Scott Hall and Mike Boyer, were fantastic, they both came to our house after a request came through American Home Shield. Both Scott and Mike were very pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain what the issue was. Scott had to came back the following week since the job required more than a normal house call.Both Scott and Mike, went above and beyond the call, they had to spend over 6 hours in the basement replacing an old storm drain line that failed. It was cold and messy work but both Scott and Mike were was eager to fix the issue. I was very impressed with Scott and Mike and was very happy with their work ethic. Both Scott and Mike did a wonderful job they and did quality work. Service Giant was very reasonably priced. I would recommend Scott, Mike and Service Giant to anyone who needs help. I also wanted to thank April who took the time to document my initial call. She was very patient and willing to dispatch the correct person for the issue. I cant thank Service Giant enough for replacing the bad drain pipe. It was a very dirty job that needed to get done. -

Scott from service giant was great. Clean/quality work, and very reasonably priced ( Especially compared to local competitors). Helpful with advice about some other plumbing questions I had too. Ill be using only these guys moving forward. -

We had a water heater replaced through a home warranty company. Service Giant always answered the phone both late and early in the day, they tenaciously worked with the warranty company on authorizations etc., were on time for the appointment and did a clean job in a polite manner. Would definitely recommend. -

Service giant saved my home i had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced. Thay came changed the water heater. cleaned up the water on the floor.thay were on time. Took all the garbage and old heater with them and spent extra time to make shur that i understood the operation of the water heater.thay also gave my a good deal on the tank and install750. I am so happy thair card is on my fridgerator from now on. I would recomend them -
