Of course, it’s a holiday weekend and the water heater fails. Called Roto Rooter and the emergency service was exceptional. The technician that came out, Garnet, was friendly, professional, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything and we felt very comfortable having him do the work. In no time at all we had hot water again and he hauled away the old water heater and cleaned up everything. Thanks, Garnet. Highly recommend! $100 military discount was appreciated, too.

Called Roto-Rooter to quickly address a drain backup in the basement of our 1930 home. Not only did they address the immediate flooding situation same day, they implemented a permanent fix within a week to ensure we never have to worry about sewage backup again. Every person from Roto-Rooter we talked to was professional and provided top-notch customer service. They did excellent work, and we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality 24-hour service or major home plumbing replacement projects. Steve Jacobs in particular designed and oversaw our drain replacement, and my wife and I felt like he really took care of us.

Mike V. was professional. He performed an analysis of my issue and gave me a best-and-worst case scenario. Had a leak from my soldered water valve in the bathroom. The available copper pipe that was left had solder bumps. I was worried we would have to cut out the drywall and replace the copper pipes entirely in order to put on the new compression valves, but he was able to smooth out the bumps and save the copper pipe. Very great work!

Darren Warrington and his technicians Antonio and Benjamin were very friendly and professional. They worked a very long day and only took very short breaks. It was quite an extensive job in the crawl space and they took great care to not damage the vapor barrier etc. Additionally they noticed a drip under the shower and replaced the p trap and drain line as part of the job! Outstanding and refreshing to see this level of professionalism. They stayed on site until they got VB city code inspector approval so they could back fill and finish the job. Nice!

Called roto-rooter today about a clogged kitchen sink. I had the tech Richard come out and within 2 hours he showed up and immediately started working. Richard was very professional and detailed in his work. We ran into a slight issue due to my house, not the tech, and Richard immediately had an alternative solution to fix my drain. He remediated the issue with my drain, cleaned up, and provided a supplementary estimate/quote to prevent future drainage issues with my sink. He also provided insight and knowledge about the type of pipes in my house and how to prevent further clogging or damage to my system. I would highly recommend roto-rooter again and Richard’s work.

Not my son this time, the toilet just can’t flush too much toilet paper at one time. He gave some recommendations for new toilets to look at for the future. I wish the warranty lasted longer than a week but I would recommend their services for sure!

My experience with Roto-Rooter was surprisingly positive. Because I had both a clogged drain and significant water damage, I encountered a number of employees. All of them were not only competent, but also good people. Special appreciation to Drake who maintained a cheerful, helpful attitude, even while spending much of several days in my crawl space cleaning up and repairing damage.

John and his crew were amazing. We had a major plumbing issue which involved replacing the main drain and an insurance claim. John was very knowledgeable about working with the insurance company and got the repair scheduled and taken care of quickly. From the 24/7 Emergency Response Call Representatives to there in-field service technicians (Manny 3050) who maintained great customer service skills, my company will surely add them as a vendor to our vendors list. Manny was awesome. Though it was late in the morning (01:13 am) on Memorial Day weekend he showed no signs of being tired or weary. His service was fast (which showed his level.of knowledge & expertise), his sense of humor was comforting and his pricing was amazing). Thanks again for everything!

Zack was professional, efficient and personable. He explained what needed to be done to eliminate the problem and then arranged for the exterior sewer line to be “scoped” with a camera to determine the root cause of the blockage. I’m very satisfied with the service I received, and would highly recommend Roto-Rooter!
