Admiral is great - ask for Nick Smith. I came home to find a small puddle in my kitchen. After wiping it up for 10 minutes and it not getting dry, I looked closer and saw water coming from under my baseboard. I called Admiral and Nick Smith showed up in just over an hour. Then, in under an hour, the problem was fixed and I was good to go. I was only charged the diagnostic fee. Highly recommend using Admiral. If youre looking for an honest and friendly technician, who truly knows his craft, make sure to ask for NICK SMITH.

I just had an emergency plumbing issue with a break in my water line from the meter to the house. Luckily the break from a banyan tree root was close to the meter and fairly easy to access and repair. Palm Springs water utility referred me to Admiral Plumbing Service. Edgar Penna from Admiral Plumbing was able to arrive within two hours! Outstanding! Assessed this break.. gave me a price and did the work.4-5 hours later completed ✔️ Excellent, excellent excellent! I am not really trusting of any service company, whether it be plumbing, electrical, etc……My MIL was in need of a new water heater.It was a tricky job, but Keno & Edgar did a FANTASTIC job, were friendly and very professional. They were a couple hundred dollars more than a few companies I had researched. They matched the price, so the job was given to them. I am SO glad we chose them!I would highly recommend Admiral Plumbing when and if you should have any plumbing needs.

Called to schedule service. The agent taking the call was rude. After patiently spelling my street name 6 times with her I gave up the idea of scheduling an appointment. If the receptionist is unable to input an address it doesn’t make me feel comfortable about the quality of the plumbers. Will use a different company for my needs. I ended up calling back because their advertised special was too good to turn down. Thankfully I got a different representative and she was very helpful and scheduled me right away. Lucas arrived on time and fixed my issue despite how challenging it was. I was impressed with the skill and knowledge of the technician and am very satisfied with the work performed.

We had Shawn Barber service our leaking toilet today. He came in with paper coverings over his shoes. He fixed my leaking toilet which took a while because the repair was extensive! Very thankful for technician Anthony Musso and team for going above and beyond to figure out the issue and fix our stopped up bath drains before it became necessary to take more expensive measures. 10 Stars to Plumber Tech David Villarreal. David came to our condo on time and prepared. He even had the shoe booties on to respect the home. He was kind and thoughtful and very thorough. He diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained everything to both my mother and I. He was on hold for over a half hour in the kitchen trying to explain to the warranty provider and to help my mom with the exhausting process. David is professional is every possible regard. I highly recommend Admiral Plumbing Services. They were very quick to come out to the job that I needed to have completed. From the moment I called I felt like a valued customer. The person that answered the phone was a pleasure to speak with and was able to get an appointment for me very quickly.Miguel Castillo was the plumber that completed the job. He was wonderful to work with and since I was not able to be on location, he made sure to walk me through all that was needed to be completed and explained why and how he was going to complete the work. He also sent me before and after pictures as well.I was able to go by the unit a few days later and work he did was better in person than in the pictures he sent me. I would highly recommend this company and ask to have Miguel Castillo do the job. I am very impressed and pleased with the entire experience.

Companies were asked to quote on the replacement of an older Kohler cast iron sink with a newer Kohler model that was two inched deeper. The existing drain plumbing, according to all, was that the island would need to be accessed from the outside and major drywall and wall covering would be affected.Then I talked to Bruno at Admiral plumbing. He said the same thing, except he said he would try very hard to avoid tearing out the cabinet or the wall.Since I had used Admiral plumbing previously with great satisfaction, I decided to use them. He worked for several hours dismantling the existing plumbing and sink set up; carefully cleaning the space during each step of the process.After working for several hours and reworking the drain lines, he was able to install the new sink and rework the drain lines without damaging the cabinets or the island drywall.This careful work not only saved money on the drywall and wall covering replacement, but, it reduced the Admiral plumbing invoice to me because their labor time was reduced.There are many ways to recognize value: less money spent is certainly one. But, for me it was more important to find a company that hires employees who care about their clients. I’ll hire them every time that I can.Thanks Bruno from Admiral Plumbing.

