Top notch! Ted Hardenburgh did a fantastic job and replaced our water heater seamlessly. It wasn’t an emergency replacement thankfully, but it was time to replace our 15 year old water heater. I spoke with Ted on the phone to discuss replacement options and scheduled an appointment for Friday of that week. He arrived on time and the price he quoted was what we paid. BTW all things being equal, Ted was $450 less than my other quote. Totally professional and highly recommend Ted, he did a great job!

The most professional, knowledgeable and personable man I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We called Ted late on a Friday night with an emergency water outage and not only was he here bright and early the very next morning, but he had the problem resolved before lunch time came around. Definitely thankful to have found our new go-to plumbing company, especially all the way out here in Loxahatchee! We HIGHLY recommend Hardenburgh Plumbing!!

VERY early Mothers Day morning we awoke to the sound of running water. After shutting off the main, I looked for a plumber - my criteria was time in business, how the person represented the business on the Internet, and the reviews.Hardenburgh plumbing was the very first call I made, and probably one of the best calls I made.Ted Hardenburgh came out quickly, explored our plumbing setup, did leak detection, and gave us a plan. He was reassuring, secured our property from further damage, and by Tuesday had put a temporary fix in place that included hot water and two options for a permanent fix. His charges were very reasonable, and his service EXCEPTIONAL.We cannot recommend him enough in this review. Thank you, Ted.

We had water in the carpeting in our closet. We called Ted Hardenburgh to help up. He showed up when promised and exhibited excellent professionalism. He was courteous and informative. He did his due diligence and determined the source of the leak was the A/C unit and not the plumbing. He referred up to an A/C person and refused payment.He is honest - a rare trait.You can feel confident when dealing with him.Thanks for the great job Ted.

Ted fixed a few issues with my house, replacing water heater, removing water softener, replacing valves, shower pipes, and a few other plumbing issues. I was impressed on how he would stay until the one job he started to work on was completed. I cant thank him enough for his skills and time as there were quite a few issues that needed to be addressed. I felt like a priority when we spoke and he did an excellent job fixing everything that was wrong. Trustworthy also played a big roll and I would recommend his services to anyone that has plumbing issues!

Ted did a great job. I hired him to find a leak under the master bath sink which the insurance company found during an inspection. Turns out there was no leak. Ted was honest enough to tell me that! I started off inquiring with another company but that didnt work out, until I explained my situation to a local family member who directed me to Hardenburgh Plumbing, and thank God I did. He does an excellent job... he installed a brand new water heater for under $1,000. Ted came out today with short notice to fit in an issue we ran into with my kitchen demo. He showed up on time, knew what he was doing and finished quickly. He was friendly and professional. I called Hardenburgh Plumbing late Friday night due to a blockage issue we were having. Although I didnt leave a message, I received a call back early Saturday morning asking if I still needed help! I was pleasently surprised with the unexpected follow up. Ted came that same day at a time I requested and was able to fix our plumbing issue in no time at all. Hes reasonably priced, a local business owner and gave my husband and I some useful advice to keep this problem from happening again. Guys got jokes too! Win all around.

Needed help on a Sunday with a pretty significant damaged pipe in our yard. He came down to Boca that afternoon and fixed it right up with a very nice repair. Pipe went from having a gaping hole to being leak free in an hour or so. Ted did a great job and weve not had a problem since.If you need help in a pinch and it needs to be done right the first time, theyre a great choice.

I am very relieved that Ted and Darcy went by my place around 7pm today to fix an emergency leak detection. The did an excellent job fixing an emergency leak detection underneath the kitchen sink. I enjoy Ted incredible knowledge on what is the best solution for preventing future leak detection and the action to take for solving the saturated baseboard underneath the kitchen sink. I would recommend both Ted and Darcy to anyone that need an emergency leak detection.

When you need a plumber, you need someone who is going to get the water to stop flooding. You need a guy who is going to get the job done. Hardenburgh was a call I made at about midnight when 2 toilets and a shower were suddenly flooding for no reason. I had my concerns as to grabbing the first name on Google, as FL contractors are sketchy as best. But when youre flooding, you need someone to fix it.He came back the next morning and took care of business. I think he was here all morning and part of the afternoon. I speak computers, and not plumbing. So I cant tell you what he did. But when he left, the problems were solved. All the blockage was gone. Toilets were flushing. Showers were draining. Problem solved.And, frankly, hes a nice personable guy too.

Called late afternoon with a broken water heater that we knew needed to be replaced. We were booked for early the next morning to have unit replaced. The technician arrived right on time. He was in and out in a few hours and even took my unit for disposal. I called 8 places in the surrounding area and his price was the best. Excellent service!!
