I called CMP plumbing on Saturday afternoon regarding a blocked septic line and left a message. They called me back Sunday morning and said they would get back to me Monday when they open. They called back Monday morning and had 2 guys at our house in Nedonna by 10am. They quickly fixed my issue by running a snake through my piping and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Very impressed with their communication, serivce and price.

I called American Home Shield to replace my water heater and fix a leak in my primary shower drain. I was promptly called by CMP and scheduled a day that worked for me. After the work was done, there was a discrepancy between the pre-authorized work and what was completed. CMP made the billing right with the with they completed. I would very much recommend them for your plumbing needs.

The knobs in charge of both hot and cold gave up a years long battle with aging here on the coast.My plumber was on time, efficient, working nonstop. The parts required were not on anyone’s truck and he did have travel to get them. He and the office worked closely to make the travel time as quick as could be. The second visit for another issue was equally as amazing. I ve had some follow up with my plumber as he makes effort above and beyond to find handles that work for my hands. I appreciate every minute of that kindness on top of the great work.Thanks team!

After calling several other plumbers to replace a water heater and receiving no callbacks, I called CMP on a Friday. They quoted me a price over the phone and had someone out on Monday to replace it. Mr Rodriguez was fantastic to work with! He was kind, quick, and helpful explaining all the things he did. Not only that but my invoice was for the exact amount I was quoted! I’m really impressed with the responsiveness, work, and all around experience I had with these guys. Thanks for my new hot water heater!!

My toilet stopped flushing on a Sunday. Yikes! I tried to solve the issue myself but was unable to. I called CMP and left a message explaining my situation. Since I only have one bathroom, I needed a plumber urgently. I received a call the next day. They dispatched a plumber that same day! The plumber was diligent and resolved my issue quickly. The staff are friendly and care about their customers. I highly recommend!

We had several issues that needed work on a new place we purchased “as is”. A few trips by the plumbers were necessary to get the parts ordered, received and installed. Twice they were given the wrong parts, but they patiently reordered until everything arrived and they were able to install or repair everything very quickly. They kept us updated as progress was made and kept to the schedule when it was in their control. I highly recommend CMP plumbing. They are a very pleasant and professional group to work with.

I woke up this morning and the floor in my kitchen was slightly damp. Two hours later I was splashing around and I discovered that my water heater was leaking. My usual plumber was not available so I called CMP because they had a local number. The phone was immediately answered by a woman who was very accommodating and was able to arrange a replacement water heater and installation today. This evening I have a new, beautifully installed water heater. Jerry was very competent and communicated each of the steps he took for the replacement to make sure I understood. I highly recommend this service at the risk of losing access to them when they become too successful. Thank you CMP and Jerry for saving my bacon.

I want to post an extra special shout out of gratitude to CMP (Coastal Maintenance Plumbing/Nehalem). They went above and beyond, coming to fix a broken pipe at our house today. No water in the house since late yesterday afternoon. I called probably a dozen plumbers. I was finally able to get an appointment with a plumbing company for September 20th!!! Then, I found CMP. Tara answered the phone, gave me an appointment for the 14th with the promise that she would get someone out sooner if there was anyway possible. Well, she came through big time and arranged to have it fixed the same day! Thank you Jeremy! Thank you Tara! Thank you CMP!!!

Finding quality help fast is a huge challenge at the coast, but Coastal Maintenance and Plumbing came thru and blew me away with their fast response, professionalism, and fair pricing. They did a great job figuring out a leak. Turns out they just needed to apply a little sealant to the drain fixture. Sometimes a plumber will take an opportunity like that to upcharge, but this one is honest.They even took the time to clear a clog in another drain even though it wasnt something we had originally called about. Really above and beyond our expectations. HIGHLY RECOMEND!

Had a broken water pipe. I started calling plumbers and they were all unavailable. I could not wait days for an appointment without water. Called CMP Plumbing. Person who answered phone was very nice and helpful. As soon as plumber finished another job he came right to my house and fixed the leaking water pipe. I am very happy with this company.
