We had large roots in our sewer line and previous plumbers said we would probably have to replace our sewer line. Tri-County Power Rodding came and was able to clean our whole line out. And said if maintained that we shouldnt have to replace the line for quite awhile, much to my relief. KC and Brian were very nice and professional and answered all my questions. I wished I had known about this company months ago it would of saved me a lot of stress!

Tri County resolved sewer backup problems at 2 rental properties for me where 2 different companies failed. The work Tri County did was remarkable at both houses, Casey is a magician at removing tree roots, calcium buildup and debris. I found Tri County by reading a plumbing review where the customer mentioned their name to correct a problem left by another company that they had previously used, so I decided to give them a try too. To my surprise, Tri County is supreme in the plumbing field and they didnt beat me up on the price either!House #1 - Levine & Sons responded for basement water back up. They did video camera which showed a root ball in the sewer line. He used a snake to bore a hole in the middle of the roots. He did not attempt to remove the root ball. He videod further and saw more roots and cracks throughout the line, I was told the sewer needed to dug up and replaced to resolve the issue. He left the sewer line with a hole bored through the middle of the big root ball just to let water pass through for now.Tri County came out on 7-10-24, used the video camera and his equipment to patiently grind away every root ball and calcium deposit to restore the sewer line to a clean working system. Outstanding!!House #2 - Floyds Sewer Drain responded to basement water back up. They did video camera, could not see anything through the standing water. He used a snake to pull out some wipes. He made no attempt to go back into the line to remove anything more! I was told the snake couldnt get past that spot, he might damage his snake, and the sewer needed to be dug up and replaced at the cost of $10,000 to resolve my issue. He left me with the sewer line still clogged with tree roots and filled with water.Tri County came out behind him on 7-5-24, Casey used the video camera and his equipment to remove the tree roots. He advised me on what to do going forward to remedy any upcoming problems. They can clean out sewers where others dont even try. The other guys are ready to dig and replace sewer lines at huge costs!

These guys are the best! Ive used them for years and they never fail to exceed expectations. Reasonable prices and great customer service. I just had Chris and Brian over to preventatively clear my sewer line from the house to the main sewer line. It passes under a large tree in my front lawn and the roots grow into the line. They did a thorough job. After clearing the roots, I asked Chris how I could open one of the drain pipe openings inside in the basement. Chris cheerfully volunteered to open it for me!

Call Stan the Sewer Man! I can’t say enough about the quality service. My only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner. Stan expedited my service call to the top of their list. They offered a 30-day guarantee, which gave me peace of mind. Two other companies could not fix my issue; and one wanted an additional $425 per hour to “commercially” clear my drain (for a minimum of three hours of work) after they couldn’t clear the drain. Tri-County cleared my drain in 45 minutes!

I called this company first on a Sunday, while I was waiting for them to callback I called around. Everyone else wouldnt even guess what might be wrong until they came out at emergency rates. The worker the day I called, not only gave me a couple troubleshooting tips, but said I could wait until Monday or Tuesday and save hundreds of dollars. The guys that came out were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure the job was done right. Definitely make them your first and only call for your drain needs!

These gentlemen came highly recommended by family. I called them this morning and they didnt think they could get in until tomorrow morning, they were here very early this afternoon.They were so nice and professional. They were patient and kind and helped me with maintenance and any questions I had.Their prices are much better than their competitors, and they fixed the problem immediately. Theyre clearly experienced because they knew what was wrong and got to work immediately. The other company I had come out first had no idea what was going on or even where to look.I cannot recommend them highly enough. This is a great company! I have used them twice in the past year and was very pleased with not only their very fair pricing, but the efficiency and the quality of their work. Casey was great , when he power rodded my sewer clean-out, as were Tony and Matt just recently for a sink clog! Both times, I was able to get a next day appt., they called prior to the service call to give me a time, and completely solved the problems quickly, even left the areas cleaner than they probably found it. Casey and Brian are our “go to” guys for residential drain maintenance. We had a flood in our basement last year…the whole basement flooring and part of drywall had to be removed and replaced. We called another firm to clear the drain but they failed miserably…didn’t have the proper equipment. So we called Tri-County and they came prepared and we efficient and professional. They took care of the problem and so we called them again this year for just maintenance of the drain. We’ll worth it! Hire them! They know what they are doing and are pleasant in the process.

They came out and tried to clean my sewer. After using extensions they still couldn’t find the clog so the owners son came out to assist. He determined it was the city and even called them for me. The city came out and fixed the problem. They could have just left me hanging but they made sure the did everything they could to help me. They are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone that wants reliable honest service!

