We woke up without water and gave them a call, they were at the house a few hours later and had us up and running the same day!! The two gentleman that came out were absolutely incredible! Very professional and empathetic to our situation. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and were quick and efficient. Though they are cheaper than most other companies, what they do is expensive. They were great to work with on different payment options. We will definitely recommend them to everyone.

We had an excellent experience with the team at ClearWater! After noticing we had water in the morning and then suddenly none, I made an early call around 7:30 AM. Within 5 minutes, I received both a text and a callback. The technicians arrived within two hours, quickly identified the problem, and replaced all the wiring and installed a new well pump right on the spot. They even went above and beyond by clearing a wasp nest that was in the way! Their customer service was top-notch—professional, informative, and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend!

I guess Ill just repeat what everyone seems to be saying about this unusual company. I recently called them when my water was unexpectedly out. I called other companies too, but liked that this company didnt seem to be using a call center (a technician actually answered the phone). I told him that I knew that I had good power going to the pump. Rather than immediately pushing a trip fee like most NOVA plumbing contractors do these days, he suspected that the problem may just be the pump switch. The information allowed me to do the job myself and avoid the service charge. My pump is old and when it goes Ill be calling this company for sure.

ClearWater Well and Pump came out the day I called them. I needed a new well and a new pressure tank. They pulled the well and replaced it that day. They were polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. They were respectfully of my property. My 560 ft deep well and pressure tank cost more than $6000 with parts and labor. That is what it costs with everyone Ive talked to. They have financing. They also give a discount for cash. I highly recommend ClearWater Well and Pump.

A fitting in my 1970s vintage well sprung a leak. Another company (an honest one Ive used before, not some fly by night outfit) said they couldnt fix the leak and was going to charge 3,800+ for a well pump replacement. ClearWater fixed the leak in under an hour on their initial service call, as well as quoted a lower price for the well pump replacement that they said I should plan ahead for in the next couple of years due to the age of the current one.

Clearwaters estimate was entirely reasonable and within the average cost for a pump replacement within our area. Their team were professional and helpful in suggesting ways we could prevent further problems with our water system in general. Hugh at ClearWater Well & Pump really saved my bacon. A previous plumbing contractor was convinced I needed to replace my well pump b/c my water pressure tank was working fine, the well pump was receiving power but the house had no water. So I called ClearWater for a 2nd opinion. Hugh actually measured the voltage at the well head and verified it was only receiving 120v vs. standard 240v required for a submersible well pump.Hugh went further and measured the power coming in at the breaker box and verified my entire house was only receiving 120v of power vs. standard 240v. So I then called Novec and had a lineman come out. Turns out one of my phase power drops (each 120v) to my transformer had come loose. I suspect the culprit was a tree limb hitting my power line last Fall casing this intermittent problem. So when Novec repaired the connection, wah la, my water problem was solved. Hugh saved me 1000s in unnecessary maintenance costs. Thank you Hugh! Bottom line: if you have a well water issue, go with professionals like ClearWater vs. a run of the mill plumber.

Just wow!!! I had an emergency where my water just stopped. I called and they were out within 2 hrs. After 2 minutes here they already had the problem diagnosed and they were off to work. Well pump, 24 yrs old, bad. It couldnt have been more than another hour and a half, not even, and they were done!!!! They were able to diagnose based on what I told them, were able to come out here with parts in hand from the time I called to completion not even 4 hrs. And bam, Im done!!!! My well pump died and I tried to fix it myself, after a week of trying I gave up and started calling professionals to help, we had a few people come out with no luck but then we called Clearwater well and pump. He came out the same weekend and he was able to fix our issue. He had all the tools and replacement parts needed to get us back up and running. Our well is in horrible condition and he let us know all the risks involved but he was extremely careful with everything he did and now everything is working. He is super professional and knows what he is doing. If we ever have well issues again we will be calling him for sure.

On Sunday afternoon my water suddenly quit running. I called ClearWater at 7:20am the next day, they don’t even open until 8, and Dan responded to my call at 7:40am. He asked me for a couple details about my water issue, and said he could be there at 9:30. Dan had the problem diagnosed and fixed before noon. That’s excellent service!