I used Admiral years ago for a water heater replacement and was happy with their work. I recently bought a new toilet and was unable to properly install it myself due to a broken flange. Admiral came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it same-day. I also let them do a plumbing inspection of my condo, as I tend to only think about plumbing when i have a problem. Their tech walked me through his recommendations without trying to hard-sell me, and I had them complete the additional recommended maintenance items. I was pretty blown away that their tech Jason was able to complete all of the work same-day. Quality was excellent and i have a lot more peace of mind having done some proactive maintenance.

Noe Valdez, the estimator & service tech for my project, truly exemplifies the definition of professional. He arrived on time, was polite, thorough, very knowledgeable & patient with my questions. I had a tricky timing situation with removal & replacement of an existing water heater & he made the process so straightforward, simple & cost effective without trying to sell me on something I didnt need & was not pushy. Comparing to another well known service provider who came to do an estimate, Noe was far superior in his communication & demonstration of knowledge & desire to expedite my service efficiently, without any complications. On the same day as he came to see the existing heater & gave me a quote, a Friday none the less, he was able to obtain a new water heater, deliver it to my house, remove the old one & install the new one- no fuss no muss! He left everything in perfectly clean condition & Admiral took care of all the permitting needs required, no questions asked. The other company tried to up-sell me a certain piece of additional equipment without even knowing why its needed. The explanation I got was I dont know why, but my boss makes everyone buy this additional piece whether they want it or not. When I asked Noe about this particular piece, he said he already checked my outside valve and said I already had the piece necessary to perform the same function. The other companys rep had no idea about permitting and said they would have to charge me extra $$ to remove doors (heater is in hall closet under stairs) & will need several people to help with whole process. When I asked Noe about it, he said it was no problem doing it alone and he would not have to remove any doors or anything. The installation was smooth & he did everything as promised. I cannot be more pleased with this experience! Will hire again.

Our outgoing OLD HWH was out of code and Jonathan clearly explained what needed to be done. The quote for the job was reasonable so we went ahead! Jonathan’s workmanship was perfect replacing old copper piping and bringing electrical up to code. Nick was my technician. My daughter had a leaking pipe underneath her garage floor. Nick remove the hot water tank dug up the floor fixed the pipe , filled the hole and returned the hot water tank. He was very neat and efficient and I would recommend him going forward to anyone. This is the second job Nick has done for us and we couldnt be happier. I recommend Nick to anyone that needs a good plumber.

Anytime I have to call for plumbing services, I cringe. I hate calling for A/C services and Plumbing Services. This is from past experiences in which I felt like I was taken advantage of and had no choice but to use the service. Well, when it comes to plumbing services, I truly found a company that I no longer fear calling and using. I have used this company now, one or two other times and each time, was left feeling like I got what I needed, paid for and did not feel like I was taken advantage of. This past weekend, I had a leak and of course, call them for services. I needed to write this company a review as once again, I was more than satisfied with the service but also how professional and willing the tech was to help me and answer my questions. I felt he went above and beyond to help me as we talked about other possible issues and where and what I needed to look for. Justin was my technician, he was awesome. So helpful, knowledgeable and felt like I was talking to a friend about my issues, not a sales tech. I had THE BEST experience with this company. Our hot water heater burned out (fortunately no fire damage to anything else) and needed to be repaired immediately, as we no longer had hot water in the house. Our water heater is also solar-powered, and therefore I needed a company with some specialization in this area, which I why I called Admiral. I was able to get a same day appointment with this company for a consultation, and when Don arrived, I instantly felt confident that he understood the nuances of our solar powered water heater, and could do the job. I called the next day to accept the quote and was told that they would need to procure a water heater (as they do not regularly keep in stock what we needed) however would be at our home the next day. Don arrived the next day as scheduled, and completed the job effortlessly, thoroughly, and competently. I could not have been more pleased. In a nutshell, the company understood my sense of urgency from beginning to end, and serviced me accordingly, even driving two hours away to pick up a water heater for is. When we had a question about the permit, Nicole ensured that we had pre-approval from the city in which we live before the job started, and communicated with us the entire time. The job was completed end to end in 3 days, with permits. This company is professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to customer service. I am inclined to call them for all of my plumbing needs going forward, not just for big jobs. I am so satisfied with Admiral and you will be too. Thank you!

