He took the time to explain everything and offered helpful advice for maintaining our system. Nate was prompt, professional and thorough, and communicated with me throughout the entirety of the visit. Nate came out pretty quickly after we called in to say that our heat stopped working. He figured out what was wrong and explained everything and was able to fix the issue and get our heat back on temporarily until they can get the part ordered and come back. Very thankful considering we have 3 young kids. Highly recommend and will use again!

Ordered the part it needs right away so we could have it early this week and have it fixed before the holidays. Went out of his way to try to fix everything. I contacted Signature and received a prompt and courteous response from the staff. The scheduling was very easy and they arrived the next day. I was notified that the plumber was running early and they provided plenty of lead time. I was super impressed with the email notification which included a photograph of the employee. My plumber, Tim K., was incredible. There were some unexpected issues with old pipes and gaskets and he had an immediate resolution. We all know, you get what you pay for and this experience was worth every penny! Congratulations to the Signature team.

A special thanks to Signature HVAC technician Woody May - a super diagnostician! Upon installation of our new heating/air conditioning system, when running there was an occasional noise right after start up. This noise occurred - intermittently - for over a year, making it difficult to determine the problem. After a very time consuming diagnosis by Woody, he finally located the problem. Greatly appreciate Signature HVACs continued persistence and determination in solving this annoying problem.

After significant research we settled on Signature HVAC for our air conditioning and heating replacement. They had the best price and made us feel most comfortable about the equipment they recommended for our home. Dan Lippin did a great job.So the sales experience was excellent, but the installation experience blew it away. Mike and Jay came out during a storm created power outage and removed the old system and installed the new one. While they were working another storm swept through and blew a basketball hoop onto our daughter’s car. Mike and Jay ran out in the middle of the storm and pulled it off the car. That was above and beyond to say the least.They sent a tech out the next afternoon, as soon as the power came back up, to test the system and get it up and running. We are only a week out from installation, but so far everything is running great. We are very happy with the whole experience.

Although it wasnt good news, he initiated the ordering process for parts immediately and did find they were still covered under warranty. He was up front on Signature pricing. Al tough I am not an expert on HVAC pricing , it seemed reasonable considering two units are involved. Only hope the parts get in soon.

Mostly, because of their Sales Manager Bruce and their Project Manager Dan. They are very knowledgeable and professional and made the whole plan, purchase and install a breeze. The installers, Nate and Connor, did a outstanding job on the install, leaving the areas neat and clean. Both had attention to detail on the entire project. Len, another employee, fixed a minor electrical issue that aroseand was quickly resolved. The entire project, from start to finish,was top-notch. They were prompt, professional and addressed all my quesions . They were quick to make the heat stop tap adjustment and improved the air flow in the furthest point from the heater . I initially went with another company my Contractor uses and after over 3 months of waiting decided to call Tom back and ask them to please accept the job (and my apology for not choosing them first). He got the job done for me same week and every single person I got to deal with at the company was wonderful and explained everything very well. I highly recommend. I called and left my information with the answering service, and was called back within the hour by Chris who was finishing up another job but said he could be at our home within 30 minutes. He did a thorough examination of our system and gave me a clear explanation of the issue supported by photos. That was what I needed! The downside of this service call is that our 23 year old system needs to be replaced, but now I understand the urgency and where the current issues are.

Both were super kind, respectful, courteous, understanding. Went above and beyond to give us the best parts, fixed up a few things our previous company slacked on, and discussed all pricing ahead of time so we knew exactly what we were getting into. I called two other companies first advertising emergency service. They told me they didnt have anybody until the next day. Tim from Signature responded within ninety minutes to fix the toilet. I am in chemo and radiation treatments for my sixth, seventh, and eighth cancers. I was vomiting and using the toilet frequently. I couldnt wait a day for emergency service. Tim was clean, polite, very focused on the job. He sent a picture of himself so my wife would feel comfortable answering the door for a stranger late at night. Tim even checked on me the next morning 🌄. Classy.

The 5 stars is because of Nate, the tech. The appointment setting people are not that great. I had an appointment last week and given a time frame from 1-4. At 4:30 I called questioning where someone was. The reply was we needed to reschedule you and left a message. I NEVER received a message! I rescheduled and was told they could only verify appointments for between 8 and 8:30. I called at 9 to make sure I was on the scheduled. It was confirmed that I was on the schedule but the time was 8 to 12. Tech showed up at 12:10. Whoever is doing your scheduling and appointment setting need to communicate better.
