Follow up Appointment today with Alan Kolb as our technician. Alan installed the ultraviolet system that kills any airborne pathogens. Again, super efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I’m a big fan of Wesley Wood!Blaine Ingram was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and extremely polite, which I value highly. Work was done efficiently and on schedule. A few follow up items were addressed promptly. Highly recommend.

Austin from Wesley Wood called and said he was able to arrive earlier than scheduled, and of course, I was thrilled. First, he asked questions about how the system was working. He then checked out the system and found no problems. He cleaned the igniter to help keep the system running properly. Very happy with the service performed by Austin.

Wesley Woods is amazing. We have them service our heat system every year. It is a much older system and always needs parts. Plus, when they did the service, they noticed that the hot water heater was leaking, so they recommended their advantage plan. We got a new furnace central air and a new hot water heater for no money down. We told them about my son, who has so many environmental allergies, and Lori told us about the air scrubber they can install on the system. To help purify the whole house air. From start to finish, the whole process was stress free. All the new systems were installed in 1 day. The install crew were so Profesional cleaned up everything that if we had questions, they answered them. Showed us how to work everything and how everything runs. I would highly recommend them for basic service needs also highly recommend the advantage plans they have if you need a new system. Great people great customer service

He was here on time, wore the booties so as not to bring in dirt and went straight to the matter, had it diagnosed within 5 minutes, added the refrigerant to our minisplit and we had cold air in no time. I had a new HVAC system installed on the 16th of October.On the 17th I was having some difficulty with setting my new thermostat and maintaining my hot water. I called the office and they arranged for a tech to come out that afternoon.Matt Delay arrived within the set time frame and walked me through the setting of my new thermostat taking the time to be certain I understood and was comfortable with the procedures with the different settings and how to make them. He also addressed my hot water issues by showing me how to set the water temperature and how to restart the pilot light should it go out ( I have natural gas heat and hot water).Matt is a great asset to the company. He is very knowledgeable, extremely personable, polite and shows a great deal of professionalism while being very respectful and displaying true personal concern for the customer. I will be asking for him for any future HVAC needs I may have. Wesley Wood is very fortunate to have him as an employee

We just moved to West Chester. Our Lennox system passed inspection but we now know there might have been problems. Heat was called but the system wouldnt respond. We tried some ad-hoc remedies and at least survived the first cold spell. Called Wesley Wood. A service person came. Polite, worked hard but wasnt sure about the issue. To his credit, he was honest about it. Later a second and more experienced person came. Same result, although he did explain the complexity of the Lennox error codes. Later a third tech came. He knew the history and deduced what the problem must be. The right part was installed and everything works. These guys are good, all of them, but the Lennox system is subtle. In the end, I was very satisfied and very happy with Wesley Wood. We will continue to use them for service (and repair if needed). Hopefully your situation wont be as complicated, but you will be well served by Wesley Wood in any case

Mike and Tori really came through for me today!!! My AC went down. I ran into them while walking my dog. I asked for a business card. Tori gave me one but also took the initiative to call her home office and let them know about my situation and prompt need for assistance. Within only a half hour, I received a call from the main office. They were helpful and able to set up an appointment for this very day. I was super pleased.Later, I got 2 text messages letting me know who was coming. I was able to track them, so I knew to be home. Tori and Mike were very professional upon arriving at my home. They were pleasant and wore foot coverings and gloves.After examining my AC unit, they explained in simple terms what they saw and what they tested. They showed photos to back up what they encountered. This was beneficial. Tori explained the costs involved and the maintenance plan. Both were persuasive without being pushy or going oversell. They were genuine and caring.I opted for the maintenance plan, and look forward to future positive encounters with your company. Overall, an excellent experience. Prices were reasonable. Employees- top notch. Check these guys out.

He worked efficiently and effectively in getting the air-conditioning running.Matt is pleasant and courteous. He impressed me as being very knowledgeable. For my most recent maintenance visit, Derek Pepe was the technician, and he is the kind of professional that Wesley Wood has on staff. Derek was thorough and exacting, and explained the workings of my HVAC unit that I didnt know. He made several recommendations for comfort and efficiency, and offered ideas for ongoing HVAC operations. As I have mentioned, I have peace of mind with the Wesley Woods maintenance program.Adam and Tory were here on time, which I really appreciated, because I like the first appointment of the day. They were knowledgeable and informative, and provided information and suggestions for continued health and efficiency of all of my mechanicals, which I purchased from Wesley Wood a few years ago. I would like to continue with Adam and Tory for my mechanicals servicing. I appreciate that I don’t need to worry about my heater or air conditioner with the service contract.

