So I’ve got to update my review as we had the pleasure of meeting Bruce today to have our new kitchen faucet installed. I must say they are top notch professionals at 5 Plumbers. Fair and honest and everything is perfect! Don’t use any other plumbers just give them a call.Joe from 5 Plumbers saved the day!! We just moved into our new house to discover we had no hot water and it’s a holiday weekend now what? I called 5 Plumbers late Saturday night and got a call back almost immediately, I explained what was going on and Joe scheduled an appointment for Sunday. He came by and tried everything possible to resuscitate our hot water heater to no avail so we had to replace it. He took the time to explain the 2 brands they carry so we scheduled the install for Tuesday as that was the soonest as all of the supply houses were closed for the holiday. As promised Joe came by and did the work and didn’t leave until he knew we had hot water. Amazing service they do what they say and show up when promised I would highly recommend them!

We used 5Plumbers for a home re-pipe. They sent Lester who was just a pleasure. He is a hard worker and did great work. Nikki in the office was also fantastic in addressing concerns as they came up. The job took a bit longer than we anticipated, but we understand that jobs dont always look as complicated as they really are at time of quote. They were affordable and stood behind their quote. I think I found my new go to plumbing service!

I was impressed by the promptness & professionalism of the manner in which Joe & John did on replacing my water heater. They showed up on time, did the inspection, explained what the problem was, gave us a recommendation & estimate of cost. They removed the old water heater & and had the new one installed in one hour. I would recommend 5PLUMBERS to anyone who is in this situation.

My Water Heater started to Leak water, and is located in the Attic, after calling several companies and trying to get them to attend the same day, the only company that attends these emergencies was 5 PLUMERS, the best by phone For Nicole, she attends you as if it were a 911 call with a lot of patience and even with Psychology, so that one can find peace of mind, I created an appointment for the same day with Joel, an excellent, fast and very professional Technician, it was a job incredibly difficult, because the heater was located in the attic and it was a very large and super heavy old model, but Joel did the job very carefully and very organized, I recommend 5 PLUMBERS, for these jobs, they will feel very good with them, and above all the prices are magnificent, the best price of all the companies that call, Thank you

Called 5 Plumbers to replace my old polybutylene pipes during a recent remodel. Joel is amazing! He finished the job in one day for a very reasonable price! He also helped replace my outdoor spigots that were not working properly. Will most definitely call them again for any plumbing needs!Update! I’m still a loyal 5 Plumbers customer! They were out today to fix a leak! Prompt and efficient and really nice guys! Thanks again for great service!!!

We had an emergency with our main sewage line, 5 Plumbers were one of few plumbers to answer the call since it was around 6pm. They gave us an estimate over the phone, and said they would be at our location in 30 minutes. They were right on time, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to diagnose the problem, show us and explain what happened. They fixed our clogged sewage line very quickly. I will use this service again. They charged us exactly what was quoted over the phone. Thank you Joel & Bruce for coming out so quickly.
