I missed my regularly scheduled appointment due to a misunderstanding on my part and as booked as Tom was, he graciously rescheduled me for the next morning, which was a Saturday morning, very early, ahead of his already scheduled customers, and he did not try to rush me or hurry and get out. He did a fantastic and thorough job. I would highly recommend this company.

Wow, customer service is incredible! I’ve been trying to get off work so I can make the appointment, and they’ve been so helpful. They’ve been reaching out to me and leaving me messages about my upcoming appointment. I finally got my work schedule for the week /day they had me schedule, and I called with some concerns, but Julian really helped me out. We went day by day to see what days would work with my schedule, and we finally agreed on a day that works! Chris came to the house and really showed us genuine customer service. He walked us through the process and explained what we can expect on the installation process of our Senville Aura mini split installation. He was very clear and respectful of us and our home. He went as far as putting booties over his shoes to prevent anything from outside getting into the house. He was upfront and honest about the system being pre charged with R410-A refrigerant. Most companies would tell you they have to charge the unit which adds cost. I feel this is the company I will be using and recommending for any HVAC installation, repair or service. It was great to meet Chris and I am glad I found Sunrise Comfort Solutions. Well the installation is done and everything is great. They were able to install the unit and the 4 heads in one day. It is really so quiet that I check it quite often to make sure its on. Even the outside unit is so quiet I check on it. It cools quickly. Sunrise Comfort Solutions is one of the few who took up the installation of a customer purchased unit and came in with a reasonable price. Very clean and high quality work.

After having a new Generac Generator installed a few weeks ago, we lost power today for the first time for about 25-30 minutes. Everything worked as described, however I noticed a lot of oil on the bottom tray of the Genny and noticed a bad oil leak from one of the oil lines. I called Sunrise to report and requested a Tech come out ASAP. An hour and a half later Tom showed up and made the repairs and went over the entire system with me and ran a test with no issues.This being my first service request, I was very impressed that I got such a quick response, especially with the Labor Day weekend starting tomorrow. Received an HVAC tune up through a Lowes promotion.Sunrise team is very thorough and did a great job. They added insulation to my refrigerant line for my AC, inspected my air handler, changed the oil filter, checked the fuel system, tuned the burner, and checked the exhaust gasses.They included several minor parts in the maintenance checkup and did not nickel and dime, which I appreciated.The best part is that they do oil fired hydronic systems which is hard to find!

Tom Orme was the best person for this scenario. We kept having overcrank issues, and instead of just doing the work and being on his way, he showed me ways to be able to resolve the issues myself and showed me the reasons why we were having issues. Got the Generac back up and running for my family, and overall a fantastic person. Thanks again, Tom!Update, we ended up finding out that the overcrank issues were not only related to a loose spark plug from the yearly maintenance that we had done in September, but then the ignition coil ended up getting burned out. Tom and Sara at Sunrise were able to work with my wife and I, and with the warranty for the parts, Sara graciously waived our labor fee due to the unfortunate incident with our service done. They really care about their customers, and always want to make sure that they are taken care of. Thanks to Tom for the install and fix, and thanks to Sara for working with us and leaving us with a working generator without having to pay for something that could have been avoided. Lets start with Bill Bentz, our sales rep: he has the patience of a saint, He assisted us on every aspect. The on site techs (Bonn and his crew (Brian & Peter)) were some of the most knowledgeable, dedicated and hardworking folks Ive ever met. Yes I know that the entire system change-out just occurred but I have the confidence in the work they performed, as well as, their future support (if needed), Simply put, this company wants your business and has invested in its employees to make it happen. Thank you Bill, Bonn, Brian and Peter for making this project happen in some of the most difficult of times! BTW, with all of this wonderful heat, Were getting naked (LOL). Thanks again. I couldnt be more thrilled by my experience with Sunrise! We have been having intermittent furnace issues, which is a big issue with an infant. A previous company had come out multiple times, each time sending a different tech who provided a different evaluation. The only consistency was that they all recommended different parts be replaced, and the final one recommended replacement of my entire five-year old furnace.Enter Sunrise. I was directed to Sunrise by a friend whod had a great experience and found them to be honest. And thats exactly what they were! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. I spoke to dispatch on Tuesday and had an appointment set for that Thursday. The technician arrived on time, identified the issues and fixed them (loose blower, dirty furnace), and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Now I again have confidence in my existing furnace, and without replacing any parts!Sunrise has gained a customer for life!Update 3/28/23: my furnace is still going strong, and I have not had even one problem with it since Sunrise came out! The previous company was out here every few months with a different fix that never actually fixed anything.Update 11/9/24: still no furnace issues! I cant believe the previous service company had me thinking I needed to replace my entire furnace when literally nothing was even broken--just a loose part and some dirt. Sunrise is the best!

