    This is our second time using Young Plumbing and the service both times has been excellent. This last time Joe came out to rod our plumbing and he was incredibly thorough first in diagnosing what was happening and then fixing it. We couldnt have been happier with the excellent work and especially the time he took in explaining what he needed to do and why (as Im not too familiar with the ins and outs of plumbing mechanics). I highly recommend Young Plumbing and we plan to use them whenever we have plumbing needs in the future.

    Tom and James came out to replace a water bladder that had failed. They were personable and professional and completed the job quickly. They made sure to clean up and remove any tools, trash, and parts. I’ll call Young Plumbing again if I’m ever in need of their service and I’d recommend them to family and friends.

    After being given the runaround by another plumbing company, Young came through in a pinch!     I have ongoing issues with a pipe in this old house clogging up and the last company that came to rooter the line was incredibly expensive, I had to help, and they offered no advise for fixing it for good. Im glad I called Young this time because Tom/James got the job done quickly, for a very reasonable price, and offered a possible next step to find and repair the issue in the future, something I will be calling you back about soon.

    10/12/2024 My water heater went out in the middle of the night. I called Young Plumbing this morning. I was able to schedule an appointment today, Tom and Joe came out a couple of hours later, made an assessment, walked me through in detail what needed to be done and gave me the pricing.Once I agreed to the work, the job was completed just as fast. They were both friendly, respectful, and overall knew what they were doing. I’m glad I called Young Plumbing and I’m glad I got those 2 individuals to do the work. Very greatful client here. I paid with credit, but they do have financing available which is a plus for those who need it! (3rd party lender, just as about it when you call).

    Tyler and Tom were amazing. Helped me quickly and offered advice. Loved the Tom/Tyler team!! However the receptionist made them wait instead of calling to see if they could come earlier. Not good! Also it says on website to text for quick response our response was over 24 hours.Next we had Sebastian come to replace a kitchen faucet. Mind you we bought the faucet. He charges $440.00 which is absolutely absurd! Especially when he was here less than an hour and we provided the product. Apparently they charge $440.00 an hour for labor 😡 Even though Tom and Tyler were amazing and fair. We will never go with this company again due to the Sebastian issue! Shame on you Young Plumbing!!!

    Tom and James did an excellent job.I had a quote from 4 seasons for 2400 and would come out the following day to repair knowing my water would be off for 2 days.Young Plumbing quoted same job with an actual explanation as to what they were doing on a real invoice and not just a sheet paper with the number 2400 written on it, quoted and completed for 475!!

    Tom & Tyler came to my rental on a late call Monday to evaluate a plumbing problem. They were thorough and efficient and concluded I had a serious problem. They explained the issue and the plan for resolution. They called the office to establish a day to complete this extensive job. I was pleased it was scheduled for the next day.     WOW! I will say we had a great experience. NIPSCO shut us down as they found a gas leak. I called around and could not find anyone to come out on the same day. Til I came across Young Plumbing! Customer service from the woman on the phone was spot on! Give her a raise! Then I waited about 40 mins for the truck to show up. Out struts Tom and James! My HEROS!!! They should wear capes!!! Great personalities and honest suggestions to my problem. Both went to work while keeping me informed of what they were doing as then went along. They were not only friendly but animal lovers! They were giving love to my senior dog and chatting with my bird! From start to finish this dynamic duo were just what was needed! So with that being said they will be my go to plumbers from here on out. And surprising enough…the price was less than what I assumed it would be. Not to say that $475 is a steal…but they are licensed plumbers…so I knew it was not going to be cheap…but it was less then I thought and the overall experience was perfect! Thank you Tom and James (aka BOB) for making my crappy day so much better!!! Kudos to the entire team at Young Plumbing!!!

    Tom and Tyler have serviced our house several times over the years. Today one of our toilets not flushing was address. Replacement handicaped toilet was installed. They have all the materials needed including the toilet on the truck. Did not have to get parts. Tom/Tyler as usual did an excellent job. You can also ask for Tom and Tyler when scheduling future service.

    I was so happy to see Tom and Tyler on 1/24/24. I had been trying to get another plumber for 11 days to assess and fix my pipes. I had no water or sewer working all that time. They had the water running and the sewer was working within a short time. They said that I needed my sewer pipes replaced there was major problems and they would be back on Friday. On Friday morning a lady from the office called and said Tom and Tyler will be here by 7:40 AM . They arrived with all the materials to do my job. They had took pictures of the problems, which was very helpful for me to understand. They came up later that day and all was fixed and i could use the water and the bathroom. I was so very happy.     Our basement flooded overnight because both sump pumps stopped working. I called Young Plumbing and Joe and James arrived in about 30 to 40 minutes.     Seba from Young’s Plumbing was on time to give us our estimate. We needed a new utility sink due to construction. Seba and Josh wrestled the 600 pound sink made of old fashioned concrete up stairs from the basement. They really had to dig in but they got it done. We were charged over 2,000 which I felt was expensive. The guys did a great job and this was my second time working with them.

    After calling several plumbers and not receiving a call back, I called Young plumbing on a Saturday morning and they were quick to fit me in to their afternoon schedule. They called me an hour before they arrived to let me know when they would be there. Upon arrival, Seba and James assessed the situation and gave me a quote before starting the work. They were quick and efficient in repiping a drain line that had some pinholes in it. Overall, Im very happy with their work and their response time.     Returned home from a trip only to find the drain lines for the entire house had backed up and had water in the basement.They were able to send two guys out the same day and augered the drains to get flowing again. My main line was behind a brick wall and buried behind the furnace and hot water heater and had no clean out elbow in it.Tony and Ed gave me different options to try and resolve the problem. I chose the easier, less time and cost way. We removed the toilets and they augered through the floor opening and after a good amount of time got everything to drain freely.All was good for a couple days until I used everything at once. Dishwasher, laundry, shower and toilet. It would drain, just not everything at once.Called again and they were able to have two guys out the next morning. Tom and Jay assessed the situation and advised to access the main drain line, cut and install a clean out so can auger with the big blades and open completely. So we did.Its been two weeks now and not the slightest hint of any blockage, even with everything in the house draining at once.Both crews were very polite and pleasant to deal with. They all made sure I knew my options and thoroughly explained each scenario and what was being done.The pricing for each visit seemed fair for the amount of work they did each time. They quoted all prices before starting any work.My only negative on the entire situation is with my self for trying to save a few $$ the first time and not install a cleanout in the main drain, allowing them to use a larger auger and completely clean the drains the first time. Lesson learned.If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future I will be calling these guys. And will be recommending them to anyone needing plumbing services.

    Hot water heater went out on Labor Day weekend. Tom from Young Plumbing came out the next morning and quickly had the unit up and running. Tom was professional and easy to talk to. Much appreciated

    Tom and Gino did an excellent job. They were efficient, clean and polite. They converted us, we are now customers of Young. Great jog and great service. Also, the office person was very helpful in getting us on the schedule and called back to offer more accommodating appointment times.
