Excellent experience start to finish today, March 29th, 2024. Punctual, courteous, honest and professional! My toilet had a constant dripping sound that was driving me up the wall. Nicholas replaced some parts and it seemed fixed. He suggested I replace the toilet because this was not a permanent fix. At first I agreed, and he would go to Home depot buy a whole new toilet and replace it. I noticed after he left and using the toilet a couple of times that the dripping was no longer there.So, I called their office and Pan answered. I shared with him what was going on. He agreed with my suggestion to wait to replace the toilet when the tissue came back. Georgie from dimartino came out to place as I thought my water heater was leaking. It turns out it was not leaking and my valve on the bottom wasnt shut fully from another plumber flushing my water Heater. Not only did he just close it fully and test it, he inspected my other plumbing for my security and recommended new shutoff valves supply lines for toilets but said it could wait for now. Excellent company with good plumbers.

I called this morning and spoke with Melissa and requested an appointment today for an urgent matter. James was at my house by noon and completely resolved my issue, despite the insuing bad weather. We called DiMartino to reconfigure the water and drainage lines on our kitchen remodeling project. They worked with us to quote the project and the final job was extremely well done. The plumbers were very knowledgeable and the work was impeccable.They set up 3 appointments, one for for disconcerting and plugging everything, one for them to come by and do the main re-configuring work, and one last one to reconnect everything. They were very flexible and worked with us around our schedules.Jacky at the main office was super friendly and helpful throughout the process.Definitely recommend them and will use their services again in any other project that comes up.

Love this company! Communication was top notch and let me know every step of the way when they were coming, parts needed, and work being done. The gentleman who came out to do the repairs were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They put on shoe covers, kept their masks on, and cleaned up when they were finished. Repairs were made quickly saving me money, I had so bad leaks! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! Great work, good value, and a locally owned company, I’m a very happy customer!

Polybutylene pipes came up in my buyer’s inspection, so I needed to have my house re-piped. Anthony, the owner, came out for an estimate. He was prompt, straightforward and I think his pricing was really fair. His employees did the re-pipe in a way that resulted in fewer holes in my drywall, which is exactly what Anthony told me they would try to do and I am extremely happy with the results. His employees worked quietly and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. The whole process was seamless, I would definitely use DiMartino again.

Knock wood, we havent had the need to call lately. But....a couple years ago, our 15 year old water heater just went kaputz on us. It was a large tank, no longer available, so the folks at DiMartino were very helpful in selecting the right size and more efficient tank to buy. The crew that removed the old one and installed the new one definitely had their work cut out for them and did an excellent job~!! Weve used DiMartino for minor issues since then and the service has been EXCELLENT~!! (Plus I have to admit that their Facebook ads always crack me up....LOL)

Hands down the best people. I wish they did more than just plumbing. Everything from reception, to estimates, to the actually employees that showed up to fix our problems were 5 stars across the board. Nice, polite, efficient, and HELPFUL. They WILL NOT try to sell you anything. I had another company come out before I called DiMartino and they said I needed to spend over $2,000 and replace 3 toilets. DiMartino showed me exactly what was going on, explained that it actually was not a problem, and said in no way do we need new toilets. They also installed plumbing in a kitchenette area as well as repaired plumbing in our laundry room for the sink and fixed our hot water heater. DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE. Trust me, you will NOT be dissapointed with this company.

The city gave us various obstacles (all outside of the plumber’s control) and Pan and his team were very responsive within the hour of any city email or call to get the job done. They also connected a flo by moen sensor for us, installed a kitchen faucet, and even coordinated with xfinity when cables were in the way. After he respires our leaky faucet he was called to replace my garbage disposal. It didn’t need to be replaced just reset. We had two different appointments with DiMartino Plumbing. The first one Erik came out and was very prompt and professional in diagnosing the problem with our toilet that no longer had replacement parts available and gave several recommendations for replacement toilets that would not only be long-lasting, but more likely to have replacement parts for years to come. Since he was already there, he offered to check out any other plumbing components of the house as part of the service call and found everything else to be in working order.After we purchased a replacement toilet, Mario came out and did the installation. He was very friendly, fast and efficient, and did a very clean removal and installation. he was careful not to drip water throughout the house removing the old toilet, and made sure we were happy with everything after he installed the new toilet.Very pleased with the quality service and pricing!

These guys were referred to me by a friend who highly recommended them. I just bought a house and discovered the previous owners had filled one of the bathtub spouts with caulk.To complicate matters, my house has all plastic plumbing, so they had to be very careful doing their work.When I scheduled the appointment they were friendly and polite. They showed up on time, quoted me a price and stuck to it. A cartridge in the wall needed to be pulled out and replaced and they went out of their way to do the job so that I would not have to do a much costlier repair. They were friendly, professional and did a great job. They even called a few days later to make sure that everything was working well and that I was satisfied. Highly recommend!