October 2024: I had the pleasure of meeting Tom Orme from Sunrise this morning. He is the expert diagnostician. We had a red light on the 16kW Generac. Overcrank error. Backfire on startup. He arranged for his technicians to come back with the needed parts to get us back up and running. My wife and I appreciate the excellent communications, on-time arrival, and thorough tips about how to keep our generator in tip-top shape. Everyone weve met from Sunrise Comfort has been so affable and dedicated to customer satisfaction with the service and the equipment. Keep up the good work, and thank you.May 2024: Spring has sprung, and summer storms are sure to follow. Weve benefited from having our Generac over the past three years. I wanted to be sure that the Generator will be ready for this years onslaught of mayhem. I contracted with Sunrise Comfort Solutions to perform preventive maintenance. The service tech, Marlon, performed the needed maintenance with efficiency and then tested the system to ensure proper operation. Sunrise is good with scheduling, and their communications are appreciated. We knew in advance who was coming, and received a text when he was nearby. The maintenance was done for a fair price as well. I thank them for giving us the peace of mind that our HVAC and electrical needs are in good hands.April 2024 : We contracted with Sunrise Comfort Solutions to repair our HVAC system that failed on a 90° day. I talked to Jake @ Sunrise Comfort Solutions on a Monday and he came to look at my project the following day, which was to change the burner on my hot water boiler from an oil burner to a natural gas burner. He emailed me a very fair proposal about two days later. Over about a month I checked with a couple of other companies for a competing price and during that time there were no hard sell pushy phone calls which I really appreciated. When I called to tell him I wanted to do the job it was scheduled for about a week and a half later. Communication was great with Emily and Jake and the two techs who came to do the work, Brian and Josh, were on time and fantastic and did a great job. They also informed me they do plumbing and electrical and based on the overall experience with the company I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly to anyone else. Other companies could/should take lessons on how to make customers happy. Im VERY happy!!

Purchased a new home and needed central air/heat. I found these guys online, they came by my house stayed for hours 3 at least mapping out how the installation was going to go and gave me a quote. They installed brand new duct work in the walls no soffits. It was easy for them to get into the floors and walls because my home was under renovation at the time. Along with a new furnace and outdoor compressor. This was done in August 2021, I didn’t officially move into my new home until Oct so I didn’t get to try out the AC. Hot Summer 2022 my home is sooo comfortable from upstairs to downstairs every room including the bathrooms and garage lol and it’s gets soo cold I never have to put the thermostat lower than 76 degrees. I’m so happy I went with Sunrise because I received a lot of quotes. They did a great job, I paid a pretty penny but it was 1 of my best investments ever! I highly recommend them.

When they came to install the men were wearing all the appropriate PPE as well as boots to keep my family safe and my house clean.They were done in less than a day and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Every time i need tune ups on my 4 unit I reach out to Ray and he always sends out the most straight up guys to help me out. I had a couple other companies out on these $89 two for one deals and they always push for my systems to get replaced. Some have even made up symptoms. Rays guys always follow up and even though my systems are original to the home, and they mention the age, they never get pushy about replacements, and they never try to sell me products I dont need.I dont know if this matters to many but i notice the Sunrise guys are always in clean uniforms. It irks me when people show up looking sloppy
