They came out first thing Monday morning as requested. Extremely courteous and respectful of our home. The new hot water heater was installed pretty quickly. The big old 75 gallon was hauled away. Had hot water about 40 minutes later. Highly recommended!!

Gave Nikki and Greg a phone call and was able to get my new water heater installed this afternoon. Nikki and Greg were awesome to deal with and I would recommend using their business for all plumbing needs in the future!

Jeff did an outstanding job replacing my water heater, he came to my house and was able to complete the job in just a few hours. We originally started working with this company through Lowes, well Lowes didnt have what we needed as it turns out. This company helped us determine what we needed and installed our water heater very quickly. We really appreciated their patience and help in finding us a new water heater. I would highly recommend.

Recently moved to Wi. In February of 2019 and purchased a Queen Ann Victorian. The house never had a water softener, let alone proper plumbing fixtures for the exterior hose bib. Found Watertight through a referral from neighbor. My service person Greg was absolutely amazing. Professional, always on time and did a number of proper and much needed repairs adding not only a new water softener, but also assuring I had the proper emergency shut off valves, copper lines drawn in, and a drain tube that was extended across the basement into the drain tile. Alot if work, also added new copper fixtures to the washer getting rid of the cheap pvc they used. Then was able to extend my Bell housing in my gas line for my dryer. The best is the 1 year payment plan on the water softener with a buy out at year end. Also Greg removed the plastic pvc hose bib which was at the wrong pitch using copper for the new line and added an emergency shut off valve. Everything was very reasonable priced, very very professional from Gregs service and work to Nikki my life saver in the office who was there every email, every question no matter what. Always had a response very first thing the next business day. This is a GREAT COMPANY, I have had nothing but 100% positive experiences at super great prices and service. I am a disabled veteran and Greg my service plumber was so graciously accommodating to help correct the major issues I had. I plan on using them again and again for all my plumbing needs as everyone from the company went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and everything was professionally done at a very very reasonable expense. I got a great water softener all the bells and whistles, digital smart controller panel and all. Thank you all so much for helping with all my needs your service is A++++

I just had Greg and Jeff out to my house to install a water heater. These guys were great! Friendly, fast, and professional. They get an A++++ from me and a 14 out of 10! I wish I had known about them before I bought from home depot. I do now though and Ill certainly use them directly in the future.