Zach was awesome! A pipe at our house had broken and Admiral got it fixed same day. Job was neat, efficient and perfectly done. Had them come back to change out older hose bib shut offs to something that is east to turn and doesn’t stick, and prior to that, had a FloLogic system installed. Now we have peace of mind - system monitors water flow to detect leaks and automatically shuts off water to the house to prevent massive damage- couldn’t be happier to have this and to have Admiral.

My wife and I are incredibly pleased with Miguel Castillo and Admiral Plumbing. Unbeknownst to us, increasing levels of chlorine in our municipal water were destroying the rubber toilet components and Miguel came out to repair that. He graciously tested the water quality and showed us the results. He advised us of several options for a treatment system without pressuring us at all and so we could do our own research. Within a few days we decided to have him install the Halo 5 system. He did an expert installation and we are extremely happy with his work and his recommendation. The system is fantastic and the water quality is absolutely amazing. We are very appreciative of Miguel for his guidance, his honesty, and his expert work. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Josh M. is best in class as far as I am concerned... It brings me relief to know there are still companies in existence who hire these young men of such great integrity and work ethic . Wow! What a class act of a company. I requested a quote on the YELP app. I was immediately responded to with an explanation of their process and a number to call for more information. I called and talked the most pleasant person who walked me through everything she needed to schedule the appointment and give the technician the lay down of the problem. I was instantly impressed in her care and concern with the situation and knowing precisely the right information to give me and the technician.The day of the appointment I received another courtesy call to let me know the technician was available earlier than scheduled if I wanted him to come earlier, which wound up being great for me. The tech arrived and was just as pleasant as the person who walked me through the call.He instantly assessed the situation and had a price for me in seconds. He seemed genuinely unhappy because it seemed like it was going to be an expensive part to replace. Considering what I had read online about the issue, the price was VERY low and reasonable. I was going to leave to let him do his work, but there was a potential issue inside that we both agreed would be good to look at before he left. And had to be checked after the repair. He said he would hustle to get the fix done so I didn’t have to wait too long. I told him it wasn’t necessary, but the job was done and fixed in a relatively short time.He checked the inside and we determined there was no issue. The entire visit was incredibly painless. These really are friendly people who care about their work and their customers. I even received a follow up call the next day to make sure my service was completed to satisfaction. I can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s rare to find competent assistance sometimes these days. And to have them be so friendly on top make them a company I will return to whenever I have plumbing needs.Seriously great work, everyone!

Shelby was great! They gave us a 2 hour window of when he would be here, but he showed up at the very beginning of that time slot. There was more work that had to be done, but we assumed that since the system was old and leaky. He knew just what to do and did a great job. With the kids working on schoolwork from home he gave us a heads up if he was going to need to make a bit of noise, and it was only for a short bit. He did a super job and he took a great deal of care in cleaning up the area once the work was done. He was friendly, thoughtful, hardworking and easy to talk to about the issues that had come up. We recommend Shelby and Admiral Plumbing Services very highly.

Yesterday I had a water problem between the road and my house. Admirals Plumbing sent Phil Valencia to help. He was on time and when he arrived, I knew immediately this was going to be a good experience. Phil was friendly and concerned about the issue. He carried on a pleasant conversation while addressing the problem. There was a part that he did not have in his truck and he said that he needed to go to Home Depot to get it. Within 20 minutes he was back and finished the job. He then offered to go above and beyond the job by helping me back-fill the hole. I said that was not necessary but thanked him as he was in contact with his office about his next job. He then said have a blessed day, and with a smile was on his way. Our 10 year old Whirlpool water heater failed, on the day we were to leave on an extended vacation. We have a home warranty but they would have taken their sweet time helping us, so I called Admiral Plumbing who have been great previously and they installed a new Rheem water heater on the same day! I paid out of pocket but only because it was Admiral, I had confidence and their pricing was good. Mike R. was right on time, a real pleasure to deal with, chatted with him the entire time and he installed the water heater perfectly. A great experience. I called for service to my kitchen faucet and 2 toilet repairs. First, my phone inquiry was met with friendliness and excellent customer service. Since this is during the COVID pandemic, I was told the technicians are tested daily, wear masks, gloves and practice social distancing. I was also told they would text me shortly before arriving and that I would have a profile picture of the technician. This made me feel very secure. I was asked what time was convenient for me. The technician, Joe Kelly, arrived at the agreed upon time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and customer service driven. He rebuilt 2 toilets and uninstalled and replaced the kitchen faucet. He did this quickly and efficiently. He answered all of our questions. He was very customer friendly. This entire experience (from phone call to repair visit) exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Admiral Plumbing to anyone who is in need of any plumbing services!

