    Gage and his apprentice were wonderful to work with. Easy to get along with and both understandable. They helped rework some of the older pipes in our home, replaced our kitchen sink with a different drop in, and repaired the bathroom sink drain as it use to not drain.     Brendon was very polite and respectful. Explained everything and answered any questions that we had. My grandmother has dementia and he was very understanding and professional while doing his job. He even went above and beyond making sure the furnace was going to be safe for her for the near future and gave us some options if it wasn’t. I highly recommend this company and this technician

    I highly recommend Nate Samson.Just recently purchased a hot water heater and sump pump .     Super knowledgeable, very efficient. Lucas was friendly and took care of my clogged drains very quickly. He told me what the problem was and what it would take to get it resolved.     Great experience. I was able to schedule an appointment via their staffed customer service line on Sunday for the following Monday. The tech arrived as promised. He was personable and explained everything very clearly. Likely not the least expensive option out there. But, the experience was top notch and worth the price I paid. Will use again and refer.

    Alex did a great job of finding the issue and coming up with an effective solution. Good professional attitude with clear explanations of what needed to be done. He set up expectations right at the beginning of the service call with a fair estimate which was met to the dollar. Ask for Alex if you call Home Comfort Experts for service and you will not be disappointed. I am a long retired senior citizen with years of training servicers for a major appliance manufacturer.     Julio was a joy to have in my home to service my furnace. He was so professional and explained everything to me and showed me the pictures of what he found in my furnace. He offered me a club membership, which I accepted, and was so glad to do so. This will save me lots of time and I don’t have to worry about getting my furnace and air conditioner serviced since I will receive a call to remind me that it needs to be done. I also will be scheduling a cleaning of my registers in the near future. I would love it if Julio could be my service tech in the future visits. If I could give him 10 stars if I could!     Started out the day with our furnace not working. Called Home Comfort Experts to send out a service man. They were very prompt on sending a man within two hours. He diagnosed the problem as a crack heat exchanger and since the unit was 32 years old, there was no replacement. After going over multiple options, we decided to replace the air conditioner also. Since Home Comfort Experts Sell Buy the air conditioner, unit and get the furnace for free We picked a Trane Furnace And air conditioning unit. They installed it the next day, by very professional Technicians. we were very happy with our choice of Home Comfort Experts.

    What a hard worker! Kenneth was terrific! He explained to me what he was doing each step of the way and then did it so efficiently. At the end he showed me pictures of my ducts and what he had removed. He stayed til after dark to finish the job, too. I cant recommend him highly enough. Great work ethic!

    Dave Hoien was wonderful and hes a true asset to your company. He was thorough, careful, and he has an awesome work ethic. He came to talk with my husband and I to explicate all the work he had completed. He explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. Dave has a cheerful personality, which made having our air ducts cleaned a fun event. We have noticed the difference in the air flow in our house.

    Excellent! He was very professional and helpful. He explained a lot and suggested to get different filters than what we were using. He ordered different size filters and we will be getting them from Home Comforts. We would like to have come anytime when we need a service man .

    I just had the most complete & accurate yearly check up of my A/C and furnace. Peter was the most kind and laid out the process of which he had performed. Great personality too. I highly recommend asking for Peter for your inspection. Home Comfort had a real gem with him.

He told me about some equipment to help with the quality of air in my home, and since I have a family with allergies, it’s definitely worth some serious thought.     Austin Gavin was our repair specialist who did a preventive maintenance check on our 11 year old air conditioner unit. He was very polite and knowledgeable and advised us that our dual a/c capacitor would need to be replaced soon and we chose to replace it now rather than wait for it to go out. Austin was very knowledgeable and I was very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend Gavin to anyone needing a repair. Overall I rate him a 10 out of 10.

    Home Comfort Experts was great to work with. From booking the consultation to receiving service. Each person truly goes above and beyond to deliver top notch customer service. Mike Garbas did our consultation and offered us a price match!! We would have went with the other company if it weren’t for the price match and superb customer service. The 2 service techs, Keith and I’m not sure of the other guy’s name were just as pleasant. They worked their butts off, rain and all. Our new AC unit works like a charm! Overall, I would highly recommend this company.

    Luis was extremely thorough and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me relight the pilot light in my fireplace. He offered to change the batteries in our smoke/ carbon dioxide alarms. He told me that it is part of our check up. I have been a customer for years and this was the first time I heard of it. I want Luis to be our service man for now all.

