himself and even made sure my dog would be safe with the open area. Courteous, professional, and caring. Highly recommend! UPDATE. New water heater was installed. Mario found some electrical work that needed to be done to bring everything up to code. He made sure I knew everything that I had to tell electrician.     Old house & old pipes, means a lot of trouble, and unfortunately, a lot of plumbers. But today, I found my new plumbers in Red Rooter (most especially Tony.) Tony arrived in 30 minutes, on a weekend, was kind, professional, knowledgeable, clean, FAST and cleaned up afterwards (which almost never happens in my experience.) They charged a flat fee, which I knew upfront, and I didnt have to have a heart attack with giant hourly bill presented at the end. I have never felt like a got a good deal with plumbing experiences, nor have I believed I found the right one to call for next time, until today. Thank you Tony, and Red Rooter!
