My Mom had no running water, and I called here for help. They told us to come up and get water for her until they could get someone out. Within a couple hours Steve was there to check things over and with his expertise and helpful advice, she had water the next day. Not to mention Steve was kind enough to call on a Saturday to be sure she was okay! I cannot recommend this place enough and thank everyone who helped. Suburb customer service you just don’t see anymore. Thank you so much!!

Absolutely amazing people. Charlie and another younger man came out and had everything fixed up and had our water running within a half hour. Recommended a well pump in the mid future which we will be using them to replace when the time comes. They answered every single stupid question we had and went above and beyond

What started out as a simple iron filter installation in a newly-purchased home turned into a lot more once unknown issues with the existing well tank and softener were uncovered during the process. Everyone from The Water Store was friendly and responsive, and the team that did the installation/replacements were professional, fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. They will be my first choice for any future work.

These guys are outstanding!!! They sold us and installed a new iron filter and water softener. They were on time, professional, answered all of my questions, ran me through the system operation, discussed the recommended annual maintenance and left the place cleaner than they found it. We couldn’t be more satisfied. The system is life changing already, the water is fantastic right out of the tap. I’d recommend these guys to anyone!

We had an issue with our Iron Curtain not working and were experiencing rusty water. I worked with Tim and Randy. Both were very helpful at identifying the problem, at figuring out a solution, and in addition, they saved us money. They also helped us a few years back with an outside faucet replacement and shut-off valve installation. Although it was a different person that came to the house, same 5-star experience that time. I highly recommend.

Very responsive, they came out the next day to fix two leaks on the main 1 copper water line coming into my house. Fixed leaks, installed two shutoff valves, adjusted the air pressure in my bladder tank, and replaced the pressure switch that controls the bladder tank pump. Took a little over an hour, $250 including parts. Job was done right for a fair price!

Ive had the pleasure of doing service with the Wind Lk location for 3 yrs & the whole staff are very helpful & courteous. They are prompt in getting out when you need your yearly service done & even if you have a question, Randy will call you back & solve your question. Very happy with their work.
