Tye was hats off one of the best folks I’ve seen that actually did the job. I mean, the guy from before spent 40 min plunging and using a garden hose for a block. When that guy left, I was left with a slow drain. Months later Tye came in and in 15 minutes, cleared the block, had water running and draining like brand new.Tye was an expert and he knew what had to be done for this block. 100/100. Will recommend drain masters and 1000/1000 Tye is a very good professional plumber. He deserves a raise and his own team.

Trevor really helped us out over here. I worked on the clog for 2 hours before I called. Trevor came out and worked on it another 3. He got it going, but I had to call him back because it had backed up and clogged again. He came back out and got it working again as soon as he could. He got us straight after that. I had Drain Masters come out for an estimate to replace a water heater in a single story ranch home. The technician, Ryan, showed up right at 8 in the morning which was great. He looked everything over and generated an estimate in about 10 minutes or so. Ryan was very professional and polite throughout the job.The only issue I had with the job was the estimate (price) of the job. The national average for water heater replacement is about $1200 with a price range of $800-1600. So I expected an estimate somewhere in this range. The estimate, and price we paid, was over the high end of national range at $1750. This install really couldn’t have been any simpler… 20 feet from the front door in a one level home with nothing complicated in the plumbing.Ryan did an excellent job, the quality was great. I have no complaints of the job itself or the technician. I would probably just recommend, if you have the time, to get a couple of estimates to compare. My whole point in calling Drain Masters was to give business to a smaller, more local business than the big boys of Michael & Sons or the businesses that are blasted in marketing all over the place, and in the end I am still happy to do that.So bottom line… excellent quality of work and professionalism… price a little on the high side… yes I would recommend this company still.

I called Drain Masters Plumbing for the first time about a year ago. We had a pipe under our house collapse and need to have our living room and foyer dug up. It was such a horrible thing to happen but I’m am so glad we choose them. Mike and John came out and did the work. The two of them are Awesome. They are professional, reliable, and punctual and the quality of their work is beyond anything I have seen before. They worked hard to get everything done as quickly as possible so that we could go back to our normal lives. In addition, I had some other issues this year when a contractor messed up and caused me to have to call them again. I had the same great experience. After some bad experiences with contractors this is the only company I trust to get the job done right the first time. They also stand behind their work. The contractors that I have dealt with recently do not have the same work ethic. Drain Masters Plumbing is the only company I will call for my plumbing needs. In addition, the ladies that I have had contact with in the office are Wonderful. I have spoke with Beth numerous times and she is just a pleasure. I have worked with Drain Master plumbing on multiple occasions at my dental office and my home. At the office they’ve helped replace faucets, checked backflow devices, and routine maintenance. In my home they’ve helped find leaks in my shower, replaced faucets, water heaters, and maintenance with my toilets. One time they recommend a water heater to be replaced. When they were replacing it, he was spot on because it was about to burst. Had it not been for Mike giving me that recommendation to have my water heater replaced every ten years, I would’ve had a big nightmare with flooding throughout the house.I didn’t realize the base of hot water heaters corrode over time and should be changed at least every ten years! It made sense.They’ve always been professional, knowledgeable, and prompt with the appointments. They have competitive rates, but what amazed me is he didn’t charge me more for after hour and emergency visits! Now I realize they’ve always been there for me and no need for me to shop any further! It was our worst nightmare, a leak coming from somewhere and our house is on a slab foundation. We contacted the warranty company who sent out a company that could not perform leak detection and was a wasted trip. Next phone call to the warranty company and they put us in contact with Drain Masters, a locally owned and operated business. Beth contacted us to set up the initial appointment and was extremely professional, courteous, and understanding of our concerns. The owner, Mike Jefferson, performed the leak test and within 30 seconds, identified where the leak was. I am not kidding it took 30 seconds! The leak was found on Thursday, Mike came back two days later on Saturday, and we were prepared to have our slab jackhammered to get to and fix the leak. Once Mike arrived, we spoke a few minutes about the symptoms we experienced during the week of turning the water off and on because of the leak. Mike cut a hole in the drywall, which would be replaced anyway, and found the leak. Mike saved us over $1200 because he listened, and cares about his customers. Drain Masters will be our go-to company for any plumbing issues in the future. We highly recommend this company for its honesty, integrity, availability, and professionalism!!

He tried snaking the main access to the drain pipe but it wouldnt budge. Ryan came to my rescue and fixed my toilet after it was broken by another plumber. I appreciate the fact that he let me know what he was doing/did to fix the problem. Would recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing work

These guys were the 3rd company I had come out to fix a stoppage in my kitchen sink that I havent been able to use in over a month. They didnt hesitate to come out and do the job right. Friday October 22, 2021 my half bathroom flooded into the laundry room, Ryan came out that same day and saved us, he was honest and even earlier than told. Ryan explained what he did and that it may or may not fix the issue. Well Monday happens and it happened again, he (Ryan) came back out in the rain earlier than told again and bless his heart for saving the day again. We believe the issue has been resolved and we will continue to use Drain Masters for our plumbing needs. Thank you so much Ryan and hope you have/had a great birthday.

Had a very bad back up in the kitchen sink, had another plumbing company come out who told me it was because i had pvc pipes in my house and then they left without doing or trying anything. drain masters come out very quickly after calling them and pressure cleaned the entire system. they also helped with some other small leaks and checks in the house that where not on their original work order. very helpful and very knowledgeable

Bar none, Mike Jefferson is the most honest plumber I have ever met. Earlier today, Christmas day, water was floooding from under my house and pouring across my driveway. Call Drain Masters Plumbing, Mike arrives at 9:30 PM, investigates, comes out from under the house and shows a me video. He then turns a valve, cuts off water to the sprinkler system, verifies the isolation of the leak and that the water to the house is good to go. The sprinkler leak can be fixed in the spring. The charge--he humbly says, Im not to going to charge you anything--Merry Christmas! Highest rating possible--BZ Mike! Honesty and professionalism are alive and well at Drain Masters!