We own a commercial business and suddenly experienced a backed up toilet this afternoon. With a shop full of employees, we were desperate to get the problem resolved ASAP. Called Tricounty Power Rodding at 2:00 and told them we needed their help. We were told they would try their hardest to get us someone there by 5:00 and by 2:30 they had already come and resolved the issue! So impressed with this company. We will definitely use them for any other future needs.

These guys came out all cocky and confident that they could solve my drain clog where three other plumbers had failed. Well, guess what? They did it. They found out that I had a faulty sewer pump that no one else saw. They did not charge me for the service call because they could not Fix the problem… But they referred me to many people who could. They saved me thousands of dollars for what other plumbers wanted me to pay. I am completely impressed by this company and they’re out of the box thinking to solve my very challenging problem. I will call them again in a heartbeat.

I called because my snaking of the pipes over the weekend did not appear to work, but when the crew got here Monday afternoon, sure enough - there was no problem - the water flowed perfectly. They took off the clean out valve nuts and checked the flow inside and out and concluded I must have fixed the problem myself, it just took time to flush out. I went to pay them and they said, No charge. Does not happen often! Honest folk Kim, Brian, etc - will use them again!

Called Tri County on Saturday with an urgent drain issue. Chad called by 10am Monday en route to our house. Chad was friendly and addressed the problem promptly. He then checked the other drain lines in the house and re-set the toilet that he removed. Entire job took less than an hour. Price was very reasonable. Had some issues with backing up water and dampness in my basement. My plumber recommended Tri-County; said they had a good rep. I called and they came exactly on time and were awesome. They ran line to check for roots and looked at all the issues i had and explained every one of them to me in enough depth that i feel SO much less worry. (As long as i can understand a problem, i worry less) They went WAY above and beyond and were so honest, it kind of shocked me. Would recommend as high as it goes. 5 stars.

I called several more companies to finally find Tri-County who wasnt afraid to service my historic home. Very professional company!! 2 guys came out to see about my backed up basement shower drain. Spent 20 minutes evaluating what could have happened and explained it looked like temporary back up that cleared itself out. They said if it happened again they would run a camera to find problem but no need to do this now. I asked what I owed and they said nothing. This type of service is hard to find these days and explains why they are a successful company.

Thank you Tri-County. Called after Roto Rooter and Thornton and Grooms both said we needed to spend another couple thousand dollars. After they both inspected the job. Roto had to come back three times. Called Tri-County after recommendation from a builder. They assured me that if the pipe simply has something in it,its no problem and an inexpensive clean out. True to their word they did a maintenance clean out of the main line. Technician said for peace of mind might do it again in a year or so to just check it. The tech whos name I didnt catch was very nice, answered our questions as we watched him work. I had a main sewer line that had a couple areas of buildup that a local plumber suggested getting hyrdo jetted (which can cost $1000 or more to complete). I called Tri-County and explained the situation - they were confident they could remove the buildup using one of their heavy duty drain snakes for much less than the cost of hydro-jetting. They also took before and after camera inspection images of the sewer line to ensure it was all cleaned out. Theyre a great company to work with and Id highly recommend using them for anyone with slow or clogged drain issues.

If I could give Tri County a bazillion star review I would. Our main sewer line was clogged and we needed help fast. I called Tri County originally but they were booked until Friday. So I called Haines Drains next. What a monumental mistake. They quoted me $700 to get the job done. They said they couldn’t get the clog out so they charged me $400 instead and told me the only way to fix it was going to cost $8500. Then suddenly it was $4000 because they were “hooking us up”. I panicked and wanted a second opinion. Called Tri county and within a half hour Chad & Joel showed up and cleared the line!!!!! I was charged $165!!! The same job Haines quoted me $700 for!!! Fast, professional, great value for a job well done. Can’t say enough about how much money they saved us within a matter of minutes. They are honest, and that’s hard to come by these days.

I highly suggest always asking about their video cleanout since that is the only way they can really see inside your sewer access and get it squeaky clean so it stays that way a long time. Im so glad that I called Tri-County, they explained very well every step. We were working with another company that told us that we needed to expend six thousand dollars after paying $360 for a failed cleaning. Called Tri-County they were very confident to take care of the problem since I called to schedule they did a maintenance clean out of the main line. Technician said for peace of mind might do it again in a year or so to just check it. I ended up paying less that the first time. I will definitely call them back for this type of service. Thank You
