Top Tier Trades - I was frustrated when Frank Foley sent a retirement letter, closing Cooley Plumbing in marshall! And Top Tier Trades was highly recommended by Monica Fleisher who, along with her father, and husband, have opened clogged pipes for us for years( 5 Star!). TTT is REALLY great. On time, polite, tidy, wear shoe covers, knowledgeable, Call if running late, and to give arrival updates- Dane, the terrific phone scheduler, is super efficient!!! And nice! Returns calls promptly, calls to set up appt. when UV light and filters need changing. Cant say enough about all these young enthusiastic men, all college graduates. Professionalism, responsibility, and expertise is certainly the company culture. We interacted with a few members of their team through the quoting and installation process for a soft water system and scheduling was quick. Every team member was courteous, thorough in answering our many questions, and transparent about costs and what our home actually needed versus what they could have sold us. We are very happy with the system installation and follow up on the project. I highly recommend Top Tier Trades.

We highly recommend Top Tier Trades. They are incredibly polite, trustworthy, and super efficient. We are having our master bathroom renovated and couldnt be happier with their service. Beyond their work, they are so kind to our dog and make sure that they clean up every day, whether they are coming the next day or not. If you need a plumber, we suggest that you call them first.

We developed a water main leak late Saturday night. I contacted Top Tier Trades after 10 pm, they had a emergency crew at our home by 8:45 Sunday morning. They went above and beyond what you would expect. Not only did they locate the leak but repaired it in a timely fashion. Coordinated with the Fauquier County water authority and had them fix a leaky valve at the main water connection at the road. I would recommend Top Tier-Trades to any homeowner in need of plumbing issues.

I moved into Culpeper County 8 years ago and have used several plumbers in the area. Recently I was losing pressure in my well pressure tank and arranged 3 estimates. Two contractors recommended replacing the well supply line for $12K and 7.5K, respectively, and the third recommended replacing the pressure tank for $950. Frustrated, I sought advice from my local plumbing supply store manager, who recommended Top Tier Trades. Their master-tech (with 31 years of experience) came to my house, examined the pressure tank, my well head, and asked me a variety of questions. He diagnosed that the check valve in the well pump was leaking water back into the well and explained all the reasons for his analysis. We agreed on the well pump replacement and the crew came out 2 days later. They pulled the pump, conducted a detailed examination of the supply line for leaks. They replaced the pump in about 3 hours, and I wound up spending less than $2K for the entire job. Top Tier Trades is an ethical and professional time & materials company, which saved me money and completely fixed my problem. They are my plumbing company of choice from here on out! Richard

These guys are amazing! They were knowledgeable and patience with all my questions in regards to the water heater and softener that they replaced for me. They took their time to help me understand everything in regards to the water heater and the water softener. I was even going to have my pressure tank replaced because 2 other companies said it need replacing. After checking, they said it did not need replacing and explained why it did not. They drained it and reset the pressure. It has been working fine ever since.Recently I called them again because of a minor plumbing emergency and they came out within half-an-hour and fix the problem right away.I highly recommend these guys.