Over a Holiday weekend, I totally clogged both sinks in my kitchen. I could not believe when Admiral Plumbings representative said they would be out the next day, a Sunday, and weekend rate would be waived. Miquel arrived on time and in the most professional and skilled manner worked two hours to unclog my drains. This was extremely difficult and physically demanding on him. He also found a part of the pipes that was worn out and actually was coming apart. Took a second trip as gthe part was not on his truck, but he returned with a new part to fix it. Thats the technical accomplishments. However, it was the care and service that Miguel rendered that also needs to be noted. Where in todays world do you find a man who takes pride in his work, represents his company to the highest of degree and cares about a total strangers problem? Simple answer is Admiral Plumbing. I trust this company and truly believe they are a rare find who proudly serve others as they wish to be treated.

Lucas arrived on time and was perfectly polite and professional. He came to fix a leaky faucet but after assessing the situation, he advised me to call a restoration company first. He thought the leaky faucet may have caused mold damage to the wall behind it and he didn’t want us to waste our money if the problem was bigger than we imagined. I felt horrible for wasting his time as he didn’t fix anything that day. He ended up coming back to replace 2 toilets and we couldn’t be happier with his service.

We had a major gas leak at our home so gas had to be shut off. I called Admiral Plumbing Services to see if they worked on natural gas lines and they said they did. I was very impressed with their professionalism. From the first call the woman who answered was very friendly and sympathetic with my problem. I was given a window of 10am to 12pm the next day. I received an e-mail reminder and then a text with the picture of the plumber (Jesse) that would be arriving for the appointment. I liked that immensely. I then received a phone call from Jesse giving me his ETA.I had no idea what it was going to take to fix this and I have to say it was quite expensive. A few thousand to be exact. I was very unhappy as this was something I always thought the Gas company would repair if it should ever happen but I was wrong and it was the homeowners responsibility. For anyone reading this if you received a mailer from Florida Public Utilities regarding a coverage plan for $5.75 a month, do yourself a huge favor and take it. I signed up for it just a couple weeks ago but there is a 30 day waiting period so it was all on us to pay. If I hadn’t thrown out the last 10 mailers and took out the coverage a year ago I would have saved us thousands. It’s an expensive lesson so if this review helps one person I’ll be happy.Jesse explained in detail what was involved and it was a lot of work. In the end we decided to go ahead and do the work because I liked Jesse and he promised to get it all done that day. Cristian showed up to help Jesse keep his promise. They both were covered in dirt when they came to get me to show the completed work several hours later and it was as usual a very hot Florida day. The work was done better than originally because I had no shut off valves before and now we have two. Also, the old pipe was corroded because it was metal or steel and new one is much better and won’t corrode. The builder cut corners and why only 12 yrs later this pipe line had to be replaced. Gas scares me so now I know it is done the correct way and that gives me peace of mind.It’s hard for anyone to hear they have to dish out a large sum of money on repairs but having someone take the time to explain whats what means a lot to me and that’s what Jesse did and why I didn’t look to get a couple more quotes.So I’m writing this review to say I highly recommend Admiral Plumbing Services and if you happen to get Jesse and or Cristian, know you’re getting quality guys that know what they’re doing and both super nice/ polite to boot!

Admiral Plumbing Services replaced 2 failed toilet stops in my home on 11/8/18, one which had failed causing a large leak. Fortunately, I was home at the time to shut off water main. Called Admiral, who came out the same day and arrived on time, as usual. The plumber was Justin who fixed the issue. These guys are great, been using them for years without any issues. Their prices are a little high, but always quality work, and always polite. Highly recommend!!

This was my 2nd time using Admiral for plumbing needs at my home.Today I called the office at 7am and was nicely greeted by Jennifer who had a real sense of urgency in fixing my broken pipe to my water main that needed immediate repair.She had someone at my home by 10am and the repair was completed by noon by Alex Garrison a young professional man that wasted no time in diving head first into solutions,options and a quote for what I needed, super nice & smart guy that listened to my concerns and took them into consideration during the repair.
