I would give 10 stars if I could! We called to schedule a clearing of our bathtub drain. Ron showed up on time, wore booties inside, was quick and left the bathtub cleaner than it was before ! He gave us tips on how to clear it out on our own as well. He even gave us a major discount because it was not 100% a drain blockage- it was a broken part. I have NEVER had a contractor do that in 30 years of extensive real estate experience as a Realtor and landlord. This is one trustworthy and fair business owner. Ron, you are the best!

We had a terrible sewer emergency over Memorial Day weekend, and while Ron doesnt normally do repair stuff he totally came to our rescue and helped us fix the problem. He did this on his holiday weekend with a smile on his face and we actually had a great time slinging dirt together. Couldnt recommend him more highly. Ron is a total pro and pleasure to work with.

We appreciate the way Ronnie communicated with us, updating us more than once with his expected arrival time. Ronnie was professional, respectful, and pleasant. Ronnie is concerned about doing a thorough job, but does not want to sell services that arent needed. Ronnie also suggested a simple way to avoid drain clogs in the future. Ronnies charge was very reasonable, particularly for a weekend service call. I would definitely use Ronnie again in the future.

Ron is one of the most friendly, responsive, and honest folks we’ve ever dealt with. He traveled roughly 60 miles one way to help us out on a Saturday with our rain drains. He responded very quickly with an email when we reached out through his website. His pricing is very reasonable, and he works his tail off. We couldn’t be happier.

Our kitchen sink had stopped draining. I called on Columbus Day and Ronnie answered and apologized that he couldnt get to us until Wednesday morning (today at 9) which was far sooner than we even expected. He showed up this morning very promptly, introduced himself, put on boot covers, and got to work. Ronnie was polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing and how we could prevent a similar issue in the future. He was fast and efficient and got the job done. We had a fantastic customer experience from start to finish with Coastal Drain and Sewer.

If you have a plug, or a slow drain, call Coastal Drain. Best place on the North Coast, and the guy that all the others plumbers trust.For good reason.I had a horrible, nasty, very hard to clear clog in my main sewer line. At every step, costs were explained, and options were given.PROTIP- DO WHAT HE RECOMMENDS. He knows what he is doing. If you have reservations, set them aside. He really knows what he is doing.At any rate, best plumber Ive ever worked with. The important part is that we worked together. I did what I could, and he did the rest. It saved me a little money, but most importantly, he got the issue fixed. Yes, he helped keep costs under control, but at the end of the day, he still fixed the problem.As far as I know, he doesnt do repairs. He doesnt do new construction. He DOES clear main lines. In a town with a bunch of 100+ year old houses (and terra cotta sewer lines) he fixes problems.Thats what really matters.Again, the best plumber out here for what he does, and what he does is really needed here.So, if one of the local plumbers send you to him, rest assured, you are in good hands.

Discovered standing water in the basement during one of the “atmospheric rivers” coming through town. Traced it to a clogged downspout drain. Notified Ron at Coastal, who offered reasonable rates and was available later the same day. He arrived on time, with the right equipment, and quickly remedied the situation! It’s usually not a great day when you have to call for drain clearing. But it sure is great to work with a true professional, and Ron has that in spades.

Ronnie is a pro and comes prepared like a drain doctor with his camera and jets to diagnose and treat the drain problem. Turns out we need sewer surgery due to tree roots, but I highly recommend Ronnie as an expert plumber and drain specialist so you can get it figured out the first time (unlike us).

He was able to give me a professional scope of my sewer drain and handed me the lovely video at the end of the process. I never really write reviews but we just had such a positive experience, I couldnt resist. Ron was here exactly at the time of our appointment. He fixed five drains in our home. We were made to believe this was a huge task to accomplish by another plumber but Ron made it simple and resolved everything in less than two hours. He was very tidy and thoughtful as well as friendly and professional. We did not ask about the cost before hand and we were greatly surprised at how affordable it was. I highly recommend Ron and his company and only wish we had called him first.

I called 4 companies for a clogged drain with sewage backup that prevented use of the appliances, the shower and the toilet. NO one called back except Coastal Drain. Ronnie is fabulous! He helped me prove to the Landlord, after spending over $2600 on other plumbing company efforts, that it was contractually their issue. I owe him a debt of gratitude. Secondary to this, his pricing is magnificent. Other companies gouged me. He has a flat rate to come out and assess and it will save you a bundle. Other service providers would do well in considering the example he is setting in how to build and conduct a business.