    I recently had Home Comfort Experts out to give an estimate on repairing/replacing my outside water spigots. Not only were they able to provide same day service - which I didnt expect - the technician was able to repair one and replace the other in about an hour. The tech, Tyler, was very professional and courteous, and explained everything in detail. He even hooked me up with a maintenance package that their company offers for my HVAC and water heater. Overall, this was a great experience and I will be working with them again in the future. I recommend giving them a try if youre ever in the need of HVAC or plumbing needs. 😎

    Shyann arrived when she said she would be here. She was thorough and efficient, making the job go quickly. She explained each step of the process and was clear in her explanations. The job isnt finished, because of the need for a visit from the project manager. She got everything up and running with a temporary fix until that time. She was friendly and professional.     Jonathan did a great job on a very challenging project. My home sits on a bluff, requiring the climb of 40+ stairs. Since this was a duct cleaning project, there is a LOT of equipment involved and its heavy. Jonathan hauled all his equipment up and back down the 40+ stair climb for an estimated 15 round trips - thats over 600 stairs not counting the stairs inside our three story home. The work took longer than planned due to the site logistics but Jonathan stayed cheery and polite! Hes a model for every service technician out there! Well done!

    Mitchel helped put my water system and filtration units back together after a disconnect for a french drain install. The pipes are all prettied up in the utility area. It looks better than before the disconnect. He also explained my water system to me better than the filtration installers. Ive used Home Comfort for duct work, new AC unit, install of a full house generator, new water heater, new furnace, and 3 comfort heigh toilets. I probably missed a few things. Everyone is respectful and takes pride in their work. If you want quality equipment and top notch service, call Home Comfort. I have no complaints!

    The installers were great. Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They are the ones that deserve the five stars. The rest of the company? Not so much.I was initially impressed with my project manager when she came to diagnose my home, and was able to quickly ascertain what needed to be done. She had years of experience and I felt I was in good hands. The quote was reasonable and a date was scheduled for someone to repair my duct work. But, regrettably, thats where my praise has to stop. From then on out, it was disaster.At first, I was told to expect the installers in the morning between 8-9am, and that this could potentially be an all-day job, but I would be contacted in the morning either way. I took the day off work in anticipation. Around 930 no one had showed up yet, so I called the company, inquiring as to what was going on. I was told that when they wrap up their current job, I would be next and that I should receive a phone call before they arrive.At around 10 I received a phone call, telling me to expect the installers between 11-12. Not ideal, but at least they were coming, I thought to myself. At around 130, no one has yet to arrive or say anything to me, so I call again, requesting an update. Same story; when theyre finished, I should be next on the list.3 oclock rolls around. I call again. Same story. While on the line, however, I receive an email stating that my technician was on the way. Him and his associate arrive, realize that I needed very little work done, and completed their job in less than a hour.The most frustrating part was not that the installers were delayed. Things happen, I get it. But there was ZERO communication about it. I had to call and call and pry for information, otherwise no one would have told me anything. I lost an entire days pay, getting teased that I was next on the list, and yet when it was all said and done, the entire job was less than hours work.I dont blame the project manager for overestimating the job, Im relieved in fact, but if someone had shown up earlier, then I could have gone back to work and not missed out on any pay. Or, if there were delays and they couldnt tell me when to expect them, someone should have COMMUNICATED THAT! Instead, expectations were set but completely disregarded without so much as a text.A days pay may not mean much to some people, but it means a lot to my family and I, and now Ive missed out on it. Im an understanding person overall, I work in customer service and get that something things dont work out. But what is paramount is communication; had I been told ANYTHING, I would be much more understanding. Instead, the ball was dropped.To the installers: you guys were awesome, keep up the good work. But very disappointed in the rest of the company. I likely will not be going back if I require future work to be done.

    Aron was awesome! Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Great guy to talk to as well. Took time to really make sure I understood what was going on. This is the second time I have used HCE and will continue to use and recommend in the future.

    Brian Ellis is a consummate HVAC Technician as well as a very friendly person. He answered all my questions with clear and concise answers that a layman would understand. He also did not mind that I observed him while performing the maintenance on the furnace.     Robert was exceptional in both customer service and his duties. He assisted in correcting the a portion of the problem with holes being left unfilled after the installation of the new furnace that the installers refused to come make and correct. There is still work to be done to complete the finishing of the install. We will see if the management will accomplish this.

    Andy and his team were very efficient during the time they spent at our house. Julio took the time to explain what he was going to do. Throughout his visit, Julio was superb! As a former manager I am very pleased when I meet up with someone like Julio who has great communication skills and develops rapport with the customer. And though I was somewhat debilitated by a series of recent physical ills, I felt very comfortable with Julio and trusted his obvious skill.Even when Julio explained the current problems with my furnace and gave me clear options that I could choose to pursue, he delivered the info with a caring manner that appeared to be his natural mode.     Anthony did a great job. Telling me what he was going to do to get my furnaced ready for winter. Cleaning the humidity box and putting in a new filter for the season. He was friendly and knowledgeable too. He is a great team member.
