We hired Hines plumbing to finish our basement. They installed a shower and plumbing for a bathroom and wet bar area, put in a back up water sump pump, ejector alarm and reverse osmosis system. They were easy to schedule, showed up on time, worked efficiently and were professional. I also hired them to clean out the tankless water heater. They do a great job, Definitely recommend!

Hines plumbing was fabulous to work with.They assessed our home situation, gave us honest feedback and options to move forward as well as a few routes we could go as far as cost. Jack came same day for an estimate, which I got also the same day, when 7 other plumbers either told me the project was too big or didnt even call me back. He and his crew replaced our entire sewage/drain pipe in our finished basement in 2 days. I cannot overstate how professional he and his team have been, how impressed we are with the quality of the work, and Hines is my go to for anything plumbing related.

The people at Hines Plumbing are awesome. They are always available when we need them for our plumbing emergencies. They do fantastic work at a reasonable price and I feel as though they really care about their customers needs. My wife and I have total peice of mind that when Jack and Ryker show up the problem will be fixed. They also just recently installed a Water Jet backup pump system in our finished basement. Now we can sleep well knowing that our basement is protected from flooding. Thanks guys!!

The response to my call was quick. Stephanie was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Jack and Sam were professional and quite knowledgeable on how to fix my backup. Jack took the time to explain, in detail, the problem and the possible options to fix. They efficiently fixed the problem and Jack even went out of his way to identify and solve an odor problem we had. Great place!

I had a minor issue with a waterline and Stephanie in the office was kind and prompt in responding, the plumber, Jack, was professional and had my best interest at heart to make sure the job was completed as safely and cost effective as possible. Needed some plumbing work done in my basement that I am finishing, so new gas/water lines, drains and vents were needed for my sink, toilet and laundry room. Also needed 30’ of my main sewage drain line relocated to help work better with the basement design. Jack was able to quickly get my quote together and had the guys on site right when I needed them. Everyone I dealt with was very prompt and professional, and the crew did an excellent job and made sure the site was clean when they left it. Communication was great and the crew located everything exactly where I wanted and made sure I was happy before they left. Hines Plumbing will be my go-to plumbers going forward. Very satisfied!

Excellent service and work! The guys at Hines plumbing were quick to come to our house to give us a fair and reasonable estimate and get us on their schedule quickly to replace the main water line to our house. It was a big and unpleasant job, but they were able to get it done in a day and saved us from having to replace our concrete driveway as well.

We have used Hines Plumbing twice in the several years we have owned our home. First for a toilet/toddler/paper towel incident and most recently for our hot water heater. In both instances, I called around to several places literally just to speak to someone. Hines Plumbing was the ONLY place to answer or call me back in both instances. Hines Plumbing was prompt and came and fixed both our issues very quickly. For our hot water heater, the phone call was placed at 0730AM and by 1230PM, it was fixed, no issues, no worries. Jack performed the work on our house both times. Hines Plumbing is a very professional and courteous organization. They perform quality and reliable work. Going forward, if we should have any other plumbing needs, Im not even going to bother calling anyone else. Hines Plumbing is locally owned and operated which is our preference for most of our business dealings. If you have plumbing needs, I highly recommend Hines Plumbing! Better Call Jack!

They were at my house within an hour. I had multiple gas leaks, needed a new water heater, and my gas was shut off until repairs were fixed, plus it was during the winter, so I had no heat. Repairs including bringing and installing a new water heater was completed all in same day and gas to my home was restored. Best experience ever!

Top tier company. I have had the pleasure of using Hines twice now and neither time left me feeling unvalued. They are quick to assess your need and execute the proper fix. The first time I used them was for a pool heater install. The second time was for two hose bib replacements. We had an emergency sewer back up over a weekend. Hines came out Sat night and Monday morning to get us flowing again with a temporary fix. We scheduled a new sewer line appt for March 25 but Hines was able to come on March 24 to fix our sewer line permanently. Because it ended up a pinch easier than expected our actual price was a pinch lower than the quoted price. This is a great local company that responds quickly and knows how plumbing works. Still waiting on a national chain to call me back after leaving a message 2 weeks ago! Call Hines if you have a plumbing issue or question.

I called Hines after NIPSCO turned my service off this morning for a gas leak and was told I needed the gas lines fixed or replaced. I received a call from Hines within an hour and they arrived about 1 hour later. By 5:00 p.m. I had all new gas lines and service was restored. Thank you for the great job by 2 guys who crawled through the mud in and out of the crawl space on a 90 degree day. Totally satisfied.

As a small business owner the last call you want is one telling you the sewer line is clogged, but that call came, outside of normal business hours.I called a couple of companies for quotes and then went with a local company, Hines Plumbing Service, a couple of people referred me to. Jack answered the phone, was patient, kind, reassuring and said he was on his way to a job and then hed be to me. He was on site within 2 hours. He answered my questions, addressed the problem and was on his way. He let me know he is the on call guy for the weekend and to call if we have any further issues. I pray I never need to call again, but, if I do, it will be Hines!Thank you Jack and Hines Plumbing for being so great and helping this small business owner get back to her weekend.
