    We called because of a leak under kitchen sink. Appointment was set up with Kyle. I was able to get an appointment on the day I requested. The plumber that showed up was professional, courteous and friendly. He showed up at the designated time. His work was neat and efficient. They were reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend golden rule plumbing and will use their service in the future if ever needed.

    Great experience with golden rule. They responded quickly, and were very thorough over the phone, walking me through everything to get the info needed. Very easy to just take pics of our water heater and send to them so they could get a proper replacement. They got the job done quickly and professionally, and did a great job going over what they did and what we could expect. Definitely will use them again.

    I needed tub fixtures replaced along with general sprucing up in the bathroom. Its an older (circa 1900) house and I was concerned about what theyd find when they opened the wall. First of all, when Tim came out for the estimate, he took a close look and assured me it could be fixed. It was a fairly tricky job, but the guys were super careful and meticulous. I am very pleased with the work, and that they came in under the estimate! They took great care in protecting my home from the dust and debris incurred, were personable and easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about how to work with an older house. Id recommend Golden Rule without qualification!

    This was the second time I used this company. This time to install a Moen Flo water monitor. They answer their phone, communicate perfectly, and come when scheduled. I was given a maximum price quote and the final price was less reflective of time and materials. Mark and TJ Lasko a delight to deal with. Highly recommend

    Kyle and Mark were great to deal with. Kyle was super upfront about costs and the scheduling process was really simple. Mark did a fabulous job on the install - new sink, new garbage disposal and new faucet as well as rebuilding the under part of the cabinet. We couldnā€™t be happier with the result!     After seeing other glowing recommendations for Golden Rule Plumbing, I just had to give them a call for my well water problem. They responded quickly and were at my house the same day I talked to someone. Ed was very helpful and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and even fixed a broken sump pump pipe my husband had planned to fix himself. I was a bit worried as to how much it would cost me but the price was very reasonable. They are definitely on my repair call list from now on!

    I couldnā€™t be happier with the service that I received today from this company.. I had a failed pump involving my toilet in the basement.. It is a saniflow toilet so itā€™s all above ground if you know what I mean. Several companies werenā€™t interested in the job however Golden Rule had no problem taking on the job. Kevin was the technician and was superb! He was extremely knowledgeable along with being very friendly and honest. I canā€™t say enough good things about my experience.. They knocked off additional costs from their original quote.. I have a 20 year old hot water heater and scheduled them next week to do that job as well!

    The service was excellent. The problem was a clogged kitchen sink and a garbage disposal that wouldnt run. The clog was a recurring problem that I tried to fix several times with a plunger and snake. Sam from Golden Rule found the disposal was damaged electrically (electric burnt smell) and needed replacement which he did with a unit from his truck. He snaked the drain pipe and hit a blockage pretty far in. He worked hard at it and the blockage finally broke up. It is great having full use of a sink and disposal again. The invoice was reasonable.

After a few days stay, the hospital found out that I did not have working plumbing at home & would not release me to go to my residence without working plumbing. Left the bathroom clean as if nothing ever happened. I was released from the hospital & came home knowing I would be able to recoup without any worries about the plumbing or having to clean up.     Great service at a reasonable price. Came well within the allocated time, they give you a two hour window as opposed to others giving you a four hour window which destroys half your day.     Our hot water heater broke over a weekend and they were able to get someone out and replace it on that Monday. We did continue to have issues with the hot water after replacement, but they came back out multiple times until it was fixed. We wish we had the name of the final technician who came out, because it was clear that what needed to be replaced was talking loner than expected, but still stayed and replaced multiple components of the new water heater to get it to work. Very happy with out choice and would use them again.

    We have used Golden Rule as our plumbers for many years, so when we were getting quotes for a complete bathroom remodeling we got an estimate from the company. Tim Lasco was very thorough and professional, and he answered all of our questions and pointed out potential issues that we werenā€™t aware of. Tim also rearranged the schedule to fit in our job before some family members arrived for an extended stay.We are glad we chose Golden Rule because the employees and workmanship were top notch. We just bought a house and the powder room toilet needed to be leveled, which Pat did in less than an hour while Kevin took care of a clog in the master bathroom. They actually showed up earlier than expected as they finished a prior job quickly, so that attests to their efficiency. I was worried about how much it would cost, but the price for both services was totally reasonable.Kevin also gave us some great advice on how to avoid future clogs as well as the best equipment to use for the shape of the drain.
