    I continue to be impressed with MRC plumbing and heating.This is either the third or fourth time that Ive used them and they always meet or exceed my expectations.I called them with what was considered to be a relatively minor plumbing issue and they came out the same day and fixed everything up for me.Friendly staff, very prompt service, and fair prices.

    I only chose to call them because the previous homeowner had used them. But listen - I love them already. Everyone from the person who took my call, to the two guys, James and Josh, that showed up were on time, were so friendly, and explained everything to me in depth. Love, love, love them and will 100% be keeping my business with them!

    Weve used MRC for years, and I highly recommend them. They have always been honest and arent in the business to just make a lot of money. They truly care about the customer and dont try and tell you that you need unnecessary repairs. They have never disappointed us, and weve also been very happy with referrals theyve given us for other contractors/companies.

    I havent had to call a plumber to my home in a long time, so I wasnt sure who to go with. A friend suggested MRC, and after reading some of the reviews here, I decided to go with them. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and I got a phone call when they were on their way. Cameron was the tech that came to my home. He was very professional and polite, answering any questions we had. I was relieved and pleased that I had a professional completing the job (I like to DIY everything I can, but this was out of my skill set). While it wasnt a huge repair, one of our showers were unusable until Cameron fixed it. He also gave great advice on another plumbing issue that couldnt be repaired, but needed to be replaced by the manufacturer. The job was completed faster than I thought it would, and the price for the service was very fair. I was glad I chose MRC, and they will now be my go to plumber. The other great reviews here are accurate, I highly recommend them! Thank you MRC!

    After almost 10 days without hot water at my house, MRC Plumbing worked with my home warranty company to replace my hot water heater. The home warranty company wanted to downgrade my unit from 80 gallons to 50 gallons, but MRC stuck up for us and got the unit replaced with an ungraded 80 gallon tank! They were very responsive, very sympathetic to our situation, very professional, and did a great job! I highly recommend them as they are now my go-to local plumbers!

    Cant say enough good things about this company. Called them out of the blue requesting same day service for problematic tub faucet, and they moved things around to accomodate us. James arrived - a delightful, very sharp young man - who quickly ascertained the issue, which was a defective tempering valve (new one on me!). After effecting a temporary fix to accomodate our upcoming guests, they are going to return to replace the valve.Number 1 on my speed dial for plumbing needs!

    We have used this company for nearly 20 years for all our plumbing needs and have always received great service for a fair price. I highly recommend. They have done everything for us from replacing a well pump to installing new bathroom fixtures during renovations over the years. Thank you, MRC.

    We had a complicated plumbing problem. The iron pipe under the slab in our rec room had deteriorated after 40 years and was seeping back into the room. We had three plumbing companies provide estimates and two of them wanted to tear up the rec room floor (and the stairway). MRCs Duane showed up and devised an alternative plan to bypass the old pipe and run a new PVC pipe to the nearest stack leading to the septic tank. That solution was priced less and wouldnt destroy our rec room. The work was done, the replacement pipe worked well, but we werent completely satisfied with the appearance. I emailed the owner, Mike Rowzee, and he sent Duane back out. Duane spent 2.5 hours addressing and resolving our concerns -- all for no additional cost. I couldnt possibly recommend MRC any higher. If you want great plumbing work done at a competitive cost with satisfaction guaranteed, call MRC.

    Mike and his guys worked on many areas of my plumbing. The crew was respectful of my home and did good work. Office staff was helpful and responsive. I will be using MRC again for other plumbing issues.

    My water heater went up early in the morning and after a search I contacted a few different plumbers. Mcr was the first to get back to me and was under standing that I needed some time to get the money. They came out and replaced my heater as soon I had the money. And all the work is good and they back there work

    We have had MRC come to our home on two occasions. Our home warranty company uses MRC for the Warrenton area. We have nothing but good to say about both experiences. The plumbers were courteous and professional. They found and fixed the leak that we called them for on the first visit. And on the second visit they quickly repaired a leaking faucet and a leaking outdoor hose bib. We have no reservations about recommending this company.