My son noticed an odor emanating from our kitchen sink, (I did not, because I have Long Covid which has altered my ability to smell and taste), and upon taking the effluent PVC pipes apart I realized that the threads on the PVC fittings had been stripped and needed to be replaced. Dean came to our home as promised, assessed the situation, explained that hed be back and returned promptly after getting the fittings necessary to make the repair. He performed his work in a professional and gentlemanly manner, cleaned the area he had worked in, accepted payment and left. I had used Wesley Wood Services many years ago, probably before Dean was a twinkle in his fathers eye. Im glad to have found them again. My experiences with plumbing problems during the last 17 years and especially over the last year and a half has been less than desirable. Thank you Dean and Wesley Wood!

Bob, our service technician, arrived promptly at 4 PM, which was the start of our 2 hour window. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. I’m curious about repair work being done so I was asking questions and followed him around. He didn’t mind and was freely sharing his process and was a genuinely nice person. Bob explained the potential cost as he troubleshot different solutions to why my AC stopped working. What I really liked about him is that he didn’t just automatically jump to we need to replace the unit even though that was a possible option. He ended up discovering a component had gone bad; replaced it; and even replaced old wiring and connections. When he brought the bill in for payment, he took the time to explain the Service Expert program when I asked about it not being reflected on the bill. The phone rep I scheduled the appointment with forgot to complete the registration process even though I had accepted the agreement. Bob stated he would mention it to the office and also suggested I call the Service Expert line back to resolve the payment differential. Upon calling, I spoke with Becky and she stated she would resolve the account registration and contact billing to address reimbursement.

Just had Austin and Adam out for a heater repair. Our heater broke down yesterday morning, Austin came out about 3 hours after I called for a diagnostic check and concluded a new control board was needed. Wesley Wood had the new control board and was installed this morning and our heater is back up and running. Gonna be honest while the part was still covered under warranty, the installation cost $500, seemed a bit steep, but work and service by both Austin and Adam were great overall.

Long review, but worth reading!My house has a heat pump and in this past weekend’s below freezing temperatures, my house wouldn’t reach the temperature set on my thermometer. I called my existing maintenance company and upon their inspection, said my heat pressure levels were low compared to the reading done in April. They suspected there was a leak in the coils - and recommended repairing the entire system (that is only 4.5yo) for $13K.I called Wesley Wood for a second opinion and not only did they come the next morning with both a service tech and sales rep (Justin and Steve), but they charged $0 as a part of their “2nd opinion” visit rate! Upon their complete check of my system, my pressure levels were fine and close to manufacturer settings. They more thoroughly explained the heat pump (in a way I could understand) and said what I experienced over the weekend was my system in defrost mode - something the other technician did not. They also explained you cannot check the heat and AC at the same time (which the previous company did in April) and expect pressure levels to be representative of both systems, thus the prior technician was comparing apples to oranges.Overall - the professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness of Wesley was unmatched. I will be cancelling the previous HVAC company and going with Wesley. They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars because they are experts at their craft. Customer for life 👍🏼

I have not used them for the services they provide, buy I can speak on their professionalism and character. I would funny recommend them just based on this story. Dan, Derek and George replaced my next door neighbors unit. When they were leaving they got the ladder on the side of the truck stuck in my sons basketball net and bent it half. Accidents happen. They came and knocked on my door, told me what happened and they came back 2 days later with a new hoop set, assembled it and had it back up. To me that is a very good and trustworthy company.

We had used Wesley Wood Service Experts for preventive and breakdown service for several years, since we got a NEST thermostat. It was always spot on, so when I noticed the A/C compressor not working at the start of a heat wave, I quickly made a service appointment overnight online. The serviceperson, Woody, quickly diagnosed the problem--a compressor failure substantial enough to indicate replacement rather than repair. He arranged for Martin, the salesman, to come within a couple of hours to guide the selection and plan the installation, which took place the very next day. Installers Steve and David did an excellent, efficient job, working through the day as a good team, getting us up and cooling again just 44 hours after Id noticed the problem. Within 2 weeks, serviceperson Adam did a routine post-installation equipment review and function check. All employees, including appointment-making staff, were thorough, efficient, competent and respectful of us and our home. The system has functioned perfectly during this first month, as you would expect. The Wesley Wood Service Experts response to this urgent situation has been very gratifying and reassuring.

When our furnace stopped working this winter, they were able to come out within 24 hours to replace it. They also brought us space heaters immediately so we could temporarily heat our bedrooms for our three young kids until the following day when the new unit got installed. I highly recommend Dave and Larry and will continue to use Wesley Wood going forward for my heating and AC needs.
